I have paid for and received the above order from INKERSKI. The item is defective and I contacted the seller to report it is defective. I requested a Refund throug Paypal and Inkerski have now frozen the account on this transaction. I am left with a faulty device and less the £25.55. The supplier has been forwarded the video of the faulty device, but no action has been taken to replace the faulty item. I cannot return the item as the cost of a tracked service exceeds the cost of the item.
This is the worst transaction from a Chinese company I have ever made and it will deter me from dealing with incompetent Chinese suppliers again in the future.

Desired outcome: Full refund of the transaction. I will put the faulty device in the waste bin where it belongs.

AliExpress Didn't receive my order and when open dispute disputed refused and finished

AliExpress missing parts

iv still haven't had a resolution to my issue this company despite sending all details of the parts missing keep sending me the wrong parts if anyone here can look into this. as the seller simply just reads the messages and dosent respond so unsure why this is allowed it seems if sellers can just take your funds and not send you the product the order number Order ID:

[protected] if a customer service can chase this up or have a refund im being a buyer on this platfrom for many years but this has made not trust this site any more as seems its far to easy for some sellers to simply take no notice once you have no support from alliexpress but if i carnt get the parts then the product is not fir for its purpose if it cannot be completed

The item was ordered on December 10, 2022 and supposed to arrive around Feb 10, 2023; however I still have not received it. When I made inquiry to the store, I was given a Chinese phone number of a Chinese delivery company to contact with, while I am in Australia.

Desired outcome: The store finds out what is happening and inform me the new estimated arrival date.

AliExpress Wireless ear buds ordered from 3c home store

Dear sir,
I have ordered a pair of wireless ear buds from 3C Home Store via AliExpress.
I have not yet received my order and it can't be tracked down as it is under economy shipping. It only shows delivering and is not delivered yet and it's been more than 80 days since I have ordered the product. Kindly guide me in this regard as to what I can do.

AliExpress Easttop lucky 13 power bender harmonica

Submitted two separate orders for a PowerBender harmonica at the following web site:

https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256802641761748.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.5.375a1802WBiyOa&gatewayAdapt=glo2usa&_randl_shipto=US

For both orders, I received the wrong model harmonica: Bass Blues.

AliExpress refused to acknowledge that they had made these errors and denied my request for a Return & Exchange for the correct product.

Fortunately, I paid using PayPay. So, if AkliExpress remains unresoponsive. I hope to at least get my payment refunded.

My impression is that AliExpress order and dispute processing is entirely automated. As a result, when their ordering system is programmed to order the wrong item, you'll have little hope of resolving the problem using theirlow-IQ AI problem resolutions system. For example, their is no option offered for "Wrong item received". It's a real nightmare dealing with this automated vendor. They are like the vending machine where your ordered item gets stuck no matter how hard you shake it.

Desired outcome: Delivery of ordered productc or complete refund.

AliExpress Missing parts

i have 2 company's who i purchased tecnics lego cars. my wife brought them for a Christmas gift and wanted to surprise me . she had issues from day one from both these sellers. she had a few words with them slightly justified the way these sellers treated this sales. but my wife told me that she had purchased these items and that they were incomplete as at first they were meant to sending the missing parts. after she wasent getting anywere i spoke and took over so i read the messages and i could see why my wife was frustrated , anyway i then informed them that i was now dealing with this issue. despite many many messages im still waiting and m=not Evan knowing if they are sending these parts i she spent nearly £300 and this is not acceptable . i tried to ask AliExpress but they jst waved all favor's to the seller they evan when i opened a dispute first favorer one car to a refund and i return the other then they changed this. so i aggreged to return only for the seller to say few days before they will send parts so i closed case and now they have simply duped me and its being a roller coaster ride. i can not simply allow them to not keep my funds if they don't send the missing parts AliExpress have not helped . infarct AliExpress need to relook at how they manage returns dispute 15 days and then its near impossible to contact them i believe they block you as i have another account and i can contact them so if they allow seller to do this why on earth buy from this site. i would like to know were i stand as to open a legal route weather i take AliExpress to a small claims court or the buyer but will AliExpress give me the company's full details

AliExpress Buyer protection is rigged and biased (bad)

I bought a radar sensor for my car. I received it in 12/2022 between Christmas and New Years. It was impossible to have the part installed until the repair shop had their first available appointment on 2023-01-13.

The sensor appeared to be defective/broken, cannot be used, and I wasted 55 EUR on this work.

"Conveniently", the product dispute period had expired almost a week before that. Aliexpress gives a very short dispute period for expensive items, and a lot longer period for cheap trinkets. The seller did not cooperate. Now I'm stuck with a piece of garbage and lost over 200 EUR to this. PayPal is not working either, I will likely avoid using PayPal in the future as well.

Then there's this "return" issue. Their typical solution is "return the item for a refund", but they must know that returning tends to cost more than the item's own price! Return a $50 item, pay $65 for shipping to receive a $50 refund? Absurd.

I will not buy anything worth over 20-30 USD from Aliexpress again. It's too risky, and they don't help at all if there's a problem.

It has happened to me before, in 2020, a $1500 item that was not as described, Aliexpress did not cooperate at all, they sided with the seller, but back then I was able to get it sorted via my credit card company.

Desired outcome: Is it even possible to refund this? At least make the dispute periods unbiased and fair. Right now it's completely rigged and unsafe.

