Food is been fungus and discoloured

Today afternoon I ordered a family pack and extra chicken and some sweets corns . When I came home and started to eat my son found that sweetcorn is been fungus and discoloured .I tired to contact so many time no one is available to pickup the call . Duty manager discriminating against me & my beloved disabled son
Last night 18/4/23 at 6:50pm 2 duty manager ignored my request for assistance of our delayed drive through food order & makes jokes laughing with her Youth Team about me when i was so desperately asked her please assist me to get my beloved disabled son foods asap as for my son was self bashing to bleed inside taxi due to foods delayed nearly 25 to 30 minutes.

Today I waited for half an hour for someone to serve us even though we were the first to come at that moment. I took it as racism because the customers came after us were served this lady. I was avoided and I had to eat from McDonald’s. My favourite food is kfc food, my 3 year old was crying to get her favourite chicken wings. This happed from KFC inside the shopping mall .

Not Delivered and Lying Manager
Offered from the Burton on Trent store tonight for delivery. After 20 minutes wait for the delivery AFTER the Just Eat app said the order had been delivered, the order had not arrived. I had been in the kitchen preparing sides so was watching for delivery and no car entered the street. When I spoke to the manager on the phone (2nd attempt to call) he palmed me off to Just Eat stating that he could not track the driver (I know they can), he never took the order number to check or offered to try and sort something, he only said drivers work for Just Eat and he had no means of tracking or contacting them. Looking at the reviews on Just Eat I can see this is a familiar story and consistent pattern, the place is dirty if you visit the site (been in store before) and attitude of managers there is a disgrace. How the store has been allowed to keep its KFC licence is beyond me.
Desired outcome: Close the store for improvement and retraining
Overcharge of product and poor quality food
I visited the cbs location today (April,14,2023) at 12:20pm. I had ordered at the drivethru a 4pc original recipe tender box meal with a pepsi and macaroni salad. Upon payment i didn’t notice the upcharge that had been added to my total as i wasn’t told my total or given a recipt. Including taxes the meal should have been $15.51. I was instead charged $19.54. When i got my meal it was barely a 2pc tenders as the food i was given was sad to say the least. I work on the road and have a hectic schedule so turning around was not an option for me as i had delivery's and customers to attend to. Just wanted to share my experience and hopefully it does not happen again as i frequent this location often.

