I'm a frequent customer from AliExpress. Recently I noticed that a small amount is getting deducted from my Bank Account each month. So I removed the Bank Car details from the AliExpress App. But i noticed they are still withdrawing. They don't credit the deducted amount back as well.
Please help me understand why they need to withdraw money? Is this what is going to happen til I have my bank account? Please stop deducting money from there and refund them back. what is going on?

I ordered this and paid on 30th September 2016, I received it on 12th november but the device (bear trimmer) was broken when I received it.
I registered the complaint 'on line' on 14 november with AliExpress.
After a long and not so professional on line 'chat discussion' (first a refund proposition of $2...)
On 16th december, the 'dispute officer from AliExpress' wrote me and I refer literally to his texte: "dear, the money had back to you, pleaes check"...
But after 6 months waiting and checking, the refund still did not happen!
In the mean time AliExpress closed the complaint because the product was not send back... although I've asked many times for the return procedure (adress, carrier, etc...).

I've received the product very quick and in a safe order. BUT unfortunately, the tool wasn't working as described. I was very disappointed and I opened a Dispute.
I was chatting with the seller and agreed to send it back to them. The seller told me that they will accept my return just if I'll close the Dispute, which I've done...
The product has been sent next day and the seller which also RECEIVED it in 2 weeks after - on 17 of August 2017.
Since then I am keep on chatting with the seller (chat attached), with the life chat (customer care...) NOBODY seems to help me and proceed for a REFUND.
The seller recommended me that if I have to re-open the Dispute in order for them to help me and give me a refund.
It's IMPOSSIBLE!

I have been ordering from this company for a while now. I will never use this company again. I ordered a beach cover up last year and i have been going back and forth with the seller. I send the seller a picture and noing. I reached out to the customer service and nothing. I didn't an appeal and sent another picture and nothing still. This company is a fraud.

Yes, they are cheap and their variety of products is huge and maybe sometimes it seems they have a great management. But it's a big mistake.
The quality of goods is usually awful or they can ship items you didn't order or in a different color or shape. And if you open a dispute it doesn't mean you will win. You will probably lose it.
So stay away from them.

I have ordered two pair of shoes from two different sellers approximately at the same period.
I had some health issues and stayed at the hospital for some time, and so when my packages arrived I wasn't able to go to the post office and get them.
When I finally managed to go, the post office employee informed me that my packages have been sent back. I have contacted both sellers letting them know about the situation and it's been a very very long time and they tell me they didn't get anything back yet...
I don't know what to do about this. I want either a refund or if they can send me the shoes again.. But none of them seems to have got the packages back. At least according to what the tell me...

I received an order that did not match the description. they promised to return my money only after I send it back to China. I can't find their email or phone number to just contact them and clarify the situation. They only have a stupid chat that works like crap and people who talk to you don't always understand what you want from them. They don't speak a proper English so that causes a lot of problems. I have spent weeks on this without reaching my goal.
So please try to choose better services even if you have to pay more.

This is the most disappointing online store ever. I'm so tired of them. My mother's birthday is today and I ordered a present for her 2 months ago. The website says it hasn't shipped yet. When I contacted the seller and described my problem, the only thing he asked was whether he could help me or not. And it repeated several times. I bought a probably fave Juicer from Ali Express from a store named SU SHOP Store. the product broke on the second use (broken auger). the store sent me a replacement part and it broke again on the next use.
I requested to return the product, which is probably fake, although the store swears its real.
The store is not willing to return my money until they receive the product, but I cannot trust them.
In addition they are not willing to pay for the delivery although Ali express buyer protection rules that they must.

My Samsung Phone arrived in July even though I bought it in May. All I wanted was to have a guarantee and wrote to a merchant for the protection extending. I needed to be sure that I would refund my money after unseen situations. However, it didn't happen, they just said I don't have to worry. What may happen?
As I said I got my phone, but it was broken. I opened the dispute and the seller finally answered me advising to send the phone back and get my money. That's what I did and got my phone back without any repair or refund.
Please don't buy anything from Ali. There are so many other places for ordering items!
