AliExpress item received but damaged

orderno [protected] I have already opened a dispute for item 1 of this order and WU has asked me to open a dispute for item 2 however I cannot open a dispute on item 2 of this order as I had originally "received" this item but immediately stated that it was damaged and include photos as attached below

the following are the messages between myself and ALIEXPRESS WU store

item 2 of this order SMTH231 has arrived but is unusable.
the clasp is not working see attached photos. the bracelet is very nice and I would be happy to receive a replacement.

Item 1 SMTH198 has not yet arrived

AliExpress kitchen sink

I ordered a Tangwu sink from a seller on Aliexpress. The sink had a huge double dent in it when I opened the box. I submitted a dispute, the seller offered a refund of $20 on a $400 sink. Aliexpress said they would give a full refund if I returned the sink at my expense otherwise a refund of $200 would be given. I have no idea what shipping costs or even where to send it back to. So I guess I am out $200. I am still fighting this out with Aliexpress (Alibaba company). But it has been almost a month now so I do not think this will end well for me. Also the seller accused me of lying about the damage, going so far as saying it was not their sink by showing pics of undamaged sinks from a warehouse (?). I am now wondering if this sellers buys and sells damaged sinks and pawns them off on Americans. Ordering from Aliexpress is gambling, and the odds of getting what you paid for slim to none.

Aliexpress is the worst customer sercice i have ever experienced. They ripped me off together with ETradeSupply Store. Thieves! No response of the seller. Customer service said that they agree the fact that sellers robbed customers. Lost €185. Do not ever deal with ETradeSupply Store. Skype: sophia0815. Be aware of this thieves. Ordered an lcd. I have not received my order for quite a long time. when asking the seller for more details about the shippment or a refund' he told me to wait a bit more and a bit more and a bit more...

now there's isn't any dispute option, and the seller refuses to refund.

after checking with Israel's postal service & Israel's customs, I know for sure that the product is'nt there and probably is 'stuck' at the seller's country customs.

I've tried more than a few times to ask for refund but the seller refuses.

AliExpress led h4 bulb

I have ordered led h4 bulb where seller mentioned that it has 300watt and 300000 Lumens
But I received 36watt and mentioned 8000 Lumens
Even it has very bad focus on road its fan is not working and dipper is also not working.
Its foucs on road is less then the regular halogen bulbs, I have seen led blulb more brighter than is . If seller have mention the actuall specifications I had never purchased.

AliExpress car charger

The seller display car charger which I ordered but also stated cables which shock me when I received only the cables which I thought it comes together with the charger
I've made a dispute but received very insulting remarks. Seller did not settle the problem but called me a beggar, a fool
Seller also said i'm cheapskate, pay so little and expect so many things. Seller must not mislead us, why they show car charger but tell us to choose cable as well?

AliExpress unethical behaviour of local post office's courier

Good afternoon,
I'm frequently ordering items from AliExpress. However, some of my packages were left to just in front of the apartment building without noticing or calling me. It can be stolen easily! When I complaint about it with the person in charge, he said that they couldn't take the package back to the local post office if the package is not registered. And he was angry just because I wrote a complaint petition. This is an unacceptable behaviour considering that I am giving my money and time for the item. I don't know if you have a sanction against it or not. If you don't have, I hope you can guide me to the right channels. The local post office of Turkey is "PTT Kargo".

P.S. Some of my orderes never arrived even though they seem like arrived. I thought it was because of the AliExpress seller, but in that case, maybe it was all because of PTT couriers.

AliExpress customer service is crap! buyer protection a myth!

The claim by Ali Express that buyer is protected is a myth. It is very difficult to get to speak with a human. When you do, all they do is keep throwing meaningless platitudes at you without giving you any real information. My current dispute, I have contacted Ali agents multiple times. Each time I am given different answers as to when I can expect a decision. This is all I want to know. When!

I have been told the following in this dispute. 5 days, 7 days, 2-3 days, 7 days, 5 days. It has now been 7 days since the first time I questioned and was told 5 days. I contacted this morning that I had to wait 5 days and at the same time they told me tomorrow. Totally confusing. They do not have a facility for you to copy the transcript of your chat or to have a copy sent to you via email. Why, they do not want you to catch them out in their constant lies and insults.

It is very clear that these [censored] do not understand customer service. They will tell you what they think you want to hear to make you go away. They have no problem insulting you. Their agents have no power and can do nothing. I have been told multiple times that an agent would contact me and no one ever does. I have been told my case has been escalated, but nothing happens.

If you want to avoid stress and insults, get fair resolution to your disputes, then stick to the sites like Amazon or Ebay. Equally as slow but with a few major/important differences. When they say they will do something, they do it. Their agents will not insult you.

I believe I received 24vdc air valves, even tough the air valves are label for 12vdc. I had given picture and video to the seller showing the situation. I need the air valves for a class at our University and in order to get things rolling in time I had to buy dc to dc boosters to have higher voltage to turn the air valves on. Our school had to pay around $400.00 for the dc to dc boosters, which if the seller had not made the mistake we would not have to make this extra cost. I am asking the seller to give half refund of the $400.00 and feel this is more than reasonable. Seller does not reply.

