AliExpress sellers mobile phone

Hi Sir/Madam,
My name is Vladimir Dzanga from Serbia, city is Belgrade.
i am having problem with the seller who sold me Oukitel K3 mobile phone. From the first day my phone did not work, it resets every 5 minutes and after few days of using, i had to go to official oukitek store in Belgrade/Serbia. I received k3 phone on 10 march 2018 and contacted the seller on 13/03/2018, 3 days after. I had dificultties with my phone, it resets quite often, that night it did not wanted to turn of, it just blocked. When i turned on, Android OS did not not start, there is only starting message Oukitel and nothing else. The repair guy from oukitel store said that the problem is with the motherboard, he was able to flush the phone, but he said that my phone will start working very soon, which id did. Two days after same thing happened. The seller Xin Lee agreed to pay me 15$ refund, they asked me a bill and i gave them, they have refunded me. I sugested that they send me a new motherboard because oukitel store does not have spare parts for K3, but the refused. I sugested that they send me new phone, they refused, i sugested that they send me their address so i could shipped them phone, they refused. The seller was just buying time with his excuses.The seller did not test the phone before he send it to me. I can not use my phone, it is in my box... I am so mad because he was fooling me around. I can send you my conversation with him so that you can see who is right. Order number is [protected]. I just want my money back and full refund. I will send this phone to seller because it is broken. The seller has bad remarks already and did is not the first time that he would not corect his mistake. Please help me... If you want some other information i would be happy to provide you one.

AliExpress mini pc

I ordered a mini pc before Christmas, it got held up in customers. Unfortunately, I was away when this happened so was unaware. I contacted DHL, who said the items are only stored for 10 days and are then shipped back to the supplier. AliExpress judged that it was my fault and I lost my money, even though the goods were not delivered

I am not sure what is happening with my order. DHL said they sent it back and have a signature that someone has sign for it. It was sent back 10 days after the received it. I was unaware they even had it, until I made first contact via aliexpress. What happens know, I have paid for the goods but have not received them?

AliExpress yanhe store cuppa snooker cue

I placed an order with full payment but after my payment seller send me message that pay extra 75 dollar so he will ship this order .I mean it is fair that when you invest your money time energy and trust of online supplier with Ali that supplier can easily cheat at purchase .

I want to complaint this supplier as blacklist and I want him either send me this order on same prices which he set online before and originally I paid with my card 85 dollar.

seriously this is not acceptable for any customer to be cheated in this way and my complaint not for me it's for future customer.

Yanhe store supplier of cuppa cue stick for snooker is cheater and fraud supplier and kindly take legal action against him to stop his fraud .

Even he has to pay me back for my time and hurting me and not providing me my order even after fill payment.

AliExpress refund not received

I received a wrong size product. Contacted AliExpress the same day. I provided all the evidence they needed. Followed the process I was told. Waited for the initial period patiently and was constantly in touch with them. I had a chat with them everyday for a month. I have only been receiving false promises and assurances! Each and every customer service lied to me. The last one even posed as a Supervisor! I requested, begged, threatened,... tried every thing possible

AliExpress refund

I canceled an order within minutes of placing it, I made a mistake.
They still took the money from my bank 2 days later.
Now I've been waiting and waiting for the money back despite promises...Nothing.
No way to protect your money, just hoping they actually give it back. I won't buy anything from them again and I used it a lot previously. Be warned that if you have an issue you won't see your money again.

AliExpress item not received and no refund issued

I paid £23.40 for some cushion covers and then an additional £12 for a customs charge which I did not realise I would have to pay. The item was never delivered to my address and when I went to the post office they told me that it had been sent back to the seller.

I contacted the seller to refund me the money but they ignored my request.

I have not purchased anything else from Aliexpress since and will not purchase again until i receive a full refund.

Above orders were ordered on 11th and 23rd of March 2018 and today is 26th of May 2018 its almost 2.5 months and I did not receive my orders.
I am complaining again and again in the message bar option to the supplier but they are not responding.
Kindly check this issue and resolve it as soon as possible or refund my amount back.
I am waiting for your quick response.

AliExpress pants as attached

Hi Sir,

I have proof of goods not delivered last few months. Seller told me to wait patiently. Then, the goods did not come to me.

The order has been closed automatically later. I showed seller proof of the goods did not come into Singapore. I went to post office and confirmed. Please see attached given by staff. Seller then told me tp order a new one. This is not fair.

I tried contact seller. He closed the open dispute function. We talked through messages (as attached). He only replied with an emocon.

What compensation can I get?

AliExpress refund not received

I have bought Vernee Mix 2 from Ali Express. But unfortunately the sound quality is very bad so I decided to ask for a refund. The seller refused to refund. And I was told by Ali Express to ship back the item to the seller in order to get my refund back. I have done everything being told and Ali Express asked me to wait for 21 days of escalation period. After 21 days seller still giving problem by saying he didn't receive the item which he doesn't have any documents for custom clearance. So last day of escalation, the seller purposely rejected my dispute in order for not refunding me. Very obviously using dirty tactic for not refunding. N Ali Express still pending my refund. Very disappointed as Ali Express is one of the world most largest e-commerce n will let this type of misbehavior seller to ill-treated buyer.

