KFC The smell of the meat and the long wait

Dear KFC

At thorntree soshanguve kfc on the 14 July 2022I was waiting for to long for my order 4dunked wings and the wings were not even nice it was kinda rotten. I'm not impressed

KFC Service

Went through drive through today. Ordered 12 piece variety bucket. Came with two sides. First they forgot the drink while I was still there. Went back to the window and asked for it. Then got home and while I was unpacking the meal and there was no sides. Called and they would give two larger fries for the mistake. Went there and they ended up giving one. But didn’t make any sense cause there was no gravy either. Didn’t bother going back a third time with the cost of gas.

The workers were completely clueless.

This is not the first time or second time mistakes were made at this location.

Other day went to order a zinger twister at drive through. Came home and it was a Big Crunch.

This location was not busy. So it didn’t make any sense why they keep making mistakes with the orders. I don’t know what they are doing but it’s not making orders very accurate.

Every time I order from here there is always a mistake made. In the past however I don’t recall exactly. This is the first time I am email and complaining about this.

There are not enough cookies. Or upsized gravies that could make up for the mistakes this place has made. Especially when the cost of gas is through the roof. Just don’t make sense on trying to claim these “sides” on next visit as when it was brought up they don’t remember by the time I visit next so I just forget it.

Desired outcome: I’m not looking for compensation. I’m looking for better more, accurate service. Replace these workers or franchise owners or whatever it takes. Definitely not the same it used to be 18 years ago.

KFC Poor food standard and customer service

This is in reference to our Order # [protected], dated 10/07/22 made at 20:33 hrs, through KFC call center for 5 Zingerella burgers. Subsequently when order was delivered the burgers were tasteless, soggy, poor breading, dry texture and cheese had strong smell with an aroma as it was stale. We asked the delivery boy to give KFC call center our feedback to ask if we get Zingerella exchanged with some other KFC menu or if we pay for those two burgers only which we did not eat rather have tasted. The delivery boy called the call center and told us that call center supervisor is refusing both options and saying the maximum they can do is to take our comments as feedback for new product. I dialed for KFC call center but the call center agent put me on a long “hold”, subsequently, the delivery boy suggested us to call to the KFC branch manager from where the order was delivered, as he was getting late to deliver remaining orders.

Consequently, the delivery boy called the branch and told the situation to the KFC branch manager who was very rude and asked the delivery boy to tell us that we have to pay for all 5 burgers, even if we have not used them, he also refused to offer another product in lieu off; when I tried to talk to him he instantly regretted and call was hung up. That was not KFC standard so I decided to visit branch myself and talk to him in person. When I reached at branch service counter and asked for branch manager, a person told that he is Osama, the branch Manager, when I told him the issue and asked that why he is in haste and not solving my complaint without comprehending my problem, he got very rude and said that he is busy and cannot assist me also he is following KFC policy. Your branch CC TV will bear witness that throughout the conversation I was calm despite his non-cooperation and rude attitude. Your CC TV camera will support my claim that while talking to me he was having his hands folded on chest like a vagabond and his tune and attitude was very rude and insulting. Considering his rude and unprofessional behavior, I decided not to provoke the situation and told him to give my bill for those two burgers which we had opened to taste but did not eat; your CC TV camera will support my claim that initially he tried to bluff me with bringing credit card machine only without any sales receipt and verbally told me an amount which was higher than the actual amount which I paid later. When I refused to pay without sales receipt then he went, again, inside and brought some print out which had only amount without items description and on my insistence for proper receipt he said that for call center orders they have that type of receipt; seeing this I politely told him that if he is not going to provide me the actual receipt I will not pay and will email KFC management to arrange collection of payment against proper receipt; listening this he quickly went behind service counter and brought receipt with item description (enclosed herewith) which was having less amount than what initially he was verbally demanding to pay without showing receipt; on my enquiry he said actually he had included some service charges which he is not charging now. Consequently, I paid the due amount nicely and left for home (for assurance please check CC TV recording). I am not sure what they did with our left out 5 Zingrealla burgers as they were in good condition to resell (if intentions are there to resell them to get extra money).

The whole narration can be verified by KFC management upon seeing CC TV camera recording that Osama came outside “back office” thrice having credit card machine in hand and on the final exit he was having goods receipt based on which I paid the amount (credit card payment receipt is attached). I leave it to KFC management to decide on his dubious payment collection and insulting attitude.

