On the 4th of july I decided to order kfc family fill up it consist of 8 pieces chicken 8 tenders, ff, mashed potatoes, coleslaw all for $30.00 and my son added 2 chicken sand we had it delivered and when it came it was $52.00 and we only got tenders, ff, coleslaw biscuits we tried calling the store and no answer so we decided to reorder the same family fill up and this time we did not get tenders, ff, coleslaw, and it was 48$ and some change so here it is I got screwed by kfc and couldn’t even get a hold of any person to complain about now that is way to much money to lose over food we didn’t even get what we ordered! KFC Tawar mall Qatar never fails to disappoint me. Every time I order, there’s something wrong or missing. Today they sent me Regular strips instead of Spicy which I ordered. When KFC staff contacted me ([protected]) he was extremely unprofessional and kept asking me are you sure that strips are not spicy? Can you open the strips and see? My staff is saying they sent spicy strips….How many pieces of strips you ate? How many pieces remaining? If you ate some, I cannot replace. I asked him to send someone over to confirm if strips are spicy or not? But he refused to do so. Overall the guys who called me [protected], was extremely unprofessional amd rude and doesn’t know how to run a business.

Several times over the six months of 2023 I have ordered 8 piece bucket and expressed we do like or want chicken wings, Only once this year did I receive no wings. Since I can't get the staff to fill my order without wings, I will not return to the kfc in north zanesville ohio, this happen to me 2 years ago. I just started visiting kfc again, I won't return again.

I seen all these commercials about getting FC's new chicken nuggets, all the pictures on the internet and the TV show a crispy chicken nugget kind of like the extra crispy chicken looks real good so I went to the local KFC and King North Carolina ordered me some chicken nuggets, I got the chicken nuggets and I was totally disappointed valley breading on it was just barely coating it there was a piece of chicken with just a little film a flower on it nothing like the commercial nothing like the pictures on their display at the store I was totally disappointed I returned them and got my money back if I could put pictures on here I would. I did find the picture section and could not find the pictures I took of the chicken nuggets, that's my fault but they were nothing like their ads

I went to KFC Bypass road madurai on 28.06.2023 around 18.45 hrs and I booked for Wednesday offer for Rs 778+ tax to take away to home.After I reached home opened box I was very disappointed because I ordered one they were given another one. My families are very fed up this since they are very expected. But they have been cheated by the your supplier. I phoned to your complaint. But no one picked my complaints. On Monday the 26 June 2023 I order wrapsta box and added an extra R17 for a bigger meal but I was given a small one. I asked the lady that was helping me if she's aware that it was a bigger meal since I ordered it via WhatsApp, she did not respond. Can I have a clarity of adding a R17 extra for a bigger meal, what should be up sized.

I went with my wife on Saturday the 24th of June 2023 at around 12:20 to buy food. After we paid we went to the collections window where we were given our meals. So whilst we were checking if our order was right this lady who had a NAME TAG WRITTEN BOMIKAZI came shouting at us saying that we mustn’t check our order but just go. She insulted us and I will assume she was intoxicated as her behaviour seemed to be very strange for someone who was not even provoked. When my wife asked why she was insulting me she told her where to go off and left laughing at us. I am a regular buyer at that KFC but ever since that incident I haven’t gone back as I’m not sure what she will do next time to our food.

This place is horrible! The management is non existent and they told me at 7:00 on Friday night that they were not cooking anymore tonight and was out of everything and suggested Popeyes down the street. I give them three tries over a year period and always the same rude employees and usually the whole staff is out back by trash bins. The inside is nasty and this location needs to be sold or shut down.

I gotta say, I'm a fan of KFC's chicken. It's finger-lickin' good, as they say. But let me tell you, folks, you gotta watch out for those sneaky employees at the KFC store. The last two times I went to grab some dinner from them, I ended up getting shorted on my chicken. Can you believe it? One piece less each time! Now, I ain't saying it's the end of the world or anything, but it sure seems like a pattern of dishonesty to me. And if they're doing it to me, who knows how many other people they're doing it to? That could save KFC a whole lot of money if they keep it up over thousands of orders.

Now, I ain't one to complain without giving credit where credit's due. KFC did send me a voucher for the first time they shorted me on my chicken. But let me tell you, it's been over a month and they still haven't made it right for the second time. I mean, come on now. That's just plain lazy.

So here's my advice to all you KFC lovers out there: count your chicken. And while you're at it, count all your other items too. You never know what those sneaky employees might try to pull. But hey, if you do end up getting shorted, at least you know you're not alone.

I gotta say, I'm not one to complain, but this time KFC really dropped the ball. I ordered two of their famous $20 fill up boxes, thinking I'd have enough food to feed my family and guests. But boy was I wrong! When I got to the window, they told me to pull forward, which I get - my order was pretty big. But when I got home, I realized they had forgotten half of my order!

I was missing eight biscuits - that's right, eight! And on top of that, they shorted me three pieces of chicken, one mashed potato, and one gravy. I was so disappointed - I had been looking forward to this meal all day, and now I was left with barely enough food to go around.

To make matters worse, I tried calling the store three times to see if they could fix the mistake, but no one answered. I even left my number - it's ***010 - and my email - ***@yahoo.com - but still no response.

Overall, I have to say I'm pretty let down by KFC this time. I've always been a fan of their food, but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can make it right and maybe even throw in some extra biscuits next time!

I gotta say, KFC is a pretty decent spot to grab some grub. I remember watching this flick called Kentucky Fried Movie where this dude holds his box of chicken sideways and all this grease just comes pouring out. But let me tell you, that ain't my experience with KFC.

Back in the day, when KFC first started, it was better than most folks could make themselves, especially down South. The mashed potatoes were made from real potatoes, not some mix, and the gravy was on point - not stale and greasy like some other joints. And the chicken? Oh man, it was top-notch quality and super soft, not hard like some other fast food places.

But let's be real, KFC is a global phenomenon now. People all over the world are chowing down on that finger-lickin' goodness. And I gotta admit, in places where there ain't no similar product, KFC is the go-to spot.

Now, some folks might argue that Popeye's is better and less expensive. And hey, I ain't gonna knock 'em for that. But for me, KFC hits the spot just right.

And did you know there really was a Colonel who invented all this? Yeah, he had a whole lot of pride in the product. And let me tell you, he was way more convincing than the fake they use in ads these days.
