I have ordered an item order number: [protected]) power electricity energy saver box device 90v-250v eu us plug8x6. Items was delivered very fast, however I only managed to use it for about a week or less and the item now is not in working condition. I have already consulted the the open dispute section and the person bananawang who assisting me is not giving a solution as I already given a photo and explain to them over and over again about the fault of the item. He/she insisted me to send a video of the item where else I already told them that the video file is too big and I cannot send it through email they gave [protected]@qq.com). However they still insist of me giving them the video. This is so ridiculous! They are not being helpful worst making it more difficult. I am so upset with the type of service your staff gave. I am hoping you could give me solution to this and reply to me asap via email putera.[protected]@gmail.com

AliExpress usb flash drives storage bag

I purchased a USB Flash Drives Storage Bag.Seller provided tracking number, I tracked it delivered to wrong address.

I contacted the seller and they said they would resend, but they closed order as successfully delivered and could not dispute. Asked seller to reopen for me to dispute, but he said not to worry as order re sent. Waited four months and it never came. The joke of a Customer service at Aliexpress said not their problem as they are a trading platform.

I also ordered two faulty usb drives also and they would not help me dispute. Most products they sell are sub-standard.

They are a criminals - AVOID. Unless you want heartache and headaches, I would advise you to purchase from a more reputable online store.

I placed an order for a shopping bag some months ago, and received absolutely no contact regarding the delivery. I didn't receive the item and there is also no contact regarding a refund. I feel like a victim of a scam.
I will never again try to buy from Aliexpress, nor do I recommend it to anyone.

I has order cat collar total 30 pieces with different size and colour and They send me yesterday so I click recived delivery but once I check in product most of them is wrong size and colour ! So I sent text to seller but they never reply so I contact customer service to help me open disputes but was reject because the product ran out ! And now I can't refund money back as I have to wait seller to respond which is they might not respond ! That mean AliExpress can't protect buyer from unreliable seller I just loss my money ! So please be aware to buy with seller in AliExpress as you not have any protection from website

AliExpress website

your system needs to be changed so that if the delivery method need to be changed on the same day as placing the order(or before shipping as arranged with supplier), the delivery cost can be added and paid separately.
also if the card has expired allow new card to be entered at that point (where the system says card expired)not a separate entry.
The system add to the orders even if the card has expired.
If the order is cancelled show a credit in my account and let me use that for new purchase or select return funds

I ordered a pair of shoes. The seller contacted me to say item was out of stock and I could choose another shoe. I said I would cancel & seller is forcing me to choose I no longer want the item instead of the true reason that item is out of stock. Hi, I had ordered a winter jacket order I D -[protected] dated 11:11:2017, now on December I receive a mail from you telling that the jacket was delivered to the given address, to your information we had Christmas vacation in the college. And later I receive number of mails from you telling that order delivered etc... I infect wrote to the seller and so nobody is bothered to answer me. I have paid for a product and still have not received it and when I ask AliExpress say we have delivered it to you. I have not received any courier from AliExpress my jacket was not delivered, now they say I gotta check with post The and I already did check but not received any. I a.m. continuously writing to AliExpress response is not good they are saying it's delivered the truth is to whom it is delivered I have not received any...I trusted you guys and transferred my money without even receiving my product now I am without a jacket and in loss...please find a solution for it I am a student I everytime can't keep responding immediately when you write a email and when we do not reply you dissolve the issue self. It's very disappointing and a bad experience for me . Please find a solution to this I won't let this go cos I don't want to pay money for nothing..I want my jacket or return my money. My dispute is given a judgment without even a customers response and my messages are being erased.

AliExpress my country not on shipping list

I am an expat living in Hong Kong so I would like to use AliExpress over Taobao as my shopping platform. However, I can't seem to find my country on the shipping list for AliExpress. Please review and please cater to our large community of expats in Hong Kong.

I have tried using Taobao but seeing as it doesn't have an English option, it is hard to use with Google translate only.

It's a shame as there are many of us who'd like to purchase items from AliExpress.

AliExpress swimming pool lights bought through aliexpress from goldture industry

My swimming pool lights were under warranty. They started to leak and I requested warranty service from Goldture Industry through AliExpress. Goldture refuses to honor their warranty. AliExpress does not have a way to submit a complaint about their merchants. The swimming pool lights were supposed to be a sealed unit and they have leaked considerably.

AliExpress alibiss

I purchased a wig unit in 22 inches. Alex contacted me and stated that, the 22 in. Was out of stock and asked if I wanted a 20. I stated I would need to cancel. I cancelled and stated the reason as "Out of stock" Alex contacted me to change the reason. I at first declined and after I seen he was not going to honor my request to cancel, if I didn't change the reason I changed it.

After I changed it, I wrote to Alex. He or she has now stopped all communication. I have 8 more days for the cancellation to take place naturally, which means my money will be tied up longer and I still need to purchase a unit, for an event.

I have never seen anything as unprofessional as this, concerning an Aliexpress vendor. This is highly disappointing and I really have to consider the possibility of, never ordering from Aliexpress again.

