KFC $20 full up

April 14, 2017 at 9:20 pm. Wait was too long in drive thru. Waited for approx 12 minutes in drive thru then another 10 minutes to get out of the drive thru line without any KFC. There is no substitution for coleslaw with the $20 fill up. I was told I could pay $20 for the same amount of chicken and less sides. Why would I pay more for less. I was also told that the order would have to be part crispy when I wanted original. Very poor customer service.

KFC oxford rd reading uk zinger burger and bucket meal

Absolutely horrendous!
I couldn't give a #### attitude of the staff!
Bloody no chicken for the bucket meal, if this is the case take the chicken out of your bloody name.
Was given a substitute of some dried up strips of summit and hot wings that I specifically didnt want
I was surprised not to find a deep fried rat in the bag when I got home.
Will never go there again and I will be telling everyone else I know in the area to avoid this joke of a fast food resteraunt like a plague.
The food was binned when I got home due to the cold chips and I feel ripped off by £27 which I expect to be refunded immediately.
I will be copying this complaint to your head office in the States.

KFC a member of the crew

She was not providing good service, and very rude. I had ask the, Lady to give me sauce for my chicken.
She actually throw it at me, and then used profanity! Her name tag said Shakenia, and she's dark skinned!
African American older women. I visited this store 4/12/17. I hope when I come back to visit on my next vacation, me andy family receive a better service.

KFC poor customer service

My wife and I visited the Davis CA KFC on 10 April 2017 at 1900hrs, as walk in customers. We ordered a 16pc Meal To Go, I paid using my bank Debit card. When we returned home; we began unloading the meal from the bag they gave us. We noticed that the 8pc Biscuits were not given to us, then we noticed that the chicken didn't seem to be filling the bucket properly, so we counted them, and realized that we only received a 10pc chicken bucket. My wife immediately called the store and talked with someone who acknowledged themselves as a supervisor. My wife explained that we we're just in and ordered a 16pc meal, and that we didn't receive all of our meal that we purchased. The KFC representative apologized for the inconvenience; and offered to reimburse us at a future visit with a complimentary 16pc meal. He took both of our names and said that he put in a book of some sort, so that employees would know what he promised. My wife and I both had to work late today so I returned to the same store tonight (Wednesday 12 April) to receive our promised meal. When I approached the front counter, I was partially greeted by the same employee (E#1) that originally served us two days prior. He stated to me: "weren't you here a couple of days ago?" (NO "Hi how can I help You") I said yes, and began to explain to him that when he served us that particular day; that we didn't receive our complete ordered meal. I explained that my wife called that night and talked to a supervisor and that he said; he wrote our names in a book and that we were promised a complimentary 16pc meal. He then asked me; "how many pieces of chicken did you get?" I told him we ordered a 16pc meal, and only received 10pc of chicken and we didn't receive any Biscuit's. He then said to me; " so I'm going to give you 6pc of chicken, right?" I stated to him again; that we were promised a 16pc meal for the inconvenience, and that our names should be written down in a book from what we were told by the supervisor. He then asked me; so, what do you want?" I again explained what we were promised and that it should be written down somewhere with my name. He then said to me, "well who did you talk too?" I told him my wife talked to a supervisor on the phone. He then went and knocked on what seemed to be an office door, and spoke with another employee (E#2). That employee (E#2) came out of the office, and they went back behind the food preparation line and they were talking. Eventually the other employee (E#2) came to me at the front counter. He did not introduce himself at all (and did not look as though he was any kind of supervisor), and began to ask me what I was wanting. I again had to explain to him what my wife was told on the phone, and that our names were supposed to be written down somewhere. he then stated to me: that it was him that talked to my wife on the phone that night. I told him we were promised a 16pc meal. He then went back behind the prep line and started talking with the other employee (E#1). He then returned and told me that he was going to give me the 6 pieces of chicken that I was missing. I told him that that was not what we were promised on the phone. He said; "well what do you want then?" I said to him that if we were not getting the meal we were promised then at least give me a 12pc and the 8 Biscuit's we never received (I told him I was more than willing to pay for the additional 6pc of chicken)? He said "OK", and began to instruct the other employee (E#1) to prepare a 12pc (chicken only) with the 8 biscuits; then that employee (E#2) went back into the office and closed the door. After about 10min of waiting, I noticed the guy standing behind me (who had walked in the store the same time I did 20min earlier) was getting frustrated because no one even acknowledged he was standing there, so 5 min later he just left. During all this time there are other employees laughing and joking, the original employee (E#1) who started to help me was occasionally going over and eating something from behind the prep line while he was working. Eventually the guy (E#2) in the office, came out and seen me still standing there, he then asked the others if they were getting my order together, he then offered me one side, I told him I would of liked to have gotten what I was promised, but I would at least like a Coleslaw if it wasn't too much trouble. He (E#2) then told the other employee (E#1) to give me a Coleslaw. You could tell by their demeanor and the way the acted they were not happy with me. The original employee (E#1) who took my order when I first got there, handed me a bag with what he said was it. I returned to my vehicle and went through the order. I got the 12pc but it looked like some of it had been under the heat lamp to long or over cooked (the chicken was two different colors; Deep Brown and some Light Brown). The coleslaw was there, but when I opened the Biscuit box there were only three biscuits in it. After witnessing the attitude of a few of the store employees and the way they conducted themselves in the prep area, I just said to myself "Screw it" I didn't want to deal with them any further. At this point I will more than likely not return back to that store again, and will take into consideration to tell others to avoid that particular store, if that is how it is left to be run.

