I recently visited for the Senior Buffet at this place of business. The spoon for the green peas was down inside the container and was not easily reachable from the front of the salad bar. I had to go around to reach it and was read the riot act from one of the employees for being on the "wrong side of the bar". I told him the spoon could not be reached from the other side but was ignored. The bar is not marked as such either.
famous recipe
I don't know what happened to the "Famous recipe " but it has not been the same as it was 5 years ago. The chicken is smaller, the recipe has either no flavor or too much. You need to go back to the "Famous recipe " you are known for. It's really sad you have lost so many customers who grew up with you.
My kids loved the chicken and gravy. But they won't eat it anymore and neither will my grandkids. You made changes and they are not for the good.

i have been to the santa maria restaurant located at 2205 south broadway twice and have been very disappointed. on the first visit i asked for the $5 pot pie fill up. they didn't offer it. i purchased a pot pie and using the receipt i submitted the survey for the free offer. i returned to the same (and only kfc in santa maria) and asked for the free crispy colonel sandwich with the purchase of any drink as offered on the receipt. they didn't sell any crispy colonel sandwiches at all. i purchased a pot pie and on the receipt it states if i submit a survey i can get...ready?...a free crispy colonel sandwich with the purchase of any drink. WHAT KIND OF BAIT AND SWITCH IS BEING OFFERED HERE? i'm glad there is a popeye's chicken nearby. i really enjoy the pot pies and chicken at kfc's but this experience has really soured my experience with kfc.

I use to buy KFC regularly, then all of a sudden the chicken is not KFC s recipe.I can make better chicken myself. I am not sure if its just the location or if it is whomever makes and sends the coating. It is tasteless and last time I ordered it wasn't even fully breaded and was dripping with grease. The cost for a bucket of chicken is not cheap and I am very dissapointed in the quality and taste of the chicken.

We just went to the KFC on Teasley Ln in Denton, Tx. The Original recipe chicken I ordered was not that. No herbs and spices at all. No flavor . Chicken was very greasy and looked nothing like original recipe but also wasn't extra crispy. Won't go back for seconds there. Now know why the place was empty at barely 1pm. They closed the KFC that was close to us so we drove over to the next closest. We think you should close this one and build one near Corinth, Tx as we miss the KFC we enjoyed going to.
I also alerted staff that the restroom toilet was full of hand towels and my husband said the men's room urinal was the same way. Sad!

On saturday january 19, 2019, i went to kfc to get a 2 piece white meal. I ordered the crispy and when i got home it was the original. The chicken was cold. It had no flavor. The mashed potatoes and gravy was nasty as well as cold with no flavor. This is the first time i went to a kfc and i was disatisfied..I hope that this is resolved before i decide to return.

One of the girls took our order at the window while the other girl took an order at the counter. We ordered two biscuits and they told us they were out of them. Then the girl from the front register went and grabbed a biscuit with her bare hand, no gloves or nothing and put it in the box for the man up front. Then they tried to tell us that we did not pay and we showed our receipt. Worst customer service ever!

I bought a 9 peice at Bishop Lavis KFC Cape Town and what i got was 4 nice pieces and 5 pieces of coated bones .This is not the first time it happened and im thinking of never buying KFC again cause that kind of service is unprofessional and i work hard for my money to blow it on KFC COATED BONES😒. Fish and Chips would have been cheaper and better

On January 18th, my husband and I placed an order -i ordered the barbque 2pieces leg/thigh, potato wedges, and Cole slaw. Hubby ordered the original chicken legs, 1 Cole slaw and 1mac and cheese. My dinner was leaking on the other boxes. We did not get the wedges, but we had 2 extra Cole slaws, 2 extra Mac and cheese. I do not like Mac and cheese at all. My chicken was horrible! I've never had a meal so awful. We also attempted to use a coupon we got from GrubHub for $12.00 off. Well that didn't work. It was good till 1/31/19.. used the chat to get help with the incorrect charge. I was told it would be taken care of. Not confident in that answer. I'd like a 100% refund . I don't hold grudges so I'd come back at some point. Just need this matter fixed