Hi I brought a 360 lace frontal human hair for £97 I've had it five weeks hair has got big patches of hair missing first one I hid or tried with concealer it's thinned out sheds like a dog would first time I've used AliExpress and I'm really not happy I've contacted Rosa beauty or wigs and she's got back to me asked for pictures I sent them said she would contact her QC department than sent me a message saying the concealer done it don't make me laugh and said she would send care tips so my wig would last longer next time lol this is not my first wig I've even showed it to a professional hairdresser when I said I would post pictures and review all of a sudden she said management have said I can have 15 dollars with is £10:52 now she's not responding to my messages I told her I want a full refund or proper hair

I have ordered a doll n 26th of November, it was supposed to arrive on aound 10th of December. Since then the seller is lying to me saying that he sent me one more, and still no tracking information. Although I told to the seller do not send me a new one, I will not be in Spain, and just rturn money he did not return me. And still lying me. I have opened a dispute and the seller kept asking me to close the dispute continuously so that he will return the money, but finally when I closed the disute they asked me to give them 5 star. I told them to give my money back, but still no actions. Could you please to help me to get my money back, I do not need any product, and I really need my money back. I a rally dissapoited with Aliexpress!

Is it possible that you can answer my complaint,

Hello my name is Pall Ragnarsson. Sorry have to complain about one of your client.He send me a led christmas light which should be red but the colour he sent me was pink-purple and refuse to pay me back my money. I say this is a faulty product and not acceptable.
I send you open disput with this company and ask you to end this issue and pay my money back.
You can see picture in attached which I took my self of one Christmas-light one from myself a red one and the other from your client pink-purple and a open disput down below.

I know that you did pay a string and post cost. But your product is not that you shown on your picture and once again the color is not red. So that is our mistake and a very bad business and actually dishonest business to advise pepople to buy a products by your advertise at Aliexpress.

You are still trying to tell me that your color is red, but it is not.
You can not decide what is red because there is a national standard for red color. I am a lightinng designer so you can not tell me what is red color, I konw what is red. Your have a picture of your product at AliExpress wich show me a red color Christmas Led.
I send you a picture wich I took of your pink-purpule Led and another one wich is red Chrismas Led to show you the diffrent. And if you are selling for AliExpress then you have to have color wich is international. Now you have to tell me by yes or no about paying me back my money, so I can go any futher with this case.

The pants I ordered and payed - 20$., never arrived!

The dispute was closed, and I got an answer that I have "Invalid Reason"
I never got a notice from the Israeli POSTFFICE to collect the package, and when I went there to look for it- they did find any package on my name.
They said that the No. I have of the Aliexpress shipping is not correct and they can't even search for it.

AliExpress item not received and no refund

My name is Paulo and I'm from Portugal.
Order [protected] was made in July 2017 as part of a two order of cell phone covers, around 15USD each.
Orders should arrive in 21-42 days, but arrived in 14 days, when I was away from home on vacations. When I arrived at home, I had a notification on my mail box from PT mail service to get the order, but when I went to post office to pick it up, it was already sent back to seller.
I reported that to one seller, and by October he said he didn't received the items, and was going to do a refund. I reordered the items and received them in November.
I waited until end of November for the other seller, Dddawn Phone Case Store, to sent it again. Since items didn't arrive, I contacted seller to resend or refund, but he didn't do any action claiming he never received the items back. The date for opening dispute is over, so I'm making the complaint here.
So far I've only made about 6 orders from Aliexpress, and this is the 3rd occasion my items are lost, so I see it happens a lot. No problems from the other two occasions because sellers made refunds, but this time, even with the value involved being small, if the buyer isn't protected against this type of loss, that means he could never buy any product of significant value from Aliexpress.

AliExpress item not received and no customer assistance

I ordered an item which never arrived. I tried to resolve with the seller but they accused me of lying and never refunded my money. The tracking information stated that it had arrived, according to the seller but it never did.

I've been a customer for many years and never has this kind of problem. I've contacted the customer services chat 5 times. Each time the advisor has promised to help and have taken my email to update me but not a single advisor has done this. The deadline for a resolution has passed and I'm still waiting for this item or a refund. I find this highly unacceptable and upsetting. The company makes it so easy to pay and take money but when there's a problem, I feel hugely let down! My loyalty to your company as a consumer is an overreach as the company seems not to care. Please, can you action this complaint as soon as possible? As it's proving to be a stress to me.

Scam! they are selling default products and once you pay the price they will block you!
They are being so cheap, irresponsible and fake! They contact you very provisional way once you
have pay they money they start making less communication and then blocked you!

AliExpress order not delivered

I believe that AliExpress is a medium for companies to rip-off their clients by not delivering their orders after payment.
I placed and paid for my order on 8 October 2017, and to-date, have still not received any of the items. I either get the run-around, or they just do not respond. I have been in correspondence with them which I have proof of, but when I now try and request a refund, the auto response tell me my time has expired, and I can not longer claim a refund.
This is an absolute rip-off, and AliExpress, and their website should be removed so that they cannot rip-off any more people.
This was my first and only order, which has been a complete nightmare.
