Unprofessional service and wrong order
KFC Tawar mall Qatar never fails to disappoint me. Every time I order, there’s something wrong or missing. Today they sent me Regular strips instead of Spicy which I ordered. When KFC staff contacted me ([protected]) he was extremely unprofessional and kept asking me are you sure that strips are not spicy? Can you open the strips and see? My staff is saying they sent spicy strips….How many pieces of strips you ate? How many pieces remaining? If you ate some, I cannot replace. I asked him to send someone over to confirm if strips are spicy or not? But he refused to do so. Several times over the six months of 2023 I have ordered 8 piece bucket and expressed we do like or want chicken wings, Only once this year did I receive no wings. The new chicken nuggets

I went with my wife on Saturday the 24th of June 2023 at around 12:20 to buy food. After we paid we went to the collections window where we were given our meals. So whilst we were checking if our order was right this lady who had a NAME TAG WRITTEN BOMIKAZI came shouting at us saying that we mustn’t check our order but just go. She insulted us and I will assume she was intoxicated as her behaviour seemed to be very strange for someone who was not even provoked. When my wife asked why she was insulting me she told her where to go off and left laughing at us. I am a regular buyer at that KFC but ever since that incident I haven’t gone back as I’m not sure what she will do next time to our food.

This place is horrible! The management is non existent and they told me at 7:00 on Friday night that they were not cooking anymore tonight and was out of everything and suggested Popeyes down the street. Beware of Sneaky KFC Employees: My Experience with Shorted Chicken
I gotta say, I'm a fan of KFC's chicken. It's finger-lickin' good, as they say. But let me tell you, folks, you gotta watch out for those sneaky employees at the KFC store. The last two times I went to grab some dinner from them, I ended up getting shorted on my chicken. Can you believe it? One piece less each time! Now, I ain't saying it's the end of the world or anything, but it sure seems like a pattern of dishonesty to me. And if they're doing it to me, who knows how many other people they're doing it to? That could save KFC a whole lot of money if they keep it up over thousands of orders.
Now, I ain't one to complain without giving credit where credit's due. KFC did send me a voucher for the first time they shorted me on my chicken. But let me tell you, it's been over a month and they still haven't made it right for the second time. I mean, come on now. That's just plain lazy.
So here's my advice to all you KFC lovers out there: count your chicken. And while you're at it, count all your other items too. You never know what those sneaky employees might try to pull. But hey, if you do end up getting shorted, at least you know you're not alone.
Disappointing Experience with KFC: Missing Food and No Response from Store
I gotta say, I'm not one to complain, but this time KFC really dropped the ball. I ordered two of their famous $20 fill up boxes, thinking I'd have enough food to feed my family and guests. But boy was I wrong! When I got to the window, they told me to pull forward, which I get - my order was pretty big. But when I got home, I realized they had forgotten half of my order!
I was missing eight biscuits - that's right, eight! And on top of that, they shorted me three pieces of chicken, one mashed potato, and one gravy. I was so disappointed - I had been looking forward to this meal all day, and now I was left with barely enough food to go around.
To make matters worse, I tried calling the store three times to see if they could fix the mistake, but no one answered. I even left my number - it's ***010 - and my email - ***@yahoo.com - but still no response.
Overall, I have to say I'm pretty let down by KFC this time. I've always been a fan of their food, but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can make it right and maybe even throw in some extra biscuits next time!