So i bought two box masters at KFC last night and I decided to open my order before I got home. The finger-like tiny chicken nugget was apparently the correct chicken used and the supervisor insisted that everything was done correctly. I waited for them to correct the order but what is more frustrating is that it came back the same. I had no choice but to request a refund. I will never ever set my foot at KFC and I will make sure my family doesn't too. Customer service is very poor and I never thought false advertising existed at KFC. I have never seen a box master with the ingredients so tiny and lined in the middle of the wrap. I could literally wrap everything that was inside with a quarter of the wrap

On Jan 16, 2019, I went to KFC in Albany Oregon to order the $29 special. The server advised me that it was all dark meat. My wife does not like dark meat. I then asked about the $20 special. She again stated that it was all dark meat. I then decided that I would order the $20 meal and supplement it with two chicken breasts. When I got the order home I realized that something was wrong. There were two extra thighs and no chicken breasts. Also there was no individual container of gravy. The gravy was already poured over one of the mashed potatoes. Furthermore, as your chicken is considerably more expensive than others, we have always viewed KFC as a special treat. I noted that the chicken (all of it) was much smaller pieces than we had ever gotten before. I hope you will respond to my complaint. Like I said before, KFC was always a special treat for my family. Now, I don't know if I will ever return or not. Thank you for your time.

I will definitely not reccomend the KFC in capetown, soneike I pic mall . I am not writing this after one visit to KFC soneike but numerous visits over a period of 2 or 3 months and I got to say it is by FAR the most pathetic kfc or even fast food outlet that I have ever been to. long waits in the drive thru, badly and tasteless prepared food. clueless staff. I went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken in New Haven Ct on whalley avenue, I received the worst customer service and also the worst food I order a 3 piece breast and wing a 5.00 special and a 5 piece wingette the wings was so cooked up up could not tell if it was the drumstick or the wingett the other chicken seemed like the other chicken was there from yesterday I went there on 01/14/19 at 7:30 pm. this is not my first this has happened 3 times in the last month I don't even want to go back to this one it took them 20 minutes to fry the hot wing when they told me it takes 9 minutes I think they need extra training at this kentucky fried chicken, there was no one around they all where gathered in the corner while am trying to find out what going on with my food.
I wish I had taken pictures of this food it was horrible we had to throw it away.
staff attitude and getting the order wrong
At the KFC in Korsten the lady serving us was impatient and rude. We went to the KFC in Gelvandale and they got our order completely wrong. And we still sitting in the hot sun for fifteen minutes waiting for our order. And the staff is sloppy and slow. Disgusted...it is now going to the half an hour and we still waiting with no assistance. The staff is not sympathetic or even apologising.
tax on tax
I visited the local kfc tonight and my total before tax was 23.00 dollars with city tax of 3% and state of 6% the total should have been 25.07 but I was charged 25.11. After some figuring they added the 3 % to the 23.00 which is 23.69 and then charged 6 % of that adding tax on tax. Would you look into this and have someone set there registers right

I have personally visited and had the buffet four times in the last month.
I observed how the employees and management treat customer's. The appearance o the store is poor. I say this because a week ago my friend and I had the buffet the salt and pepper shakers were sticky. Today is January 12th, 2019 we sat at the same table and they were in the same place upon window sill where I placed them. My Grandson is in medication that suppresses his appetite, had paid for the buffet for him and requested to take a plate home. Employees laughed and belittled me in front of him (9) yrs old. I asked to file a complaint employee said my GM is here. GM didn't offer his name. Was condecending and belittled me in front of my grandson as well as other patrons. I asked for his Managers contact information which he stated I'm not allowed to give that information. Told me I'm sorry you have a bad attitude while smirking. Stated to him I would not be returning to restaurant and would advise Friends and Family to do the same.

I went through the drive thru at my local KFC and was disappointed as usual. The young man who took my order was pretty much rushing me as if there was a line behind me miles long.