AliExpress order a handle tank bar for my kawasaki and seller send a wrong one.

I order a tank grab bar for my kawasaki and i recive a wrong o e.
Seller dont wanna refund and dispute get closed.
I made an appeal and past 3 weeks and nobody get back.
I been ask to return the item but shipping cost me 34.99 and i paid for item 35.99.
Seller supost be careful what his selling.
Is not my issue but Aliexpres dont care about customers.

why am i getting this security pop up when i am browsing on my account.
it is realy bugging the living life out of me. how can i stop this from happening wile i am browsing in my account.

i am going to stop using aliexpress. it is terable with that happening evry 5 minutes then i have to put in this code they give me. please i need this of.

i can not carry on like this.

AliExpress 02 orders not received

Below 02 order did not received. I have opened disputes but seller request me to close disputes and made sure I will full refund you but now seller is saying you will receive soon give me 10 days or 20 days. Also I can not open disputes against below these orders.

AliExpress louv design store

I ordered a pair of shoes size 25.7cm on AliExpress. The seller confirmed via message. They sent me size 29cm clearing 4cm to big. I have been trying to resolve my issue with supplier and customer service for nearly a month and still no closer to resolving. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of help that I keep reaching out for. Neither the supplier or customer service have supported me. They keep giving me the run around and I don't know what to do. The shoes only cost $36 but it the principal of the matter as they have sent wrong size. A month after following up still nothing!

AliExpress no refund by seller

I opened a dispute for some makeup brushes and the seller got back to me and told me not to open it. I still did and then she give me an adress to sent the items back too so she could return my money so I sent them back on that adress she gave me. Now the items have been lost and she won't give me back my money and it's been 22 days. I've spoken to her everyday she told me to be patient but I've had enough now. I want my money back! I then realised the return shipping adress was different to what she gave me on the dispute so that isn't my fault the items have got lost. No other dispute has ever caused a problem nor asked for the goods. I want my money coz I'm in need aswell. You can't keep my money and ask for the goods back and give me the wrong adress too.

AliExpress [protected] / a pair of shoes overcharged and when returned, not been refunded due to a battered shoes box I received in the first place

Originally when the payment was made it was discounted amount that was asked from me! Please go to this order and witness! But the seller overcharged me and when I texted him of this he, Han Jin promised to refund as I got the shoes! When I confirmed of evicting the pair, he then when on asking me to open a paypal account which was uncalled for as I made this payment via my credit card! This was a ploy again to not refund me! When I advised him that I am not going to he asked me to raise a dispute! It's all in the history of the messages! And I did raise a dispute to be refunded. Then Aliexpress got involved and advised me to send the shoes back to the seller for him to pay the shipping! (It was too pink for my taste and the seller pictures deviated from the truth. The shoes looked like they are orange. And I was heartbroken at this treatment by the seller) But I paid the shipping and sent it! He has got the goods! But he has further escalated the matter saying there is not the original box! How can I send the shoes in the original box when it was in shambles as I received it? I was terrified at the looks of the box thinking something must have happened to my shoes too! And I have also advised that the box was in shambles to the seller or has put in the review too! Knowing the box was shattered he escalated this again not to refund my money back! I couldn't put my comments because the seller has blacklisted me then aliexpress is saying no refund?

I want all my original payment and the shipping I made to be refunded to me!

AliExpress payment not received

If have already complaint about my product i.e. H4 Led bulb in which seller has written wrong description, I already received email form aliexpress that my payment should be returned I have already provided the evidence which cannot be ignored

AliExpress I didn't receive my order

I order a book for my baby... Order number is [protected], and store name is Fairy Mall... I talked them many time but they didn't solve my problem. And they closed my order like I got it but I don't have my order. I want my money back. I bought many goods, also from my mom and my husbands profile... And if I don't recieve my item or money back I never use this website more, and I will tell how it is not trustable... I am very dissapointed leave this like that.

Do not buy any product from Aliexpress because they delivering fake products. I purchase Tommy Hilfiger tshirts, i recived a fake product. VERY POOR QUALITY. after I complain this to Ali express, have have something dispute process. which is very horrible process. They are clear that they will not return and refund any amount . another issue, they charge delivery charge as well, but rather deliver to my address, they delivered product to be collected from postoffice. and due to this I need to pay additional postoffice charges which is very high.

So be aware, and not to be in trapped of AliExpress Online app . (www.aliexpress.com)

This type of sites should be banned. Who so ever is reading this article, please do not purchase any product from this app and site because once you paid the amount then forget about any online experience of refund and retuned you currently getting from other sites.

Not recommended this Fake product company to anyone.
