AliExpress order not received

I'm disappointed in aliexpress On the 17 October 2017 I made an order, according to the description of the article the delivery time was between 7 to 15 days by dhl .
Unfortunately I had never received anything, I contacted dhl, they asked me to contact the post office what I did, they told me that the package is returned to the sender because it does not comply with their terms and conditions (no customs documents example the invoice) .
I contacted the seller asking him to send me another package, he answered me that he has not yet received the package .
So what will I do?

I'm disappointed in aliexpress On the 5 August 2017 I made an order, according to the description of the article the delivery time was between 60 days.
Unfortunately I had never received anything, so I did not send any confirmation but it was confirmed automatically. What's the problem? Are you going to send me the product? Or send me my money back.

AliExpress refund

I ordered a musicbox and it never received me. The box was sent by Silna Tang via Aliexpress. He or she promissed me to give me my money back, but I never hear from him or her again. I keep sending mails, but I don't get an answer. I only get commercial mails, but never an answer. Last time I heard anything was in october. I sent messages on november 13th, november 23th, december 11th en 12th, december 15th and today january 5th.

AliExpress refund scam

I have connected to aliexpress before 1 month, I think that they give cheap things. so I bought a smartwatch having price $42.15, but after half an hour I cancelled my order and they said that my amount is credited to my account in 20 buisness days. After that I contacted many of times and on every chat they told me next date. Then after 2 months they give me a ARN numberand told that my amount is credited to my account and I have to contact to my bank and asked them about refund using ARN number. When I contact to my bank, they said that it is wrong ARN number. And now what can I do, I have lost my money.

ALIEXPRESS has a ridiculous refund policy. They charged me for the item + applicable taxes. When I never received the item and opened a dispute, they refunded only the amount for the item and kept the taxes collected for themselves. I chatted with them several times and they would not refund the tax collected and offered only an apology for inconvenience.

BUYER BEWARE - they will cheat you this way.

I have since opened a dispute with my credit card company to see if they can do anything about this.

AliExpress airbrush kit

I ordered a airbrush kit months ago, and it never showed up, so after a long story I was told I would be refunded, and now months later I still don't have the refund. When I go look it just says processing and again it's been months. And 65 use isn't pocket change. I want my money simple as that. On the attached images you will see the product I ordered, the dates I ordered it as well as the dates the refund started and never finished

Located in Aliexpress I showed my security camera photos at the Acesee Official Store - Etration Yi Mantia He. This NVR device was recommended to me. After I bought the device, I tested it with my security camera, but when I realized that it was incompatible, I informed the vendor and returned the product safely and reliably. Extra 20 USD. I paid the shipping fee. (The total cost to me was 97.05 USD.) However, the dealer opened the box and changed the device settings. He tried to trick me and case management by shooting a fraudulent video. Aliexpress case management believed in the seller despite all of the evidence. all of the money was transferred to the seller. My objections did not work. It took 2 months long and param went away. It is not possible to accept these immoral behaviors!

AliExpress my packages

I have order an IPhone, 2 jumpsuits for women, And one outfit for a man. I had them sent to my address that I was living at the time but in process of waiting for my packages we moved. Also I went to my local USPS. Office and the packages were not there. I have bought them and not receive them. I feel like I have been hijacked by AliExpress. And I need my refund.

AliExpress unethical behaviour and scant handling of aliexpress team

I bought a 2000 W Car Inverter DC 12 V to AC 220 V Power Inverter Charger (order [protected]). I opened the package once it was delivered and connected to the car, to see how it is operating. At that time I noticed that the product was not operating and there was no 220 V power output. Then I checked the product with different cars and also in a workshop, connected to an accumulater and measured the output with the device. It never worked.

Although I have bought several items from Aliexpress, this was my first experience with an item that didn't work. Therefore I raised a dispute asked for a refund and proposed return of the item. Aliexpress requested video evidence and I uploaded evidence video taken in the workshop the other day. I also replied the team with e-mail, attaching the video evidence of my problem.

Before the deadline for submitting the video evidence, Aliexpress told me that they will refund me 0 USD and asked me not to return the item. I was expecting at least a proposal for replacement. Of course I objected their decision and appealed it.

Aliexpress rejected my appeal claiming that "we found there's no detailed evidence for the problem you mentioned when our Case Management Specialist handled this case. Besides, there is no video from you can prove the quality problems as well. As you know, it is hard for dispute team to help our buyers if the evidence is not supported. That's why we reminded you to provide the detailed evidence to verify your claim in the mail."

From these I understand that AliExpress wants us to go to China with the defective item to prove our problem. Such an approach and procedures of Aliexpress is against to ethical commercial practices.