AliExpress Customer service agents

I have contacted various customer Agents with Aliexpress since Noemember last year. I have screen shot all their replied which either not updated or empty promises. Today 30.1.2023 it take 16 screenshots and now they created an automatically cut me out,

They claimed delivered and later pressed proved of delivery they even give me a faked Vietnamese number that is not contactable

Some agents keep trying to tell me it was refunded. But why partial refunded. I have not receive the items at all

One Agent even asked me for email but failed to come back to me after 3 weeks. Today I contact again with 4 agents. I even asked to escalated to higher authority and was put to Sabrina. I was not satisfied with her answer and she asked it I wanted to speak to manager. "My answer is someone who really can sloved my problem" They disconnect me

This order as from your record is shipped as one parcel, shown by your department in chinese as delievered. How could you refunded me 2 items and not the other one item.

It either delivered or not deliver. Half delivered ?

Agent give standard format assurance and even asked my my email with a promise to come back to me.

Nothing Happened

today I spoken to 4 agents and asked them to escalate me to higher authority twice. A lady by the name of Sabrina attended to me without knowing the past communication. I had to told her it partially refunded. But why? I inisisted to go higher not just promised as this is the 4th times I raised same issuses.

I was asked to hold on. Less than 1 minutes a message" Because you didn't respond customer service for a long time...system automatically ended the session" that not truth . I screenshot her message asking me to wait a minute and the next moment it was taker over by computer

Also previous Agent give me they claimed to be Vietnam local shipper to contact but the number is not a working number. I repeatdly asked various agent in blak and white to asked shipper to contact my hotel as I don't soeak Vietnamese. No respond to it.

These agents keep sent standard assurances messages and refuse to really look into the matter.

After that I was unable to chat with Agents This is truthly the first class hanky panky

AliExpress über einen Verkäufer

Es handelt sich um diesen fall der Verkäufer sagt wir hätten uns geeinigt das stimmt aber überhaut nicht nachdem ich die Festplatte jetzt schon 6 mal getestet habe und immer wieder zum gleichen Ergebnis gekommen bin die Festplatte geht nicht das habe ich ihm auch geschrieben das ich eine Rückerstattung möchte und er mir einen Retoure schein an meine E-Mail schicken soll wen er so ein schrott verkauft aber er behauptet wir hätten uns geeinigt und schreibt nur hinweise wie ich die Festplatte reparieren soll wen sie den verlauf unserer Unterhaltung gerne möchten kann ich die gerne geben da ist nicht eine Wort von mir wegen einer Einigung ich habe alles Gespeichert

AliExpress Account still deactivated

I worked with a support person through chat over a week ago and they said that my account would be unlocked. IT ISN't.

Also, I tried using the resolution form on their site to reactive and I still haven't gotten activated.

So, I can browse and put stuff in my cart but I can't check out.

The error message says to log out and back in to re-activate but that doesn't work.

Desired outcome: It would be nice to get an email saying my account is active and I can actually buy something

it was a suite for christmas i order size medium but the seller sent me a huge size xxx large. i contacted the seller about his mistake he asked me to return it . i asked him for return label he said that there is no return label but he can provide me with a return address , he did write the address through aliexpress chat . idid receive also a confirmation from aliexpress about the return address.

on 21st/11/2022 i went to post office i did post the package with the address provided i had the tracking number i paid £24.00 for the postage . isent all the evidence to seller through aliexpress . i was waiting all this time tracking my order return till when i find out that seller did receive the goods after that i contacted aliexpress asking for my refund they not refunding me

AliExpress Refund on product ordered from zwnav (new yingyuan technology, shenzen)

I ordered a Right Hand Drive Carplay Screen from ZWNAV (New Yingyuan Technology, Shenzen) Please see attached screenshot.
The service I received from the chat assistant was wonderful, but they sent me the incorrect item, a Left Hand Drive version of my order.
I paid 30usd import duty on the product and then 65usd to return the product.

They insisted that I use the Post office to return the product, which is going to take up to 5 weeks.
Now this was a mistake made by the company to send me the wrong product, and they expect me to wait 5 or more weeks for them to receive it back to refund me.
I find this very unfair and would like my refund to be processed immediately, I have sent proof of return and am not prepared to wait for them to receive the product back.

I am willing to consider reordering the original product, but I need them to refund me full costs before I do so.
Please could you action this complaint soonest and come to a satisfactory conclusion

Desired outcome: I would like my refund on the price of the item, the import costs and return costs ASAP

AliExpress Service

I am buy the lamps in Aliexpress website and ordered around Jul2022, and delivery to me around middle of Aug2022, but the lamps was damaged in carrier transportation and I contacted with seller to re-issue another one, however I waiting more than 4 month, and still get the damaged package.

I Asked Aliexpress service, they let me get the damage certificate from shipping agent. I call USPS but they said not recognized that and should the seller send request.

That means they don't want to get refund for me from seller side, I suspect they never want to help me fix the problem, because I pay the whole charge and they don't want to refund

Regarding your order [protected], I am sorry you claim the lamps are damaged, but it has been over 7 days, and we cannot judge whether the goods are damaged during transportation or the buyer himself.

AliExpress The oukitel franchise store 5 months dispute order id: [protected]

SITUATION WITH THE OUKITEL FRANCHISE STORE 5 MONTHS DISPUTE

It was 2 orders : Order ID: [protected] and Order ID: [protected]

The 2 oukitel k7 did have the simtray and the eject mechanism defect and broken .

Folowing the dispute we agreed to repair the Order ID: [protected] and return the Order ID: [protected] and the sller pays the return shipment fee.

The repair for the first order was 66 euros and the seller paid 20 and 30 total 50 euros after a long chats i agreed

For the second phone Order ID: [protected] the seller still refusing to refund the 28,05 euros of the return shipment fee as was decided in the final dispute solution of aliexpress
