AliExpress unethical behaviour

I order smartband from aliepxress on may 15 2018 I received product on 27 may 2018, I received manufacturing defective product, I apply for a refund process with the picture they reject my application, so once again appeal for it they rejected again and said no evidance for prove my side, so I taken video and chat with the representatives and send the videos the representatives they told me they have note it down on their system. But after that also I won't get any result.in the meantime I contact seller he also not give proper response to me. I chat with more than 10 representatives of aliepxpress but I won't get money back. One representative apply for a refund on 5th june and say wait for 10 working days, I did that and ask today 19 the june the other representative told me the refund process is taken on 13 the june only so you need to wait for 10 working days upto 27th june. Please take the action aginst aliexpress to solve this issue as soon as possible. Here I give the link for video evidence what I submit to aliecpress represntative.

I paid for ten items I didn't receive any of my orders and I requested refund and I provided a proof of return feom post office though they banned my account i cant even do an disputes and i cant contact them they are not receiving and emails on their official email i need someone to contact i needmy money back its the worst website they take your money and. AliExpress john’s online wholesale store

I've placed the order on January 18/2018.. according to tracking number the item arrived on March but I didn't got the item. It never got to my house. I've contacted the supplier and he asked me to wait a few more days. Package wasn't delivered. I've contacted him again and he proposed the refund or the resend the item. I told him to resend the item on April the 28 but the item never came and the supplier stoped answering my messages. Please take some action on this subject.

I order an item from this store on december 2017. Waited for the item didn't arrive. Inform seller she resend the item with another tracking number. Item also didn't arrive.
Contacted customer service was ask to deal direct with seller, then what is the purpose of having customer service.

AliExpress seller sent wrong item, won't admit they received item back for exchange

Hi there, I purchased 110 pieces Aluminium jar from a Seller store name
"packing world -cosmetic and medicine packing", they sent the wrong one not same as previous order and We can't return and exchange products, They said "in the future, we always supplying the right one" So' We think that this seller, is not responsible, (Please see detail in the picture attached file)

AliExpress nfl championship rings

I ordered over 100 NFL Rings From AliExpress in 2017 and 2018 that I was Collecting to sell on the Internet and at Flea Markets when the weather warmed up. On January 12 of 2018 I had Six Agents from The North Carolina Department of The Secretary Of State Confiscate 113 Remaining Rings that I had Left. They also Confiscated17 Necklaces. I talked to My Bank (BOA) and they said to talk to you about a Refund since the Rings contained Counterfeit Trademarks, even though the Rings were Confiscated. The Agents said it was a Felony to Sell, Buy, or Own the Rings. Since I had no idea that it was illegal to Buy the Rings there were no Charges filed as long as the Rings were turned over to them. My Bank said if I Got no Results then to Call them back and they would turn it over to their Fraud Department and let them Handle it. If necessary they would Contact the NC Dept. of The Secretary of State. I Done a Rough Estimate of the total worth of the Rings and it came up to around $600.00, that includes the Necklaces. I figured my amount was actually less than the actual Amount Owed. If I need to I can Go into a Detailed Count which will show a Larger Amount. I am Also sending a copy Of the Voluntary Surrender Letter With a Card with the Name of the Head Agents Name and a Count of the Items Confiscated. I am Disabled and been sick is the Reason I have been so late getting this to you. It doesn't matter how long it has taken because the fact is the product is Counterfeit and being sold by you, as a matter of Fact they are still being sold by you, which I don't care as long as I get My Money Back. My Bank called me and said I need to get this Resolved as soon as Possible, if not they would go ahead and turn it over to their Fraud Dept., so I need an Answer ASAP. Thanks

I ordered a swim wear, and later i cancelled it before she did any shipping or what so ever. My reason was that My little sister already found another swim wear. Later on she didnt reply back to my message, and proceeded to ship it, while i clearly cancelled it! Please see the pichures, and see the hours of when it happened. I would like to have my money back! This has never happened to me before, and i found this ridiculous! After she shipped it, she totally ignored me.

AliExpress hoverboard not charging

I ordered a hoverboard from china and 3 weeks after i received my order the board will not charge . this is a problem for me because i paid a lot of money and was excited to get my order and have a ride of the board . I received my order on the 4th of June and when i unboxed my order I Turned it on and went ok but when i put the board on charge the green battery light would not flash and the red light on the charging port was green indicating it to not charge . I am requesting repair or another hoverboard
of refund. I have ordered a hoverboard from alibaba before and had no problems.

I ordered a hoverboard from china and when i unboxed my order and turned it on the board was fine but when I plugged the charger in to charge the battery indicator would not flash for charging . I was so happy when my order arrived at the post office
but not so happy now because the hoverboard is just sitting at home and not working,
very disappointment for me . I have been emailing Aliexpress and letting her know of the problem I have had, I have been trying to send a Video of the problem but the video is too big . Please can you resolve this issue for me by sending another charger, refund or repair

AliExpress package not received and closed the order and shows delivered

I have booked order for smart watch in 1st week of may 2018 and it shows me will delivered by 23 May 2018 and latter it shows delivered successfully on 18-5-2018, have contact customer service and they asked for wait, I have conct with them again afet some day they asked me for wait, againe after some days I contact with CS then they asked me or open dispute, I did that as well but they close the dispute with out any refund, ...

AliExpress original kentiger hy-602 mini portable hifi stereo power digital amplifier with fm ir control fm mp3 usb playback with four dsp

On 03.02.2018 we received three amplifiers (see the full title above) (order number is 89187064820103). Unfortunately we confirmed the order and left poistive feedback before we discovered the damage.