On returning home I contacted call center, again, and spoke to “Huzaifa” who after speaking to supervisor told me that it is KFC policy that they only can take my comments as feedback and neither can they arrange refund nor replacement; listening to this, on my request, he connected me to duty supervisor, Mr. Haider, who again asserted that whatever the call agent has told is with his consultation and as per KFC policy.

Subsequently it will be interesting to know the KFC policy on similar cases through the KFC management pen. Hoping and early response

KFC The contents of a bowl on your menu

Last Sunday my wife and I stopped at KFC and we got our usual order. One piece dinner with a chicken breast, and mashed potatoes, etc, for my wife. and the bowl for myself.

This is the same order we get almost every Sunday after church.

When we arrived home, I opened the sack that the bowl was in, and I noticed a dish of corn was in a separate container and not in the bowl. . Upon opening the bowl… I found about a ½ inch of liquid in the bowl. Could not eat any of the bowl a very spicy and hot. Through it is the garbage. Try calling you folks several times, when I got home, but all I got was the busy signal and of this day, I am still getting the busy signal. This would be at the KFC in Haines City, Florida. on July 10th around noon time.

Could not find a sales receipt, not sure we even got it.

Appreciate anything you can do to resolve this problem and the bowl we ordered and got.

Well went to KFC on city road Sheffield orders food . At 6.25 on the Monday 11.07.22.then went to pay with £50 note and got refused.we do take £50 pond note she said very snotty. you can't refuse it legal tender why is this so.

KFC Didn’t get my order and charged my credit card

I placed an order online for 2 chicken pot pie’s and a 3 piece meal. When my husband got there after waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through because the lobby was closed for maintenance, they never received our order nor did they even have any chicken Pot pies. He left with nothing.

My credit card was charged 21.17 and the order number was 6012033. It was at the by pass location in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The email associated with the order is [protected]@gmail.com. I called Visa and they said that KFC would need to reverse the charges. I tried to order by phone before ordering online, but the line was busy for 15 minutes!

Please help me resolve this issue.

KFC Chicken

I went to kfc here in fort wayne indiana at the calhoun store and the past two times I went there, they didnt have enough chicken as asked and asked for a lower amount and they said they still didnt have enough and to the lowest which was a 8pc chicken meal.. And they said they didnt even have enough of that.. You are suppose to be a chain or part of one that is suppose to have enough chicken when ordering.. Im f*cking mad being everytime I come there and they dont have enough.. You all are going to lose business if you all cant keep up with chicken.. And I will put this with the 'bbb' before this goes viral.. You got to keep up with business or you wont get any business and by the way had to go to krogers in the same area to get chicken and the price was much less..

KFC Wrong and stale products.

Yesterday on 07/07/2022 @3:32pm at the KFC store on 2402 N. Calumet St. Valparaiso Indiana store (#D148049),I had placed an order for( $70,06 )for extra crispy tenders meal and 8 pc. bucket for our annual birthday/anniversary picnic at the Indiana State Dunes with our family. It was @ a 15 min. ride,when we opened up the two buckets and containers, we knew the 8pc. was wrong (it looked like original recipe and was very greasy) and the 16 tenders were very dry, and tasted stale.! The sides of beans,coleslaw and biscuits were ok.This was our 9th anniversary party and my wife's 68th b/party.This has been our tradition of buying KFC for this annual event for the last 10 years.It was very very disappointing that the chicken was just awful and not worth eating. It was impracticable for us to drive back, get replacements and then pay another entrance fee. We love your products and we hope to continue having KFC as part of our annual party's at the State Dunes Beach.

Desired outcome: We request a total refund of $70.06 as per copy of the receipt credited to our card that was used and if you would choose some gift cards for this unfortunate incident. Thank You. Mr. Salvatore La Barbera 46s 600West Hebron Indiana 46341.

