The store I have to complain about is "New exotic store". After waiting 3 months for the product, it arrived to Slovenia precisely when I was on christmas vacations so the post office send it back to the seller. I do not want a refund I want the product back because I need it. I tried to make contact with the store but they do not reply. I would like to talk with them because the purchase is really important.

AliExpress aliexpress stepping in to resolve dispute incorrectly

My package was not delivered. Wrongly, as evident from the tracking information, Aliexpress stated that the item was indeed delivered and turned my refund request down.

I have included screenprints from order, order detail and tracking (consistent with order detail).

Can we agree that when an item is in an International Mail Centre the status must be not_delivered and that is for seller to resolve?

I did contact the Dutch postal service. They do not have the iten in their system. I am unable to pick it up.

I would expect more thorough analysis from Aliexpress before deciding on a dispute. Just reading the tracking details would have been enough.

AliExpress purchase

Purchased clothing item was sent to another state after paying. No refund yet to be seen. AliExpress needs to band this store from their list. I contacted customer service through chat nothing resolved with the store online. Complaints are all the same item shipped somewhere else's or item is cheaply made. This store have over 1000 + negative reviews and showed be removed from AliExpress.

Dear Ali Express, Kindly try to solve my problem with seller, I have bought a parcel from this seller in the winter sale from one week ago and after paying instead sending it he requested extra shipping fees of 2$ and informed me if I don't want to cancel the order specially we have so many bank problems here in lebanon it takes me time to add money to my card, I want this item without any extra fees. I have ordered many items from rest seller and no body requested any extra fees only this seller. Thank you, Waiting for your reply! Sincerely

AliExpress refund

Hello I ordered a wansenda pen drive in nov 11 2019 which order number was [protected]... The seller couldn't delivery me the pen drive and I said her to refund my dollar... She said to open dispute and I opened dispute but problems has not solved! The pen drive price is 22.94 dollar... I waited 2 months for the products but it didn't arrived and showed "delivery successful" in tracking page! What should I do now? How can I get return my dollar? The seller couldn't help me... I tried to opened dispute and didnt get solve... If I dont get solve I shall boycott all aliexpress products... Bcz it is not my first complains...

AliExpress aliexpress wont let me open a dispute for product I didn't received and buyers protection is running out

They are not relying on message and never read it.
Buyers Protection running out in 15 hours.
I haven't received an item and when I tried to open dispute I got that "patience message".
Problem is that tracking record actually shows that the package has returned to China! So I won't get it anyway.
The proof is in the attachment.
Bottom line, the seller is not responding and AliExpress won't let me open a dispute! Unbelievable

Hello,

Your dicission disappointment me very much, but did not Surprised me very much. Only reason is, I had experienced that in many of my raised Disputed Cases your so called "Efficient and Netrual Case Management Team" consously failed to show profe for their "Nutrulism" and flooded by their "Inborn Sympathy" to their fellow countrymen, i.e, "Chainise Dishonoust and Opportunist Sellers". I had submitted several proofe in support of my claim for several times before, which was deliberately ignored by your Supreme End knowing that their this action can damage sevirly the business relationship between me and AliExpress.com.
So, to protect my interest, I had to stopped "Total Business Transaction with AliExpress.Com " from today untill I will not received proper "Justice and Assurence for reopen this Duspuite Case by AliExpress.com". All
l the 23/24 Product currently showing in "Kart" of my Account will be remain in Kart and they will not be ordered untill I did not received acceptable resolution from AliExpress.com.

AliExpress payments done orders not received

I want you to please check my orders. I have made one quite sometime for a battery and never recived it. Purchased a pair of shoes from a seller that offered a free return, charged 8 dollars more but seemed wort it. When the item arrived and was too small I returned the item with the return label provided. ...Turns out it is a scam the address is fetishist and package is lost in transit exceeding the return time allowed.

Now I have no shoes and am out $70. 00, BE WARE

AliExpress your service and rip offs...

1. Your tracking is done frequently and trying to track an order for seeds it impossible.
2. Going to the Official website with the tracking number does not connect.
3. Have yet to receive a refund to my bank on small cost items despite it being many many months.
4. Giving me 1/2 my money back when the supplier never even shipped... is stealing. No legitimate store would do that.
5. Ruling in favor of a seller when I sent a picture and explanation... wrong product shipped... is stealing.
6. Customer service is non-existent and getting thru to them is impossible 99% of the time.
7. This has been my experience and I have placed many orders with probably half with no problem only.

NO MORE ORDERS UNTIL I AM CONTACTED... and YOUR problems are fixed.

AliExpress...

1. Tracking does not work.
2. They deduct half the purchase when the seller does not ship...that is your refund.
3. Getting the refund back to your bank account takes a lot of work...it is not apparently automatic.
4. They do not qualify their sellers before you buy.
5. There are no star ratings for sellers nor the ability to put in comments after you have been ripped off by a seller.

Sellers...

1. My experience says 85% are honest and do ship "something"...but
2. 10% of those ship junk in every sense of that word.

That leaves 75% who are honest and trying to make a living while Aliexpress kills their customer base...I would suggest the sellers revolt and others, when ordering be very very careful...I never order anything more than $15.00 and most purchases are for a few dollars only.