KFC elmont, ny 11003

The indian lady was backed up at 9 pm at night. We got 44 dollars worth of food following an 18 minutes at the drive thru to be screamed i need a minute, she took the order. 15 mns later at the window i was able to hand her my credit card, then was handed cold, wrong food and no drinks. Ten minutes later i was handed drinks. Life long kfc fan will never go there again. Ive worked food service my whole life. Ive never been so apalled. [protected] tom

KFC customer service, store health grade and food cook to hard, store don't look clean and so unfriendly

The health grade is very important to any customer. A b grade in a eating establishment is good...always should be A.

The livers and gizzards are friend to hard. When you bring it to their attention, a attitude surface, biscuits hard, staff are not friendly. I witness a young girl roll her eyes at us and we hadn't said a word. Once they had us pull around front and we waited 20 minuets for our order . They gave a pie for waiting .

Here in New Bern NC, they can't get the order right. Its known as the ghetto kfc because of the way it's run and staff carry themselves. The NEUSE BLVD store needs help. We drive to James City to eat not ...food taste better, staff greet you with a smile and helpful. Word in the community go to James City and it was worth the drive. I just feel you all need to know. MANGERS need more training too. Thanks!

KFC kfc santa fe, cerrillos rd. location

I placed an in store order and I observed that the staff helping the customers and preparing the orders were rushed. It appeared they were short staffed. I proceeded to place my order and the lady seemed annoyed that I couldn't understand her. In any event, two people that ordered previous to me were told that they didn't have what they ordered and asked if it was okay if they gave them a different type of chicken. I ordered one two piece leg and thigh fill up box and asked if the upsize for a drink and side could be applied to that. The lady said yes and asked what additional side. I told her mashed potatoes. In addition, I ordered the Louisiana hot meal. I was given the drink cup but there was no ice in the dispenser. I had to get back in line to get them to give me ice. I later was given my order. When I got home, I was missing the mashed potatoes/gravy, the coleslaw, the biscuits, the cookie. I looked at my receipt to confirm I paid for thge items I ordered and looked up the phone number. I called and a man named Isaac answered. I explained that I got home and was missing items from my order. He was very apologetic and offered to replace the complete order if I went back in or I could go in tomorrow and they would help me then. I told him I would have to go back. You see my husband was having a hard time swallowing today so that's why I went there to buy mashed potatoes. So I got there and asked for Isaac. They didn't have an Isaac there so I asked for the manager. He came up and did not recollect me calling. He said he was in the back cooking. He said that they would not replace the entire order, but would only give me the missing items. When I left I called the number I previously dialed to KFC. I asked what their location was and it was a different Santa Fe KFC location. I apologized to Isaac and told him I had the wrong location when I called earlier. He thanked me for letting him know and hoped I got it rectified. I didn't get that same treatment at the Cerrillos location. I didn't live that close and had to go back. I would think they could have done a little better but most importantly apologize, at least. They made me feel like it was my mistake, not theirs. I sure miss good customer service.

