KFC adds and not honering you adds

itook your add for kfc sandwich $3.99 to local East Wenatchee kfc they wanted $5.00 for the sandwich that you advertise for $3.99 seem to me you got a democrapper running this store as no democrapper ever tell you all the truth same as this dam add if you do not resolve this i will boy cot you and addivertse for other to do same

KFC Service snd Product

Terrible Service and rude - Poorly Managed. My guess, more Chicken goes out the back door than the front door. I love the old KFC Original Recipe but I never get it when ordered, just Crispy and it's terrible. The biscuits are stale, not soft, always. The cold Slaw and Mashed (instant) potatoes and Gravy are OK. After many many years of using this paticular location, I'm done, never again! It's always an issue with Service snd Quality, missing, or no biscuits and the Food is not what it was originally. The Colonel would be very disappointed! Now I know why the "Popeyes" line is always crowded, there's a reason. Goodbye KFC, nothing seems to last forever! There's better Chicken around here at the Gas Stations than at KFC, very disappointed.

KFC Poor service and no respect for customers

Today going with my friend out, we went to KFC ordered food and asked the lady for a certain package...after 30min of waiting for the food and waiting the wrong food came.. As we were asking why we were given wrong food but we paid for a certain amount for food we wanted the ladies started saying we should just eat the food and we are making them tierd and asking a lot... They then gave us the food and since we made a wrong order they had to give us change they started saying it's not their fault they made a wrong order we are making them tierd they didn't want to give us our change we stood their until they gave it back but kept saying no leave your making us tierd

Desired outcome: Better service and they should Learn to talk to people and give them what they want and what they paid for

My Name Is Rich Maskiell . I, stop in Middletown Rhode Island. KFC. I kept saying anybody there. finally the manage show up. I order 2 number 3 meals. I get to the car. My wife ask were is the soda. I went back inside/ some girl yell out just give Him one soda. I. took the soda to the car. My wife ask were is Yours. they would only give me one. So! on the way back home. We stop in Wakefield Rhode island KFC. I, order one 3 piece meal again. She tell Me, it is all there. because I, started to look in the box. I, said Ok. started off to home in CT. At home I, take everything out. and there was no Col Slaw. At both places You have people working there with Poor Attitudes.

KFC Customer service from management at store

My wife and I stopped at 220 Springfield Ave Newark NJ location to buy chicken. When we arrived I was informed by female who came to the door unmasked that the order had to be made online. I returned to my car to placed the order but had difficulty with the site placing the order. I went back to the front door and an employee came to the door and helped me place order.
After I placed my order I went back to see if they got my order. A male came to the door and said they didn't come to the door because my order wasn't ready. And slammed the door in my face. When I finally got my order it was wrong. When I tried to explain to them they would over talk me and not try to resolve my issue. They were very disrespectful to me as a customer and lack the basic understanding that a customer should be treating with common curtesy. And without customers they have no job.
I would never go to this location again. These were two very poorly trained employees. One was manager

KFC Franchises are filthy and Food is nasty.

As an American veteran growing up here and the delicious enjoyment of eating KFC. has been ruined through greed and poor management, not to mention, I think you franchises to anyone in the world. In short and simple terminology, you are careless and worthless, not to mention greedy management has ruined an Iconic brand and has brought shame on Colonel Sanders name, No matter where one goes to dine at KFC, it all taste like a bucket of trash, and the franchises are filthy world wide, the management should be thrown under the jail.

KFC the resturant

march 15 2021, i was in line at the drive thru for over ans hour with one car in front of me . when i got up, they told me to wait i waited aboue 45 minutes and i finly got to order then i drove up to pay, i had to pull up and wait agin for my food ! this is awfull ! no one should have to wait that long ! kfc noes around 5;oo you need to have your chchen ready and then keep cooking it ! the girl was rude too ! my chicken look awfull like they had old oil, someone really needs to chek this place ! its fayetteville wv kfc ! im not going to that place no more !

KFC Horrible Food!

I waited 7 cars for what I thought would be great food. Boy was I wrong! The "extra crispy" was burnt so bad that it was soggy but the inside so burnt even the bones were burned black. And the biscuit was hard as rock dark brown. I tried to get a response from the Topeka, KS Restaurant #1355 @ 5:40 pm. I paid with debit card, auth code 052815. I kept calling to speak with someone but only got busy signal until I hung up after 1.5 hours. This is so unacceptable!

KFC Seating Closed

After leaving GA and heading south on I-75 (returning to SWF), my son, 2-year-old grandson and I stopped at KFC as our 2nd choice. Popeyes, a few exits beforehand, was insanely crowded with a long line (combo gas station & eatery mini mall with no one buying anything from Subway or Pizza stand) so we left. We decide to try KFC which I stopped going to for over 15 years because the one in Charlotte Harbor was always dirty (tables & bathrooms) and expensive. We walk inside and the entire dining area is off limits with tables and chairs on their side to prevent customers from entering. No tables outside either. Thus, we were stuck eating crispy chicken in our car which got all over everything and even the milky coleslaw spattered around! Prices should be discounted where there is no seating because we know it's closed off because they don't want to clean the tables. You pay top dollar for fried chicken and no seats then have to trash your car by turning it into a dining room! I want reimbursement for having to clean the inside of my car and for paying extra for food to include a seating area that was off limits! This is outright laziness and using Covid as an excuse to cut down their workload!

We bought 2 large coleslaws, bucket of chicken, rolls and drinks. About $30.

KFC your products do not reach it's standards

On March 13, we purchased a bucket of chicken at one of your locations here in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, it was the worst chicken we had ever tasted, the portions were very small, the skin was falling of the chicken, some pieces of chicken were the size of a chicken nugget, we were so digusted with it, this is second time this happened to us, we will never order KFC again. I have posted a complaint and other people commented that they to have had same experiences and will never order there again. I don't know who runs KFC in New Brunswick but you are losing busy and will continue to lose busy, i heard of many people returning their product for refund. But we live out of town so we decided to pick it up on way home not knowing when we got home how crappy it would be. Very disappointed in your chicken.

Desired outcome: Would like a refund, also someone in management should visit these KFC outlets and retrain these people cause this is not the KFC chicken that everyone remembers .,far from it.

On March 3, 2021 between 1 and 1:30pm. I went thru Drive thru and ordered the Bacon Chalupa box with the hard shelled tacos lite lettuces and extra meat. And I always ask for extra meat and they always charge me for it and never give it to me. If they not going to put the extra meat then don't charge for it. I ordered a 12 piece meal today. They failed to seal the tops to gravy and it spilled all in the bag. I was very disappointed. My husband and I just got off work and really didn't want to go through the hassle of going back. Across town to replace the gravy. I usually never have a complain about kfc. KFC Online ordering

I ordered online. The website asked what time I would pick it up. I gave an hour before I picked it up. When I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes for pot pies. Why does your website ask what time I'll be there, if the order screen doesn't pop up until I arrive? These employees have 0 time to prepare it. I won't use the online ordering again.

KFC Under cooked fried chicken

I am 60 years old and have eaten kfc since i can remember, however the last few times the chicken was under cooked, on the verge of being to raw to eat. I ate it a few time thinking maybe it's just me, , , , nope it made me very sick! so please cook your chicken as you used to please! i know of several people who told me the same thing "chicken was not cooked enough" and they also were sick from it... I understand that the lines get long, but please take the right time to cook it...People would rather wait for good chicken, thean under cooked chicken. Please address this issue it is most important not to make customers sick from raw chicken... By doing so maybe your ratting's would be better.. Thank you a concerned customer!
