On Saturday, May 6, I visit the Corsicana KFC, B/W 4&5 PM. I ordered 5 nuggets. When I returned home, my bag consisted of 5 pieces of reheated chopped, dry chicken, the size of a quarter. Tonight I have reached my limit. Once again, my food was missing from the drive through order and didn’t find out until I got home. 12 pc nugget combo with no nuggets. This has happened several times over the past two years in a Bangor and Brewer KFC restaurants. Tonight, it was Bangor that failed. It’s a 50% failure rate. It’s either my meal, or someone else in my family in the same order. Tonight it was me. Last week it was Brewer and my daughter’s meal.
So, I’m done. As I eat cereal for supper instead of nuggets, I’m officially announcing to you that I’m done giving you my money for repeated failures at these two restaurant in Bangor and Brewer, Maine. I’m not going to any of your restaurants anywhere anymore.

Did not get replacement bowl for pot pie

Upon arrival for pickup told order not ready. Had to wait 20 minutes extra for chicken order and also had no pot pies. They would replace pot pie with famous bowl. Kfc store 15-20 minutes away. When opening bag at home - only had 1 famous bowl and 1 mac and cheese bowl. No replacement for pot pie. What should have been a simple on line order became an hour production and minus food and/or refund

I am writing to express my disappointment with the Twister meal that I recently purchased from your restaurant on the 25th of April 2023 between 21:30 and 22:00 at KFC Ballito. The Twister meal that I received did not resemble the one that was advertised, and it was quite a letdown. Firstly, the wrap was poorly assembled and did not contain fresh ingredients as the one in the advertisement. The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the lettuce was wilted and stale. Additionally, the tomatoes were soggy and unappetizing.
As a customer, I expect to receive the same quality of food that is advertised, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I understand that there may be some variations in the appearance of the food due to factors such as cooking time and presentation, but the difference between the advertised Twister meal and the one I received was quite significant. I am a loyal customer of KFC, and I expect better from your restaurant. I hope that you can take my feedback into consideration and improve the quality of your products in the future. May we please get intervention wit service at KFC Riversands their service is very bad, they always closed making loadshedding an excuse, today my husband had to get me d very berry crusher which is literally the only thing Iam able to keep down when feeling sick but my husband called to inform me KFC stuff say he should wait for 10 to 20 minutes for them to open due to loadshedding and our loadshedding is only scheduled for 14:00pm

I had gotten a KFC flyer in my regular mail. I scanned it as it stated on flyer to get the sales prices. You’re either sat at the Drive-through for ages waiting for someone to take your order or waiting for your food!
I wouldn’t have ordered this evening but the girl forgot to tell me we had to wait for the chicken until we got to the window and paid!
All good telling me after we have paid and got an autistic child in the car kicking off!
