wrong chicken and missing chicken pieces
I went through drive-thru and ordered the big box meal with white meat original recipe. I got home, 30 min. away before I opened to find that I only received one piece of chicken leg. I tried calling but had no luck with getting the phone answered. This is not the first time that I have had missing chicken piecmissing. If I every try KFC again, I will double check the order before leaving.

I stoped in for lunch at kfc in beaver, WV and the ice machine is still broke after months it seems it's been. The bread on the sandwich is hard as a rock and the tables, trays, doors, etc. are all sticky and gross. All of the sodas were flat as well. This establishment has gone way down hill and needs some new management. I'm currently still waiting for my 5 piece chicken tender after 20 mins.

KFC# Y300054 ticket 1232 I recently went after work to pick up dinner for my family only to get home with an entire bucket full of sticky cinnamon fried chicken. I realize that $29.35 isn't a lot of $ for most but it was to me, especially when we couldn't even eat it. I called and was told the only thing they could do is replace it if I brought it back in... It was after 8pm and I had been at work since early that morning. It went to the trash and we just ate a lunchmeat sandwich. I then emailed (ref # PSN8H) and still never heard anything not even a sorry. Just was a very upsetting experience all the way around. I'm sure it doesn't matter if you loose 1 families business from now on, or the ppl I've told, however I thought I would try one more time. And P.S. I don't usually ever complain anywhere. terrible customer service with bad tools

My name is Rabih Al Sarrih, a business owner for a contracting company in Lebanon.
Today I went with a client from Iraq after our party to KFC branch Rawchee, to have a dinner before driving him to his hotel, As usual I pay via my visa card at KFC branches, the CCM at the branch was out of service, and the operator informed me that after having the order and spending 10 minutes behind the counter waiting for him to come and have the order.
The way he was talking to me was so embarrassing in front of of my client and the people waiting on the counter to order too, the operator lack a lot of training and ethics to perform such task in a franchise business like KFC.
Failures in electronic systems happens but it is not acceptable this to happen at KFC without having an apology from a regular client, instead there was a lot of rudeness and non ethical behavior from the operator in-front of other clients and my guest from Iraq.
We had our diner at Hardees and while ordering the same non professional and vulgar employee tells Hardees operator to check for the transaction on CCM before proceeding the order as if we are stealing ! this was so shame to happen at KFC honestly I would never visit KFC again!
However while having the diner from Hardees at outdoor space one the professional KFC employees was extremely annoying us with his phone volume playing a game.
I am sending this claim maybe you prevent future complains with other clients as this is extremely non-tolerable

I entered the Drive Thru at 9:09 pm on July 3. I ordered a 16 piece crispy meal with a substitution of mac and cheese. The order came to $49 and change. I reached the pick up window at 9:24 and was old that they were short some pieces of crispy chicken and would I like to substitute original. I agreed and waited again. While I waited I observed employees talking, laughing and basically doing nothing. There was an employee outside the back door with a beverage and smoking. After another wait, I was told that they were out of breasts and would I take thighs. At this point we were nearing 30 minutes. I asked if the manager Harold was there. They told me no. At this point I gave up and requested a refund. My family and I do enjoy KFC product but I am not sure I wish to visit this location again. As a 35 year employee of McDonald's restaurants I do understand there can be issues at times. This restaurant appeared to be staffed with little to no supervision. The floors were dirty, fingerprints on the DT delivery windows and employees playing around and not focused on the operations. This should not have occurred in my opinion.

waiting on food
I was pulled up at the window with no car or cars waiting behind me. I have been pulled up and waiting on food since 4:23pm and it is now 4:50pm this is just ridiculous. How long do I have to wait for fast food. I have lost a half a tank of gas sitting here waiting. No one even came to see if I wanted something to drink for my wait. Well she just gave me the food and two cookies. And the food is cold just pitiful I'm scared to eat it

When I walked in I was not greeted or waited on immediately it was two ladies in drive through, the manager came out the office to take my order after she seen me standing there. I was given a burnt chicken breast! I took it back and got my money back the manger stated she did not fix my food I told her it doesn't matter she (the girl who fixed it) shouldn't be fixing food and serving to customers that she knows she wouldn't eat! Instead of blowing up balloons they should be getting customers food right!

I order the sandwich without lettuce and although I stressed many times it came with lettuce. I made a complaint and they replied that I will be contacted in few minutes. No cantact happened. I complaint again after they answered my call in 30 minutes. They told me again that someone will call. After another 10 minutes a rude person called from El rouda branch Manial claiming that it is not his fault and the call center of Kentucky fault. I replied that I don't want the food after about 1 hour trying to do the complaint. I will never order KFC again in my life and will post every where what happened bad food and rude employees.
drive thru/in restaurant service
I went to the KFC in Jefferson, GA on 6/30/19 and, had visited it on an earlier occasion around 6/1. the first time "everyone" had quit, manager is cooking, 20-30 mins for food after I had already been sitting in line for 15 mins. sorry she said and i drove off.
Then I went yesterday to the same KFC, waited in drive thru for 15 mins, drove away and parked, went inside. Before I stepped up to order, the worker said 10-15 mins for food, they were really backed up she said. I said I've been sitting in drive thru, now more wait and nothing but Sorry, again. I left, without food for my company in town.
When is someone going to get this place back up to speed? I've spent so much time trying to get food and still no satisfaction.