KFC size of chicken

A couple weeks ago my husband went through drive through at spring mountain rd location in Las Vegas NV. I ordered a wing and thigh dinner. The pieces were unbelievably small! I took pictures but I don't see a way to attach them to this message. The mac and cheese was good and I love your cole slaw but chicken was absolutely unacceptable. I would like to be compensated although I no longer have the receipt. I would also like to be contacted. Thank you.

KFC overall cleanliness of location

I had already ordered my food when I realized the store was disgustingly dirty, around the soda fountain was sticky and left with straw casing and dirty napkins. The trash receptacles behind the counter were overflowing and food was visible on the floor in the cooking area and there were broken down wet cardboard boxes under some of the machines. The customer receptacles in the eating area were also full to the top. There wasn't a clean table in the front to eat at and plenty of trash and food on the floor under each table, it appeared it hadn't been cleaned all day, unfortunately I didn't have my phone or I would have taken plenty of pictures. The girl that took my order was short with the customers in general, she said I needed to speak up because she was deaf, she wasn't a friendly person to be greeting anyone and it seemed everything I wanted this location was out of so I had settled for something different. In addition, I was told there was $1 upcharge to get Mac & Cheese instead of Coleslaw, since when? I spent nearly $40 but was appalled at the overall cleanliness of the store and the lack of professionalism from the employees. It was blatantly obvious to me that this store doesn't care about cleanliness or customer satisfaction. I don't see myself going back to this store, the company and service has really gone downhill in my opinion.

KFC product and service

On the night of April 7th, 2017. I went to KFC in Staunton, Va to get my family dinner . I ordered and paid 34.49 for the meals in which i had purchased . When I got home which is approximately 5 miles down the road . I found that my order was wrong and the food was cold and so small portions. I called the Staunton Office and was asked if I had a receipt and I said yes and was told to come back up there they would fix this.. I asked about the meals that I had purchased was cold and they said they would take care of it come back up there . So I did and they gave me 2 more fill ups which was supposed to be breast but I got tenders . This is quite ridiculous as I work hard for my money and expect to have good food and service

KFC poor attitude and no chicken wings available, 2nd time in a month

Tried to order KFC hot wings and was told in a nasty way that they would have to cook them..
It was noon and there should have been wings available. This is the second time for no wings and crappy service.
I called the customer service dept. and was told someone would contact me from the store in question. Of course no one bothered.
Have read lots of reviews on internet and it is no wonder KFC has a bad reputation now.
Also spoke with someone at the 800 number and was told someone from the store would call me but that didn't happen.
Called again around five this evening and was told I could take several days! Great customer service!

KFC service/meal

I visited one of you chains yesterday for a dinner meal and was very surprised (in a very horrible way). I was served the most incredibly uneatable meals I have ever had in my entire life at a major fast food chain in America (this meal looked like it was either forgotten about under a heat lamp for the entire day or something they made earlier and didn't sale until I came in and ask for it). I'm so sorry that I had to tell you this but I couldn't let this go unnoticed.

