AliExpress Administration's behavior during dispute.

Administration instead saying that flaw with proof and giving time to provide another proof waited for ending time for providing proofs sayed that there are flaw with proof and instantly ended dispute in seller favor not giving chance to provide anything else. Plus administraton don't send any notice on appel for two weaks and looks like don't planing doing it at all .

Desired outcome: Relaunch dispute and give proper opportunity for providing proofs.

ordered 22/7/20 from store MIXUEWEIQI
sent a message as to when it would arrive they told me it is now out of stock I ask for my money back including the delivery etc, they say" you open dispute" of course I cannot open a goddam dispute because it needs to be sent. and of course their is no facility on my app to find the cancel order button to initiate refund, This is absolutley ridiculous the store has now stolen my monet and you have helped them scam me.

AliExpress delivery by Cainiao

I have 4 items that were sent to Thailand over 55 days ago using Cainiao delivery and all have vanished ...now Aliexpress has the waiting time for delivery 75 days before a dispute can be lodged ...this is really poor service and from now on I will not be recommending Aliexpress on my internet forums on mechanical repairs but turning members back to Ebay for a better service and better product

AliExpress Motorcycle rearsets (race footpegs)

Aliexpress dispute: I am another stupid Westerner conned by Aliexpress.
Order No: [protected] - $318.48
Dispute Reason: Model not as described
I have not supplied photos or other evidence as Aliexpress and the merchant have my evidence.

Aliexpress are the middle-man and enable a merchant to sell on their platform, this means Aliexpress must accept the responsibility for a merchant's misconduct.
An Aliexpress merchant supplied a product different to the advertised and purchased product, after contacting the merchant without an outcome, I raised a dispute with Aliexpress.
I provided correspondence and photographs to evidence my complaint, Aliexpress judged against my complaint, upon appeal and further evidence Aliexpress again rejected my complaint.
Aliexpress dismissed my claims even though Aliexpress did not understand my complaint; the merchant sent the wrong product and Aliexpress could not differentiate between the photos of the item on the merchant's site against my photos of the product delivered? The product delivered isn't fit for purpose. From my photos; the difference between the correct and wrongly supplied product is obvious.
Aliexpress doesn't understand the complaint nor contact the merchant, yet can make a judgement in favour of the merchant's wrongly supplied product, how does that work?
Deliberately; Aliexpress make it difficult to raise an issue as is to navigate their site; Aliexpress make a judgement without actually understanding the complaint nor contacting the merchant? I can understand why a customer would give up on pursuing the correct outcome, even though the Aliexpress judgement is unfair and unreasonable.
Bizarrely, Aliexpress make the following statements: "we can not judge the problem." And; "the message history will not be accepted" (Aliexpress does accept the messages between the Customer and the merchant evidencing a problem). And; "the evidence you provided is regarded as invalid eventually." And; "After checking, I find your dispute has been closed with 0 refund because you didn't provide valid evidence". And upon my appeal; "You got only one chance to appeal your dispute, please submit this form with actual reason and valid evidence." And; "You and the seller did not reach an agreement. The refund amount will be based on the previous solution." (the merchant disregards the problem and this is sufficient grounds for Aliexpress to dismiss and rule in the merchant's favour?). And; "Please take easy that AliExpress will handle for you even if seller refuse to refund you after goods is returned." The Aliexpress solution is, at our expense we return the wrongly supplied product and the merchant would refund my purchase, I return the product and pay the return shipping, but the product is never refunded, that's a great Lose/Lose scenario.

AliExpress I am complaining about a refund of 211.06 usd from pagani official store, which they have not settled.

I am complaining about a refund of 211.06 USD from PAGANI OFFICIAL STORE, which they yet not settled.
When we first approached them about this, they wrote to us that they have credited the money to the credit card we used to purchase the item on behalf of our client, but when we checked with our bank statement and also contacted Lloyds bank in the UK, we found no payment from PAGANI OFFICIAL STORE. We have exercised patience long enough in this matter and just recently we decided to remind them about this refund and realized they have even changed their name to Trendy Men's Watch perhaps, to avoid paying us. This is fraud and we demand our money from this PAGANI WATCH store as it is not a good reputation for Aliexpress. Please can we have someone to look into this case ASAP. Should you need more information about this, please contact us. Thank you.

Desired outcome: We want the company PAGANI OFFICIAL STORE to refund us our money that will continue to keep us in business.

AliExpress Goods Not Received

Good Day,

I have purchased parcels 3 times from through AliExpress and have not received any of them.

Singapore post have advised they have not received these parcels, they did not leave the China warehouse.

Order number [protected] October 2020 Track #LP00410056507470
DHL have advised they cannot find that number in their system and their this does not match any of their regular tracking numbers.

I would be most grateful for you assistance as I cannot just accept just throwing $121, 73 down the drain.

AliExpress S21 Ultra mobile phone

The phone is not as described by seller. The specifications of the phone are different and very inferior. The memory is much less at only 1.3gb. I have sent evidence but this has been ignored. AliExpress asked for evidence of what is shown on the phone, however what is shown on the phone is false according to test apps and Google apps. Without sending the phone back I can't prove my case. I would have to pay the shipping cost which is probably more than the phone is worth.

Hello i ha e ordered a product, and failed in delievery. Then i ask seller for payment refund and they just ignore me and aske me to dispute. I csnt dispute its over 15 days since the delievere took 4 weeks and never arrived. Very bad!

I received my products recently after 6 months waiting because of pandemic our borders were closed.

Meanwhile I had no choice than to ask for refund to all sellers.

Now my account has been disactivated and I cannot order anymore.

I am willing to contact sellers to pay back items received too.

AliExpress Four lightbowl toilet lights received do not work. Will not switch off.

Received four lightbowl toilet lights from company yy006 order no
[protected] one had part of the battery case missing the others switch on but will not switch off automatically. These lights are unable to be used. Dialogue withyy006 was commenced shortly after delivery but has now expired on 15 days without resolution. Disapointing as these took an extraordinary time to deliver and do not work. This company yy006 does not appear to be able to resolve this satisfactorily. I have become angry with the continuous evasive messages to me. Please can you assist?

AliExpress Aliexpress appeal team

I bought a media device for my car from Aliexpress on 22/5/2021 but till now I have been expecting it to arrive. tracking number says was delivered successfully but a confirmation letter I got from the local post saying that the parcel was delivered to flat1 while my address is flat2.
I have informed Aliexpress several times that I haven't received my parcel and claimed for refund but was rejected.after I received the letter from the post I made appeal twice, but the system doesn't allow me to attach the letter. I have made numerous chat with agents and they promised they have attached the letter to my appeal but again Aliexpress response was I didn't have evidence. it seems either the letter is not attached to my appeal or Aliexpress ignoring deliberately
I want my money to be refunded asap.

Email received from Ali Express order delivery has expired you can start dispute procudure.
Order show goods delivered and signed for no way to raise a dispute.
Contacted seller they cannot help.
Used tracking number in tracking system goods have not left China.
I am totally confused I think the seller could also be confused. Please advise?

Am complaint regarding order with Beauty Lueen. promised a refund as their product was sub standard which they also agreed. Promised a refund not had it. I raised this with you to help resolved but hadn't. Blocked me on Their site, won't pick calls from me. This dishonest trading they should be allowed not. See attach promised refund.

I am unable to log into my account to pay for two items I wish to purchase.
I have changed my password but I think that the email address is incorrect
