We have usually had problems with the KFC outlet on Washington Street in Palm Desert, CA. But we stuck with you because the chicken was always moist and good. However this latest edition of your chicken was as dry as the Sahara Desert-completely unsatisfactory. I just wanted to let you know.

I purchased an 8 piece dinner in Brainerd MN. I ordered the original recipe chicken.
The original recipe was not the same original recipe. It tasted like the crap they sell at the local bar. It was salty and otherwise tasteless. The mashed potatoes were runny and the gravy was not the same either. The coleslaw was dry. this is the worst I have ever eaten. I will never order KFC chicken again. I hope that changing your recipe is worth losing customers, because you have lost this one.
Desired outcome: Change back to original recipe and reduce price.

coming home from hospital late ,I asked girlfriend what she'd like to eat instead of cooking.. she said KFC! so we went to the norwich n.y. kfc at 9:15 pm.. drove up to window was greeted an asked what we'd like, we asked for a minute, decided,,told them 2 3 piece chicken meals... the reply, sorry we have no chicken! really? kfc no chicken.. or jus stop serving 45 minutes before closing,, thanks alot.. Chicken tenders and biscuits
I went into kfc on 10/3/23 at 8:03pm my sister was ahead of me and ordered 5pc tender meal, mashed potatoes, a small Mac and cheese and 4 biscuits. Then I went next and ordered the 12pc tenders. The girl hollered in back to tell him to do 12 pc tenders, he said no. She said really, then went back there. She came back and said he won't make them, so I said really. So then I ended up ordering 8pc bucket. Then he hollered from back saying they won't make them an hour before closing, although they were making the 5pc ones for my sister. She got hers, then I ended up getting mine and we left, down the road we noticed she didn't even get her biscuits, wasn't about to turn around and go back. All and all the young staff there was rude. I'll never go back there again. This was in Merrill, Wi.
Desired outcome: If they made my sister's tenders, they could've thrown more in when I ordered not even 2 minutes later, ridiculous. Forgot to say the guy in back said no because he just put them back after he threw my sisters in. B.S.

On October 1 I sent my son to get food at East Moline IL Kentucky Fried Chicken I just got out of hospital with Covid and I love your food my son came in with bag and before I even open bag he say wow the was so rude open bag I ordered large fry which half full and 3 12 piece nuggets I open and all 3 of the containers had lighter nuggets mix in with darker nuggets it look like was cook to long everything was cold to far to go back I don't usually send a complaint because thing happens I work in food service 20 years I did call about the situation said impossible at that point not going argue I have receipt was 27,87 For that amount I should of had large over flowing hot Frys and hot chicken nugget not of cook and dry.

my wife and I went to your resturant on Union Rd. in St. Louis around 4:30 pm on 9-28-23. We ordered an 8peice meal with 4 peices regular and 4 peices xtra crispy. I ordered 2x All Star Box meals today at the drive through. We waited almost 30mins for our food. We received room temperature cool drinks, old, dry, cold and stale burgers with soggy lettuce, the smallest zinger wings I've ever seen and a cold piece of chicken. The only thing that was fresh, was the chips.
This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this particular KFC and I am guessing it is not going to be the last, because I have complained before with no response. It seems like the staff is more concerned about chatting with their friends and colleagues than actually helping paying customers.
Desired outcome: I would ask for a complimentary meal, but then I'd have to complain about that one also not being up to standard. They need new management
Not delivered order correctly
why do you add Pepsi when it is not available? always do this behaviour when I order online delivery but now this time I am very angry with this service. didn't give ketchup garlic and tissues also as always on home delivery I ordered Pepsi and I delivered Marinda and Dew One Pepsi was missing and it wasn't delivered in my last order I need action on this behaviour.
I need to consumer court and file a case about this behaviour proof is attached.

Good afternoon
I went to KFC today the 36th of September 2033 , used their drive thru and ordered some KFC chicken.
When I got home to eat the KFC chicken smelt awfully bad , the skin and chicken tasted horrible , it was uncooked and bloody inside and it had a very bad taste.
I did not eat the chicken and that’s not how it should taste , I purchase kfc almost every week.

I went to the drive - thru, I ordered some wings and was told there would be a wait, did not know it was going to be a 20+ wait time. Had I not gotten out of the car and went in to find out why it was taking that long, I would’ve been out there longer, I just got my money back and left, first of all they could’ve said we still cooking your wings or something, they didn’t say anything!

Today I drove several miles to the Kentucky Fried Chicken - Buffalo, NY - 2234 Elmwood Ave at 11:00am. The hours listed on the door said they open at 10:30am. I parked my car and went to go inside but the doors were locked and the dining room was not open. I went through the drive through window to find out what was going on. The woman said the dining room would not open until noon because she was there alone and safety was a concern.
As I told her I can understand that but at least they should have put a sign on the door to tell people. I did not order any food and went to a Burker King where the dining room was open. I did not want to get take-out from KFC and eat in my car. prefer to eat at a table rather than chance spilling food/drink on my clothes or my car. Also, what were people w/o a car supposed to do? Sit on the curb to eat?
Desired outcome: Hire more staff so the dining room is always open. Put a sign in the window when the dining room is not open.
Manager very rude
I am a door dasher and this restaurant sucks with employees and management. They will not acknowledge anyone very rude and my pick up time for a order was 4:06pm but they would not make it until 4:30pm. Door dash called the store and canceled the order. Therefore yall lost money as well as me. Not a great way to run a business as to i know since I had 2 businesses in the past.
Penn ave and 122nd in okc very rude manager. Don't care to help or make the orders. Poor attitude

Ordered chicken and sides online with 8 free plates. Went inside KFC to pickup my food and 8 free plates and the associate said the were out of plates so I asked if they could give me 8 of the KFC chicken boxes to eat on since they were out of plates, the associate said per the manager they could not give us anything to eat on. I ordered the 16 piece family meal. 1 of the gravies I ordered was tipped upside down and completely spilled out. Not only this they put the Cole slaw in with the mashed potatoes and gravy. So, once I got home my slaw was hot and gravy was all over everything. It's pretty messed up that it cost almost $60 for this meal and my slaw was hot and the gravy mess. It's crazy ya'll think it's ok to do hard working people this way when they have to pay so much for your food. I think I deserve to be reimbursed something on this issue. And I hope for the future customers ya'll fix the issue.

Thursday 14/9/2023 my family and i were travelling to taupo rugby tornament and decided to stop at the Bombays for a
Kai of KFc. I ordered a share bucket and a 12pk of wicked wings. We were having dinner at the Bombay KFC my grandson found human hair in his chicken piece. I showed the piece of chicken to a worker and she took it away. I did not get a receipt but took a photo which i have downloaded below.

I orderd Wari Outlet thorough online KFC app.
Noticed my order was pending. Then i called this outlet no.([protected]) and asking when would be deliverer. Those service people confirmed me min.1.30 hours to 2 hours. Then asked why, he told me busy order schedules, you can cancelled. In the meantime, later i ordered Through foodpanda, this app taking 25min.to 35minutes from same outlet KFC, Wari.
How can they managed. My query is that,KFC own logistic service failure.