KFC food

This is the second time this has occurred in the past year. I ordered $5 fill up breast meal at the drive-thru tacobell/kfc Sherman, tx location. instead I received dark meat that wasn't cooked thoroughly and the cole slaw had a large brown chunk of something in it tht resembled an insect. not clear on tht. KFC food/quality

Over the last month, KFC in Fitzgerald GA business has increased and the quality of their food has decreased. Just today alone, I have a raw, half done original chicken breast. No, this is not the first time. Why do I continue to visit Fitzgerald KFC? because there is a limited amount of restaurants in Fitzgerald. Every one that works in Fitzgerald only have 30 minutes to an hour for lunch. But if KFC is patronized, they have lost 45 minutes of their lunch waiting to be served. Lately, it's been raw, half cooked chicken. This is not good. The inside is so nasty. The floors behind the counter, in the lobby and the restrooms are awful. I rather go through drive thru than to spoil my appetite and see that filth. The managers need to manage. They need to hire respectable, clean, caring staff. People that realize that if they don't have customers, they don't have a job and Customers matter.

KFC plastic found in burger

Good Morning

I was supposed to advise you of my experience on the day it occured but life happened .

I could only find the opportunity to inform you now.

As seen attached...somehow a piece of plastic appeared in one of the burgers that was bought when we consumed our food.

This instance my daughter ended up with a peace of plastic in her food...which I simply removed and I had her eat the food since we were on route to our next destination.
Please view the pic attached showing the piece of plastic found in her burger...This could have caused her to choke...etc.

I am deeply disappointed and would not use this store again for food even thou it is situated close to my residence.

I hope someone can rely to the staff about the importance to check on food before it is given to the customer.

I have also sent this email to the assistant at the stores.

On facebook last week it had foe coupons for kfc and so I click on it andit has me lots of question if I or a loved one had diabetes idohave love one just thought I let u know that this site is using your company to herrass me about dibetes and I get call 4 or more times a day cause of this and I just stop filling it out didn't even finish it went to other coupons I thought this be helpful for coupons cause
u chicken is the best of all times but unless special price sometime too high that why I wanted coupons its sad medical had to interfere with the coupons

KFC buffet and store

My Family went to the KFC in Harrisonville Missouri. We ordered the buffet. While going through the line I noticed the corn was dry and brown around the edges. I got my son's plate done and there was only one biscuit on the buffet. By the time I got my son seated and returned to the buffet a employee added water to the corn and stirred it up. So now the dry brown corn is now mixed with the good corn. I asked about the biscuit and they said it would be 5 minutes. After 10 minutes the employee finally brought out them. They brought out 5 pieces of chicken at a time and there was 5 couples eating the buffet. No lids for the drinks! The front of the buffet said if you want grilled chicken ask at the front desk. I ask the manager and she said she wasn't sure if they had any and went to check. When she returned she said there was only 5 pieces left and it would take 18 minutes to cook. The whole time we were there the only thing fresh on the buffet was the carrot mix. Potatoes were never brought out. It cost us almost $40 for a family of 4. The restaurant was dirty and I cleaned my own table. Never again will this company receive my business!

KFC a meal I received

The young man at the register was great! But the chicken I received was horrible. I ordered a breast meal and received a thigh that had zero meat in it...I mean zero. I never like to complain but in this instance I just had to. What a disappointment since I was in the drive through 20 minutes waiting in line after a very long day for what I was hoping a good dinner.

i live near this kfc and would love to do business with place but the service has been consistently bad for a long time and i know many people in our area feel the same way ! examples ---- no chicken ready do u want to wait ----we do not have any of that item ------ long waits at the speaker ------ if two cars in front of you that is definitely a long wait ! kfc runs promotions like georgia gold but they do not have any ready

KFC food

March 29, 2017 time: 6:55pm, location, 149th street, bronx, ny 10451. I went in to get me a three piece chicken tender and the cashier was very rude. Telling me that I should get the entire meal when I told her that all I wanted was a just the tenders. When I tried to swipe my card through, nothing show up on the screen. Now, I'm looking at this and believe me, nothing registered. She said, yes after she did something on the cash register. Also, she tried to sell the coupon book to another customer. Since when did KFC start selling this. They are rude in this place. Chicken dried or too greasy. People outside begging. Please correct this