You would think this person Camie would have enough sense and fore sight to call ahead to order the food for the company? Apparently she thinks people are suppose to drop everything and wait on her hand, and foot? This KFC location has wonderful staff that are always friendly and are working as fast and hard as they can. When it's the busy time of the day, you expect to wait in line, and your order might take longer to get ready. Common sense!

I went to the KFC at 5607 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, Tx 78751 today around 1:15pm with every intentions of ordering an extra crispy meal, but upon arriving I ordered the 5pc chicken tenders instead, with wedge fries and Diet Pepsi. When I return to work I noticed the chicken tenders looked like long John silver fish and didn't even taste like chicken. It tasted rubbery and almost tasted like fish. Is this normal ? I will never order that again. Very disappointed with KFC today.

I pulled into the drivethru at KFC 60 N Main St. Kalispell Mt. 59901 for lunch at about 12:36. There was a sign on the side of the drivethru menu for a 2 for $6 mix and match special. However when I ordered 2 items off it the attendant informed me that the special had ended yesterday but they had not taken the sign down yet. There was nothing on the sign indicating an end date so I asked her don't you have to honor this special if you are still displaying it and they told me no we don't. I let them know I was going to contact corporate and they said they would let the manager know.

Today I bought the $5.00 fill up box with the drumstick and thigh. When I bit into the thigh and looked at the chicken I was sick. All I had was one small bite and couldn't eat the rest of the piece. I was at store #L765024 in Belton SC. Service was slow. A man came in to buy a bucket of chicken. He was told it would take an hr. to get his food. So he ask for a smaller amount.He was told again an hr wait. They had chicken in the warmers.Not sure what pieces but lots of it. This man never got any food. It was only 6:16 pm. There is no reason for this type of service. Heck you can cook chicken faster than that at home. I felt it was a race issue which is not right as he was a different race than all your help. Something needs to be done about this. Business like this will get the place shut down.

vulgar drive thru employee
I just returned home from trying to get a couple of 3 pc chicken dinners from the store on sw 44th and shields in Oklahoman city it was 9.45 and all parking lot lights were out along with the store signs so i checked the door it was locked. I noticed a car at the the drive thru so i rode around to the drive thru and waited and waited and waited so i said what the hell and drove to the window thinking it can't be 11.00 already as i pulled up and a rather large lady with a discusted look on her face opened the window and i ask curiously is it 11.00 already, she responded with and in a most duscuted tone "no its not 11.00 and i was busy with another customer and if you had waited i would have got to you when i was finished. Now what can i get you" with a sinister look on her face. I was taken back by that and new instantly I'm not getting anything from this angry vulgar employee and responded with i was just making sure you were not closed and i don't want anything from you with that attitude. She responds with "well your not gonna get a [censored]ing thing from me anyway [censored]" well talking about being taking back so thought to myself, I'm going to make a serious complaint about this and said to her i got you and she responded "no [censored] i got you! And you don't even know how to ride a motor cycle" that really made no sense to me so i rode around the only customer they had that was waiting on his order in the dark parkin lot and came home to write this out while fresh in my head.
I have never been so disgusted by someones action than what happened tonight. It has made me very leary about and probably won't order from there again. This was completely uncalled for and unprovoked.

extra crispy chicken
Went to lunch today at the KFC new Hartford NY location . Ordered a extra crispy meal. The place had been open maybe two hours. It was just after 12 noon. The chicken looked as if it was cooked the day before. Not edible at all. This isn't the first time I've got bad food here. I stop going for a while and then think maybe I'll get good service today. Nope. Last time I'll ever go here.

I went to the KFC in North Olmsted Ohio on Saturday afternoon around 3:30 PM. After I ordered I was informed that the system was down. They had chicken they just didn't have access to the registers. I was willing to leave my credit card information but I was turned away empty-handed. Luckily there was a Popeyes down the street so I didn't disappoint my family. There's no way I should've left there without getting some chicken even if it was given to me for no charge. They were very friendly but these kids are not properly trained. They should never send away a customer disappointed and empty-handed.

Disappointing food
I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered a 10pc meal w/ mash potatoes-gravy, mac-n-cheese & baked beans. We also ordered a chicken bowl w/extra chicken. When we gone home (5 miles) we did not get the chicken bowl, the 6 biscuits that come with meal & we got coleslaw instead of mac-n-cheese. Drive back (5 miles) Anthony asked is something wrong? Why yes...a few things. Calls manager up, I tell her the problems with my order. She tells workers, why you call me up here, you messed it up, you fix it, give them completely new food. And walks away. I then waited 15 minutes for my food to be redone. When done the employee put it on the counter, said here you go, and walked away. No apology of any kind. The only thing we were comped was 4 more cinnabon biscuits (which are made from stale biscuits). We already get 4 free cinnabon biscuits with our meal, didn't want more of them. Could have offered me part of my money back. Oh yeah...the manager didn't apologize either.

On June 29 me and my daughter decided on chicken for dinner. Customer service was great but My chicken was very very crispy. Brunt on some parts and dried out. Looked like it was refried. Two persons at drive though for ordering; both talking back and forth to each other and me while I'm trying to order. Repeated order twice during total chaos. Service personnel were laughing and playing, I guess. Got to window and had to order again.
Girl at window said she couldn't understand my order and I said well I told it twice. She then said she was not on speaker nor at window when I ordered. What?
