KFC debit terminal

My husband just left KFC, had to give back the food because they said card declined. This is not the first time and now to find out it is happening to so many who try to use their debit cards ...We have $411 in the checking currently and my husband used the very same card yesterday with no issue. He is now going to McDonalds and we will just have to give up the thought of ordering from KFC ever again...very very disappointed with the company. My son loves the popcorn chicken but cannot be driving to the bank or atm just to withdraw cash so as to order from KFC, absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a 12 piece meal using a coupon and paid cash on January 29, 2020. At about 655pm. Cashier and order filler was a long haired young man with a beard working the drive thru. We did not get a receipt and had a ten minute wait at the drive thru window despite having 6 or 7 people working, that we could see. We did not see any familiar faces so am assuming there is a new crew?

Leslie the cashier was extremely rude taking my order in drive through. When I actually got my food which was a 8.99 combo box with nuggets and a chicken sandwich it was hard as a rock. This service is unacceptable I worked in fast food before and in customer service now. I will never return to that store again and make sure I tell everyone about my experience #never eating here again #going with chick filet

KFC kfc buttermilk biscuits

I was on my back from church and stopped by a KFC, I bought 8 pieces of buttermilk biscuits, I always drop by to get those biscuits that is how much I love them, but unfortunately today the biscuits instead of soft and fluffy as usual it was hard and dry, it tasted like left over and I saw what looked like a tiny hair or pieces of wool in it. I automatically lost my appetite, and felt bad. Not to mention they person who attended to me through the drive through didn't hand me my receipt.

I called the complaint in about the workers but forgot to mention the quality of the food was not good for the name of KFC. KFC money refund

On 24 Jan i ordered a meal and paid the amount with my card . The girl told me that the the order is not ready and it would take 15 minuets to teady. I told her that i have no time and i want my money back.the manager cancelled the transaction but i discovered that the cancellation was not teal and my my money is still with kentukki. I Think thr manager was careless and the service was not suitable and does not reflect the heritage of kentucki. Now i have to leave my work and go again to the restaurant to restore my money. Who would pay for my time and is the service we expect from you. I have a feeling that this complaint will be treated like my order but i had to say something

I've stopped at this restaurant because I love that the have KFC and Long Johns together, however every time we stop on our way back home to Yuma Az the service has been horrible the young ladies are so slow to get orders and our food. The last two times we have stopped they ran out of food how is it possible they run out of food. I even experienced I costumer scream your always out of everything.

The last several times we have visited this location, the store manager (Max?) is very unfriendly, rude, and acts like he doesn't want to be there. He started yelling at a very nice and friendly employee. When she tried to reply to him, he turned around and walked away from her. Stop for a quick snack while working - That was the worst chicken ever -- the leg and thigh was the smallest that I have ever seen and so dark and dry like it had been under the heat lamp for a week or longer - the sweet was like colored water with sugar - So unfortunately I just threw away money and still hungry - I probably will never return to KFC again with that type of food - Thank You and have a nice day Geri Smith

KFC customer service

Myself dropped in to KFC at Aluva on NH47... I was attended by one staff who does not have a name display was not at all customer friendly. He was very rude and no manners to wish a customer and advise the waiting time after billing. Also he was reluctant on advising the products. Finally I choosed something without assistance except collecting payment from me.. And I had to wait approx 35 minutes for my take away order.. So sad and embarrassing...

I have bought the KFC pot pie several times and tonight was the last time! The contents of the pie was basically just gravy! I counted 3 little peace's of chicken maybe size of an almond, a few slices of carrots and a pea or two! Not only there were no content but the pie pan was not full only half full or less! Ordered 4 PC white chicken meal & a pot pie. Got home & realized the pot pie was missing - went back for it. Then when we got back home, found the "supposed to be all white" meal had 1 breast, 1 wing, a thigh & a drum stick. Spent extra gas, extra money for sub par service and chicken we didn't choose. Final note: woman outside appeared to be in dirty uniform. Not a good look.