Monday the 3rd of April around 2pm my elderly father travelled approximately 3 miles on his road worthy mobility scooter to aberamens kfc he drove through the drive through to be told that he could not go through on his scooter but could go into the store on his scooter being a large scooter it would have been impossible for him to manager through the doors which was not automatic opening and nobody came to assist, then my dad drove up by the side of the door and was going to try and walk in , is mobility is very low and really should not have attempted to get off his scooter the manger then shouted over you can’t leave your scooter there, there was no empathy used or even if some one could have helped by coming out of the store to assist him, instead just shouted down at him making my dad feeling worthless my dad did then curse at the manager which I do not condone but that is very much out of character for him it was they way the manager made him feel, I phoned up asking what the policy was and he told me that it’s clearly stated that no mobility scooters or motor bike are aloud through the drive through I visited to day and there is no sign anywhere on the sight stating this my father is 83 years old and I feel the way he as been treated is unacceptable I enclose a photo of the drive through and would appreciate if you can look in to your policy’s to assist low mobility people more assistance and understanding.thank you. I attended the store with my daughter receipt number [protected] yesterday afternoon. I am a regular at kfc and would often buy the family bucket and has never had issues at this store before.
We went in and I needed the toilet. I asked if I can use the toilet and the girl at the till Aniqa (name on receipt) asked if I had eaten. I said I needed to toilet and will order after I I have been. Both me and my daughter needed the toilet. So she said she will ask the manager. She turned round and asked a girl called Megan who gave me a dirty look and said no. So I said I’m not going to take the food into the toilet with me am I? They both gave me a dirty look. My daughter really wanted a kfc by now I just lost my appetite. So I said I’ll order and I’ll I’ve it up on way out. My daughter ordered and we went to
Toilet. When we came out there was a tray of food on the top with another customer over it. I then looked at the tray and asked if it was our food. Aniqa who took the order and Megan (supposedly the manager) both gave us dirty looks and didn’t answer. We looked around and at the order as no one else was taking it we presumed it was ours. My daughter sat down and started eating it. The two girls Megan and Aniqa still giving us dirty looks. So I went up and asked Aniqa who the manager was. She looked confused and at this moment realised Megan wasn’t the manager. I asked to see the manager and Aniqa just walked off. Another girl at the till on the cash till asked if I was ok I told her I was waiting to speak to the manager. At this point Aniqa had disappeared and I thought she was getting the manager then a man wandered up called jaha asked if I was ok. I told him Aniqa had gone to get me the manager. He told me that ther was no manager on. I asked for a number to ring and he said he was the shift leader. As I started telling him the above he kept Interrupting me asking if I wanted to change the food he could change it for me, I told him that wasn’t the point it was more the food left out whilst they knew I was going to toilet on a open tray and when I asked if it was my food I got two dirty looks and no answer. He then told me it was policy and took me to see the policy which I said I understood the toilet was for paying customers them he just started talking nonsense again about changing the food. In the end I raised my voice because he just kept talking about policy and changing my food. He then apologised for the girls behaviour🤷🏻♀️ but I don’t think he even listened to what I was saying and shouldn’t have got involved as he wasn’t the manager. It wasn’t a big issue the but I don’t understand why Aniqa lied and said Megan was the manager. Not sure if you can check my app history I did use my app on this occasion but I usually get the family bucket plus 8 add on hot wings cause I have a large family. It’s a shame cause this is my local kfc and it is the only fast food I do feed my family. I have never had issues with this kfc before. I ended up taking a pic of policy but no where does it say you have to buy the food first or staff can ignore customers when asked if that was their food, or that customer can expect dirty looks from staff.
Desired outcome: Call from someone or to explain what has been done about megan and aniqas childish behaviour. And training for jaha on how to deal with customers ie by listening to them instead of interrupting and pulling them to see the policy.

I visited your Beaconsfield service station branch yesterday and ordered a take away for myself and children. We live nearby so took it home.
It was all pretty much awful. The buns were hard and tasted stale. I think the food had sat in your heater after being made for ages.
KFC is a treat for us as it is extremity calorific and this was definitely not worth the calories !

Hello today 13th april 2023 at 6.30pm i ordered a trilogy box and a 4 piece colonels meal. Every single time ive ordered the 4 Colonels meal now i have only gotten 3 chicken legs and one other piece be it a wing or a breast. This is unacceptable and they tell me its what everyone gets. Unacceptable. This has happened one too many times now and i dont feel like ordering again from KFC due to this unsatisfactory fact.
Desired outcome: If i could i would get a refund for this yet again unsatisfactory meal or just a slip that gives me the ability for a refund if its not the correct pieces. I wouldnt have minded so much if it was 2 legs and 2 other pieces but 3 legs!?!?

Hello, I purchased some food from the Sidwell street store in Exeter. When I got home the food tasted as if there had been plastic in the fryers. I also had hair on my chicken wing which had been cooked into the chicken itself. The chips were not cooked and were inedible.
I am not happy with the food at all and very disappointed.
If you look at the chicken wing you can see the hair has been cooked with the chicken itself.

Food issues plus poor customer service
Placed order online was supposed to be ready upon arrival but wasn't and instead had to wait about 30 minutes for order.At first the order was wrong so had to wait for it to be corrected. Finally got order and found the chicken to be burnt so took it back to be told it's not burnt it's black because of the grease. Gave me another order of burned chicken along with an attitude.Besides being burnt removed the skin hoping it would be ok but unfortunately that wasn't the case because not only tasted burnt but it was so dry. Really should have gotten a full refund.I was very disappointed in the quality of the food and even more so of the attitude from the staff working.Then to top it off no one answered the calls to customer service to get issue resolved.If I don't get an apology and a full refund I definately will not buy another thing from KFC anymore.You would think spending nearly 40 dollars on a meal that it would at least be edible.This incident happened in Aberdeen at the Beard hills rd location.