AliExpress billing/collection issues

On Dec 14, 2019 I ordered 2 sterling Silver chains, total price with Shipping was C$ 13.25. When I got my credit card bill, I noticed I was charged C$ 19.90. I did not authorize that amount to be paid. In my eyes it is a fraud. I have been trying to resolve this with the store, but they did not respond to my questions.
Please help, so I can regain trust in Aliexpress website.

I paid £23.67 for a 12 month IPTV subscription which has now ceased to operate: No channels are available in any of the countries. This has occurred outside the Buyer Protection period. The seller does not reply and would appear not to be selling any longer on AliExpress.
The AliExpress website is totally useless when it comes to customer service as all questions are dealt with using AI.

AliExpress is very serious matters

Dear aliexpress,
My name is Jasmine Noh and I'm diamond customer of yours.
I bought on October 9th a green suit at longhusanhouse store. As I received the product, I returned it to the sellers on October 29th. Although they received the cloth, they are not refunding my money rather they are making fun of me. I begged them several times.. it is so annoying! PLASE SOLVE

Put in my delivery address in Australia correctly.
They sent package to Receiver address at, Rhone, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France CHRISTIAN MOLIERAC SKYLED -
Package sent to a wrong address, this address is in France not Australia.
Please return my funds as I am really pissed because you sent them to France instead of Australia, how dumb is that. Stupid.
They returned my payment but it was not the amount I paid.
Refund US $ 40.42 with the exchange rate I lost AUD $ 10 dollars and no items.
Typical Chinese rip you off all around.
I wont use anything Chinese again.

AliExpress supports fraudsters

Unfortunately, a lot of scammers appeared on Aliexpress over the past 5-6 years. For example - K-Life Store, Dwelling Store, SAMZHE Official Store and so on. And often Aliexpress supports such fraudsters by fake ratings.
For example, how can be a rating of 95.5%, if 517 positive feedbacks for 6 months divide by 573 total feedbacks = 90.2% (Dwelling Store- https://www.aliexpress.com/store/feedback-score/4433150.html).
K-Life Store (https://www.aliexpress.com/store/feedback-score/5048004.html )- rating 90.7%, but if 4297 positive feedbacks for 6 months divide by 5057 total feedbacks = 85.0%
SAMZHE Official Store (https://www.aliexpress.com/store/feedback-score/2687008.html )- rating 95.6%, but if 8662 positive feedbacks for 6 months divide by 10050 total feedbacks = 86.2%
You can count any shop's rating and make sure of it.

AliExpress unethical behaviour

I would like to report a problem.
I ordered a jacket one month ago and the seller told me in the beginning to send him my phone number because when my package arrives DHL will call me to pick it up, so i waited. Today i called DHL and i was told that my package was sent back because i never picked it up and they informed me that the seller gave me wrong information because it's not their job to call the buyers to inform about the package, i have to track it myself on the main website. I didn't know that so this happened. Now the seller wants the shipping fee money back even if it was not my fault that i was wrongly informed of him. Now he even wants my paypal bank account to refund the money for the coat even if i didnt pay it yet. Here are proof pictures for you so you can understand.

AliExpress smartphone oneplus order number [protected]

On 2019-09-30 I for the first time bought on the AliExpress website a smartphone worth 567.06 euros. 3 days later I decided to cancel the order before it was shipped. I sent several messages to the seller indicating my intention to cancel it. This seller seemed to ignore what he was told but finally he said he could take the order back and fully refund me. I obviously accepted and i said yes. However this guy sent the smartphone anyway, even after the deal was made. Once here in customs from Portugal I logically requested to send the package back to the seller and so it was. Aliexpress kept my money for about 3 months. I've been involved in a dispute with this seller and Aliexpress all this time and when they finally agreed to return the money that was mine, they still withdrew about 6 euros for me to pay the shipping costs back. It did take 3 months to massacre a customer and in the end they withdraw money from the customer because of an incompetence of the seller. Even after I revealed all the evidence Aliexpress pretended that nothing was shown. It's like im talking with robots that can't see anything but what they want to see. I received 562 euros and i paid more than that. Anyway, i spoke many times with their chat assistance, and everytime i talked about this situation and shown everything i had as evidence they told everytime i would receive my money fully because that was the correct thing to do. In the end that didn't happen. I don't care if it's only 6 euros because it's more on the table here. All that happened in these 3 months was madness. This company and their ways are madness. You can show one picture and they only see an other. Infinite talking, discussion, debates. ..asking for patience and burning time and keeping my money. I can see now that i use this app only to lend them my money and fight for it. I uploaded a few pictures because i have more than 40.

AliExpress untraceable order nr. and no order confirmation

I ordered African lace for my nieces wedding and did all the necessary transation for the payment with my credit card. Expecting of course a confirmation of my payment and an order-nr. for tracking. Nothing! Just (payment received) ! that's it. I tried sending an email (rejected) and writing to the online help---nothing ordered in given address or name. No order found! None whatsoever. And with no given order nr which must be given in for tracing I have been duped. unbelievable that this site exists.