Pneumatic 3 Way 2 Position Air Directional Control Solenoid Valve 3V210-08 DC12V DC24V AC110V AC220V Color: DC12V, that is suppose to work on 12vdc but takes higher voltage. I believe I received 24vdc air valves, even tough the air valves are label for 12vdc. I had given picture and video to the seller showing the situation. AliExpress accessing my account

When you set up your web site, does it ever dawn on anyone that that some older people do not have a sell phone.

I can not access my account as it keeps asking for my cell phone number.
When I click on other options, It still asks me for my sell phone so they can send me a text.
I DO NOT HAVE A CELL PHONE, I DO NOT HAVE TEXT, NEVER HAVE, NEVER WILL.
If you cannot solve this I will never use Ali express again and will tell all my friends
not to use it also.

Please solve this problem immediately.

I got the phone on the 10th of April but it did not turn on. I charged it with the factory power brick and USB cable but the screen does nothing. However, the same power brick powers up and charges my other phone (a Blackberry device). This test is in this video: https://youtu.be/l4qFJY4Opms. Any intelligent person could only assume that the phone was D.O.A. (Dead on arrival): it didn't power on and it didn't charge. I contacted the store but they didn't reply so I opened a dispute. Only then the store replied to me, asking me to replace the battery (impossible because the battery non removable. How can they ask this? Don't they know their own products?) and also to swap the factory USB cable with another one (wich I did) but that didn't make much sense since I could charge my other phone with the factory USB cable and power brick (as you can see in this video: https://youtu.be/l4qFJY4Opms). (DEAD ON ARRIVAL), the return fee is the seller's responsibility, not mine! Then, Ali Express statted that I "Did not follow the instruction provided by seller". What do you want me to do? Send you a 8 hour video, demonstrating that I tried to charge it? Finally, on the 1st of May I got a message saying "The dispute has been closed today and we have made a mediation: Dispute Finished - Refund Only EUR € 0, 00! So, am I supposed to get stuck with a broken phone and loose my money? Are you kidding me? I really hope that you reconsider this decision! I sent the two videos! What more proof do you want? I just want my money!

What type of evidence do they want me ti supply? A 8 hour video showing that the phone is charging?

Dear sirs, are you really serious regarding your decision "Dispute Finished - Refund Only EUR € 0, 00"? I'm not sure you've even understood the whole story so I'm going to repeat it: I got the phone on the 10th of April but it did not turn on. I charged it with the factory power brick and USB cable but the screen does nothing. However, the same power brick powers up and charges my other phone (a Blackberry device). This test is in this video: https://youtu.be/l4qFJY4Opms. Any intelligent person could only assume that the phone was D.O.A. (Dead on arrival): it didn't power on and it didn't charge. I contacted the store but they didn't reply so I opened a dispute. Only then the store replied to me, asking me to replace the battery (impossible because the battery non removable. How can they ask this? Don't they know their own products?) and also to swap the factory USB cable with another one (wich I did) but that didn't make much sense since I could charge my other phone with the factory USB cable and power brick (as you can see in this video: https://youtu.be/l4qFJY4Opms). AliExpress gs 911 bought on obddiy store

This item was working perfectly during 20 days. After 20 days the PC interface didn't want to connect anymore
When the problem occured the first time I have contacted the seller in order to find a solution and repair the PC interface GS911

Unfortunately during the troubleshoot and by checking on internet I have discovered that the interface a counterfeit

I found this absolutely unacceptable because the inetrface is very expensive

The price is the same amount as an original one but here I received a counterfeit

I have contacted the seller again and explained the situation but he never replied after to my several messages refusing any sort of arrangement.

It's obvious that this seller is dishonest and crook

The seller used Aliexpress platform to sell forbidden item, not reliable and on top of this counterfeit.

AliExpress incomplete order - no replacements

I negotiated and paid for a bulk order of necklace cords. I received a partial order.
I contacted them 3 months ago to complain (within dispute time) and was told that I had mis understood the order. I sent them a copy of our correspondence emails which proved I had not. They took the order and the money but only sent half the goods. Repeated complaints were met with promises to re send missing items - none have been received and neither would they issue a tracking number for them. Now the time frame to file a complaint has run out.
I also happen to be a stock owner so this ticks me off even more.

AliExpress product paid but no delivery, unable to open dispute, no response

Why if there no result from complaining on this forum? I have complained on more than one occasion about AliExpress and their so called 'Buyers Protection' which is a SCAM. but no response. twice on their live chat, was promised it would be resolved, but months later still no response. so the money I paid is just taken as a nice clean profit. they do not have to proof delivery, they just themselves go change the status as delivered, even though it never even reached the country it was ordered from...

don't waste your money, avoid AliEpress at all costs!11

I continue complaining and was twice promised on the live chat that this will be resolved, so now i am just telling everyone about what frauds aliexpress are. Will continue to do so on all social media.