On April 6, 2023 we went into the restaurant for lunch. This store is located in Montrose, Colorado. IF the Kitchen is as filthy as the restaurant...What quality of food and cleanliness are we receiving? Every where we looked it was dirty! The walls, tables, legs of tables, floor, bathrooms, etc.
I didn't want to eat there and believe me, WE intend to go on every site to give our experience!
What was happening there we are not sure but we are convinced that the store should be closed down for a HUGE Spring cleaning!
The employees go from taking the money to preparing the food!
I do believe the only thing that was clean was the glass on windows and doors! Nice touch!
They didn't get our order correct. We ordered a bucket of chicken. Half crispy and half regular. It it all crispy.

Absolutely awful service and long delay for so called fast food . And to top it all the only hot thing was the gravy . It was a cash order taken at about 6.50- 7.00 pm on Easter Sunday . At Redhill store .!Reminds me why I have not used kfc for a long time . I have worked a long time in the catering industry and that is dangerous to serve chicken at that temperature. On March 28th, 2023, while vacationing in Jamaica, we decided to purchase KFC. On route to the KFC to purchase "to go" lunch, my daughter felt ill so we purchased a cup of soup on the road side. We entered KFC, I joined the line to purchase and she sat down with the soup in her hand. The security guard told her that she could not consume it. She came over to join me on the line and I told her to consume it while standing in front of me. I explained to the security guard that she was not feeling well, we purchased the soup on route to the KFC and I want her to drink it while it was still warm. He was not emphatic so the customers spoke with him on our defense. A KFC worker then told us that we will not be served because my daughter drank the soup. To my dismay, when we got to the counter, the cashier refused to serve us. There was now an uproar in KFC as everyone was quite astound by this behavior. All of the KFC staff left the front area and went to the rear of the store for approximately twenty minutes because they refused to serve us. I have been trying to get someone from your complaints department or customer care department and have not received any form of care regarding my issue regarding the product your Renfrew Ontario location is selling to it's customers. I am at the point where I am ready now to take it to the Canadian food board and better business bureau to get their opinion . The product being sold in this particular location is not what you are advertising and all I have been asking for is the product you do advertise for the price you ask I have been a frequent customer however, this Renfrew location is serving a product that isn't eatable. What I got the last time I was there was breaded skin as wings and other pieces that couldn't be recognized but were also red inside. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I am afraid that you may end up with food poisoning cases should something not be done.

This has to be the worst restaurant. Twice I have used it, both times I have had to complain.
This evening we have decided to treat ourselves to a KFC, which is something we can’t afford to do very often. My husband has got home after collecting it and there are no hot wings in the bag. No sauces available. No coleslaw available. The chicken fillets tastes like pure grease. I remember when KFC was delicious - this is quite frankly disgusting. This restaurant should be throughly investigated.
Desired outcome: Full refund - I’m not one to make a giant fuss, but this is tasteless and greasy. Not the KFC standard I am used to in other stores!

I went to kfc at red hill circle after placing my kfc order on my phone. Went there and I couldn’t remember the last digit of my order when they searched my name nothing came up which is weird. The manager for the night shift that day was horrible and couldn’t help me. I was in that kfc for more than 30 minutes. I then had to purchase my food AGAIN. I demanded a refund after placing my purchase as I’m not paying twice if it’s not my problem they couldn’t find me on the system. When I scanned my QR code to purchase again it said my name!? How is that possible they can’t find my order with my name but when I scan it my name comes up?

We ordered 1 family feast 10 pieces
But when came home and started eating we discovered there are only 7 pieces.
We have 6 in our family including 2 kids.
So thought kids can have one piece each with salad and chips while the adults have 2 pieces chips and salad.
Instead we all get one piece and only one left.
We live in staplehill and it’s too far to go back and I had to go to work too.
This is not the first time, but we thought with different management the service will be different but looks like the service is still the same and we end up staying hungry even after spending almost £22 and petrol we spend to go there.