KFC Terrible customer service and quality of food

I went to the KFC near my home in Largo, FL. Arianna was the agent taking my order with the headphones. When I first placed my order I was told that there was no "dark" meat, i.e. legs, thighs and the ones they were in the process of making, were "boughtened" I asked, boughtened? and asked if she meant ordered previously, she said yes. (she did not offer any other resolution, such as would you like to come back at a certain time, so that maybe she can make my order, etc.) I was told that they only white meat. So, I settled on a breast and a pot pie. When I drove to the window, another employee, with a bit of an attitude, told me my total and I paid. I mentioned to her, that by the way, boughten is really not a word, she told me she works two jobs and completed high school and she did not say that. I asked her for her supervisor and the woman on the headphones (Arianna) came to the window. She was the one who used the incorrect wording. They both became very upset with me and the girl at the window, threw my reciept at me and my food. I have a picture of the damaged food and had to get out of my car in order to retrieve my reciept. This was totally inappropriate in the way they handled the whole situation. I did not eat that food I threw it out, not trusting what they have done to it. I frequent that KFC often, but will never go there again. I hope this can be addressed. I have a copy of the receipt and the food the pot pie that was demolished inside the KFC bag. The breast of chicken was cold and dry and you can tell it was past the timeframe of selling a product in that poor quality.

I would appreciate a response and I would hope this franchise/store can be informed of what happened on that specific day.

This is truly not good customer service and if that is the kind of employee KFC hires, then I understand. I will not be going to that store anymore and remember, If one person complains they are likely to tell many people about their experience. I also give compliments to management when someone goes out of their way, so I believe I am a fair person. I am also in the customer service business, so I understand that while it is a very difficult job, you have to do your best to resolve a solution instead of escalating it.

I will be posting my incident on facebook and other media sites, because we need to bring good customer service back to this world!

KFC Cleaning tables chairs and floors

Most times of my visits I have noticed that the seating areas are not clean and I needed to ask them to give me a damp cloth to clean the table.

KFC food

I am writing to let you know, that I was very disappointed with the food I received at the KFC at Wrexham, the food was over cooked and was very unpleasant. I am a fan of KFC, but this experience has put me of.

Please can you sort this out as this is my local KFC, and would appreciate better food. Friday 1st July 17.45 number 2178

KFC wrong items

I went to KFC in Phenix City, AL on 29 May 2022. i had to asked for this receipt because evidently they don't give a receipt unless you ask. When I arrived home and ready to eat what I had ordered it was the wrong items. I immediately called KFC and the phone rang until what I assumed was a fax machine. I tried several times and on the next day 30 May 2022 and same thing. I then contacted corporate and was told I would receive a voucher in about two weeks. In that two weeks nothing. I called back and oh the "I am sorry" bs and I was told the same thing that I would receive a voucher. I asked for what amount, he said $10.00. To this date 29 June 2022 absolutely NOTHING. They are liars at corporate and the KFC in Phenix City, AL should close down. It is just ridiculous how folks lie to customers. With what is going on vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord.

Last night I spent $53 dollars on kfc the only thing that tasted good was the chips all the chicken and potato and gravy has the foulest taste to it was absolutely GROCE I have worked in kfc before so know what the chicken and potato and gravy should taste like and let me tell you that this definitely wasn't it.. makes me never want to spend money with kfc...

KFC A bug in my sons food.

Today I went to the KFC in Southport Elmira NY. Went through the drive Thru like we do at least once a week. And I have to say the people are always nice. But today me son was hunger he got a potato bowl with chicken and corn and also a nachos bell. So he opened the chicken/ potato bowl and starts eating he gets half way through and we are almost home and he finds a black bug in his food. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you how upsetting and sick he felt. I’m sorry I have to write this but I don’t want anyone else to have to experience this. It’s upsetting for a parent that spends money on food for a kid and he can’t eat it and it makes u feel just sick.

KFC Service.

I visited a drive though on 24/06/2022, placed my order, the server asked to for £25 and change, as i was swiping card to pay, i told her i thought this was to much. she then told me that my card had not gone though and checked what i was being charged for, i was being charged for one meal too many. server the asked for £17 and change, swiped card again, sever said your card has not gone through again. I then asked for a receipt as i was worried that i would have too much coming out of my account, the server said...we i cant give you a receipt we don`t have any paper! I was then asked tp put my card in and enter my PIN number.

T then asked the server how can you assure me that i have not been charged 3 times for this meal...reply was...you just have to trust me!

Outrageous that a company this big are not able to provide receipts and assurance that the customer is not being overcharged.