All three amplifiers arrived with some damage on its front panel or the body surface - visible and touchable defects (scrathces, dints, blurred paint etc).

We asked for small discount and the seller promised to give us a discount of 5$, but in reality, whne we made another order, we didn't receive any discount and had to cancel our order.

2 orders :1 cellular charger order [protected] and 1 can opener : order

Both products does not work, aliexpress refuse the return and the refund
Must be the new way to make money
The seller send you defective product value 0$ you pay full price and have to keep the garbage, and the seller and aliexpress keep your good money.
Nice way to make profit
Its doe not happen with amazon or e bay lets spreed to all potential buyer not to buy from aliexpress

AliExpress I didn't get my order until now!

I ordered 5 items from Ali Express website for the first time to my 3 years old daughter in 30/4/2018 and pay for it by Visa card. I submitted my address in UAE to receive my order.. It's shown that 6/6/2018 is the deadline for getting it, but unfortunately I didn't get it yet. I have to travel after 2 weeks to my hometown.
Please reply as soon as possible. I need explaination for this delayed specially it is the first time I deal with and I don't want to be the last..

I agree with you. This company is terrible. Plus, their return policy is a joke. If the seller doesn't agree to return a defective product, than you have to submit a claim. However, this claim will not be accepted if you don't upload pictures, and if your statement isn't convincing than Aliexpress will deny your claim.

AliExpress a dress that was ordered #[protected] shop1735475

I ordered a dress from a Lonyanling shop on April 23/2018. On may 10th i recieve a message that the dress was lost sent to the wrong address. Needless to say i wasnt happy. The seller ask me to send my paypal account so they can refund me the money. For some reason or another i just could not retrieve the money. So it went back to their account. I ask the seller several times in my messages to check their account and they will see that i havent gotton the money. The seller ask me to send the proof. I sent the transaction by email. However the seller is still refusing to reimburse me and keep telling me they sent the money. I dont understand and want to know why this seller is refusing to reimburse the money.

From my bad experience, Seller tried to delay until the dispute period expired . You should open dispute ASAP if the protection period is still valid otherwise chance to lose your money is very high.

You often here this from Aliexpress services's representatives "Aliexpress is a B2C platform to provide trading between Chinese sellers and foreigner buyers. we can not responsible for all frauds".

They don't realize that We(buyers) buy a product based on Aliexpress 's trust/credit not from Chinese seller.

Chance to lose your money is high if you unlucky to buy a product from bad seller . Comparing to Amazon you are more safe because you deal/contact directly to Amazon. (Price is more expensive than aliexpress if you are not in US). Comparing to ebay you get more protection than aliexpress and you can communicate with ebay customer services easier than Aliexpress.

Hope you get your full refund.

AliExpress phab 2 pro pb2-690n : bad quality item and bad experience

I lost 6 moths for ordering the PHAB2 Pro LCD
1st Order : Order ID: [protected] on FEB.05/18 I ordered gold color item but seller tried to sent me black color item. I lost 2 monts for this order.

2nd Order : Order ID: [protected] on MAR.05/18 I ordered gold color item but seller tried to sent me black color item again. I have to do cancelled the order.

3rd Order : Order ID: [protected] on MAR.08/18 The seller sent me defective item I contacted the seller to exchange so I return it to the seller. After the seller confirm receiving of my return item I have not been able to contact the seller again. The seller cheated on me.

4th Order: Order ID: [protected] on Apr.28/18 Seller sent me bad quality item and not working. I opened dispute in 1 day after receiving but Aliexpress's representative judgement was based on seller side. I submitted many evidences including video file how I tested the LCD but seller did not submit any evidenced. Aliexpress forced me to accepted that bad quality an not working. You can see my attached pictures.

If you try to contact aliexpress customer services. you will find it very difficult to contact and nobody will follow your case and noway to contact management level.

AliExpress damaged product sent

The seller sent a damaged product, when contacted the seller, seller informed a new part will be sent out therefore no dispute was submitted. The seller never sent a new part and now the seller stopped replying to my messages.

I had paid 25$ for this product. now the product is useless.

I would want the replacement part or full refund for the damaged product.

AliExpress Order No: 91752521243248

I was sent a product (a dashcam camera recorder costing $94) that does not work. When I raised this through the dispute process a decision for "No return & No refund" was made without ANY attempt to resolve the dispute.

It seems that Aliexpress' claim that:
"We want you to shop with confidence and worry less. Our Buyer Protection ensures that your purchases are covered in the event that you encounter a problem" is FALSE.

This is absolutely not true, you have no protection as a buyer when you buy from Aliexpress, do so at your own risk.

This is Aliexpress' well explained resolution:

I ordered a luxury leather wallet phone case for iphone x and payed the amount of 3.32$ at 9 may 18. Yesterday I got a mail that the order is cancelled because payment was not made before 28 may 2018. I checked with the credit card company and they said the the sum was transfered at 10 may 2018. I got no wallet and no money.

I ask to send me my order.

AliExpress account locked

I pass an order 2 weeks ago with aliepress. I paid and just the day after they locked my account. I'm contacting them 3 times and the only answer i'm getting is that they have to send an investigation report and I have to wait for 2 or 3 days. No one is doing follow-up, they took my money and now i'm stuck, because they are not doing any effort to help me. They just don't care. Keep receiving the same anwer to wait for 2 business days. But in the mean time, I was able to change my password without even login in my account!