AliExpress aliexpress is a complete scandal and only support their chinese sellers

I had the worst experiences shopping on AliExpress.com/Alibaba.com. The first case was regarding an item that I purchased and the seller sent me the wrong product. I opened a dispute and requested to return the product for a full refund, but AliExpress offered me two options that did not make any sense.
The first option was to keep the item plus 1% of the item cost.
The second option was to ship the item at my own expense then they were going to return a partial of my payment which didn't make any sense.
They closed the case completely after 15 days leaving me with a product that I had no need for.

The Second experience was the fact that I purchased an item from a seller and I never received the package. I opened a case, but AliExpress never stepped in to help and I ended up losing all my money.

Although their websites do provide some items that are rare to find online, it isn't worth the risk of losing your hard earn money, because AliExpress/Alibaba are fraudulent themselves and support their own Chinese sellers. So to prevent any chaos, do yourself a favor by keeping away from these 2 scandalous websites.

AliExpress very bad service

To whom it may concern.

Can you please assist with order [protected], the following tracking number [protected] it does not exist according to my post office and they are unable to track the parcel. I bought sunglasses from the shop called MEYOU around July/August 2017 through Aliexpress. After receiving the email that the parcel has arrived in my country, I went to my nearest office to get the parcel, the post office tellers tried to track the parcel only to find out that the tracking number that Aliexpress/seller provided to me is incorrect. I tried so many times to explain to the seller what is happening. The seller keept on telling me that """hello dear order amount less than 5 dollors ,all choose China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus,not register and abroad information hope you understand thank you""" Or to check my parcel to the nearest post office. Even if I have explained my tracking number issue to the seller. The I decided to ask customer care to intervene but still no assistance they keep telling me open disput yethe they already closed the order without me confirming or leave feedback. And now I need my refund back or they must resend the parcel with the correct tracking number coz I paid for the parcel. I need fair service since it is not my fault. I thinknow Aliexpress now they are having crook as sellers so please check before they do this to other customers coz it hurts and frustrating.

AliExpress amount deducted but products not dispatched yet

i had placed a order of 6 products through aliexpress, the cart total was 720INR but as i had a aliexpress coupon i applied it and after discount the total amount deducted from my bank account was 500INR. The amount was deducted but as only 2 products out of the six were dispatched i contacted the sellers of the respective sellers but they told me they haven't received any confirmation from aliexpress about the payment on the products and because of which the sellers are not packing & dispatching the products.

I am noting down all the order id's down to which the amount is deducted but is not dispatched.

Hello, order placed 30th Oct. containing Christmas presents. After checking the delivery status I notice no further movement. I decide to contact the seller for more information but am not receiving a reply. I have tried contacting the seller, 7 times infact and have not received any reply. I need to ensure my items will be delivered before Xmas. If the seller contacted and me and there is a problem, I would have had enough time to make other arrangements. AliExpress [protected] fantasymall

Hi,

I ordered a lighter a while ago and it arrived as a DOA(Dead on Arival) I contacted FantasyMall and they promised to send a new one, after months of waiting I still did not receive a replacement.

I Have asked 3 weeks ago for a full refund, they were not able to refund back on my credit card and required a paypal account, as per request I created this and provided FantasyMall will my details. Meanwhile they have removed the product from their store. 2 weeks have passed and I still have not received my refund of 3, 03 Euro,

With this e-mail I would like to file a official compliant against FantasyMall and want to have my money a.s.a.p whole is has taken almost 5 months. I have all the communication stored with for this item if required.

If no action will me taken I will stop using AliExpress as I expect that you only select trustworthy customers.

I am Kapil Kuriakose from Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
I have ordered a Junsun H7 DVR via Aliexpress and it got delivered to me (Kerala, India) On 2017.08.25.

When I started using it, I noticed that the memory is not getting auto rewritten. Means when my 32 GB card is full, it won't be auto written with latest recording instead its showing "Storage is full" and Nothing will get recorded there after.

But in the product description, it shows Loop Recording feature is there. [Screen shot attached]

I contacted customer support (Name: Lin) and I did not get a proper response. I requested him for a refund and he is not giving me proper answer/ replacing this product.

I want a full/Partial refund of Money. since the product is still under warranty.

please do necessary actions.

The Shipping was on Time and packing was perfect.

i made order in 11-11-2017 from Yi Technology Store 3 items and i got a big discount
1 - Yi carrying case (for action camera) 18.45$ it was 25.99$
2 - Yi 4k camera with Bluetooth and self stick 184.18$ it was 231.81$
3- Yi Gimbal Handheld 96.10$ it was 199.99$

and the seller didn't ship the items to me so, i have contacted them more than 4 times and didn't got any respond from the seller
so, i contacted customer service, everytime when i contacted them told me you'll received email from us or the seller i didn't got anything

so when i open the case i didn't found any option i found just refund my money, so the seller as quickly has sent to me a msg tell me your request has been approved and your money refunded
and i was when i contacted the seller i told them i want my order not refunded my money
