AliExpress I am still waiting my package

I would like to know why aliexpress does not protect his customers from its salespeople who don't care about them?
It's been 2 months since I bought a product on your site and the seller answers me 2 months later, from the son-in-law I am on vacation to contact me later. (it looks a joke non? (your site is full of bad honest people
I would like to get my money back as soon as possible. What do I have to do?

AliExpress Product is claimed to be delivered but is never send according to the shipping company.

Aliexpress claimes that a product has been delivered while it never has been send. First I cpould not file a complaint beacuse it was supposed to be in transit. Than suddenly there came a message that the order was closed. This is not the first time this happens but I'm now fed up with the scam. The shipping company has pointed me to a chines text on their site that proves the products were never deliverd to the shipping company. Aliexpress is a scam!

AliExpress Regarding my order No. [protected]

Please be informed that I havent got my order no.[protected] more than 5 months! The seller (70oomai office) told me that I am responsible for that because of wrong address - it is not true. In the app which I use it is indicated the same address for all my orders and is correct adress. He has not return my money... And telling me to contact with dhl. I contacted - and dhl indicated that they hadn't this package. I do not what to do - but I dont need this good anymore... (after 5 or 6 monts, the winter is already ended...). Please contact with them and forced them to return my money back... It is very bad experience using your platform...

AliExpress Items bought, wrong ones sent, purchase protection time changed by seller!

I have been ordering from aliexpress for years: I have systematically observed sellers learning how to abuse aliexpress' website without being able to complain to aliexpress at all. You can't on their site (only if they infringe copyrights or illegal products), go ahead and try to call if you speak mandarin. All the buyer has is the purchase protection which I have now just seen two separate sellers change the time given so that is runs out quickly as soon as you receive the item in the mail (and not confirming that they were received). My son had urgent unforeseen surgery (out of town) just after I got some items in the mail, one was the complete wrong colour, the other, a item that was supposed to be matching was not. These had the same length of time as other items I ordered 60 days left, they originally had 80 days. So I had lots of time to deal with them when I got back. When I went it to contact the seller, both those items were confirmed as received. By whom! I was with my son in a hospital. I know it was the sellers. Not only do sellers lie on their webpages: say free shipping on the search pages but when you go to the page it then changes to "oh, there's a shipping charge now", material content, etc., now they lie at very stage of the transaction. Over the years I have learned to take pictures/videos of everything. The original websites (sellers have changed them to save their [censored]), the opening of parcels (sellers have tried to say i'm lying that something is missing), and now they [censored]ing change the purchase protection time? Aliexpress needs to get their [censored] together and let buyers complain about [censored]ing lying [censored] sellers! Don't buy from aliexpress until they start holding sellers accountable for being liars, and letting buyers complain about sellers lying! I could give you so many pictures of the above that it would kill your servers!

AliExpress Item no: [protected] - 2 x table lamps

I ordered two lamps from aliexpress, valued at NZ$106. When I went to check on my order, I noticed there was another 2 lamps hadn't ordered, so I deleted that item, not realising I had deleted them both. My mistake, but I'm not used to online shopping. I'm old.

After months, I am still awaiting my refund.

I was given this number to produce to my bank... ARN 74263321026020002701329

I can't afford to loose this amount of money. Please help me. Thank you.

AliExpress Epman 25peice wheel rivets

I placed an order a 2 weeks ago for some wheel rivets and when I recently checked my order list there is no option given anymore. Its like my order disappeared entirely without a trace.
There is no option showing
There is no proof given that I ordered anything
It all seems to have vanished
I have paid the full amount and the payment had been processed

The order was placed on 5th feb 2021 at 7:56 pm

I have attached a picture below which shows that the payment had been processed

Real bad experience didnt expect this from aliexpress
Not sure ill do any future shopping unless this matter is resolved neither will recomend anyone.

Desired outcome: Please either refund me the paid amount or get me my shipment

AliExpress Lamps sold by vendor light in the city store order id: [protected]

I bought 10 lamps, E14 socket, on January. I received the lamps and tested them, they don't work. The cause of the problem is the shape of the lamp in the area near the screw, that is not as advertised by the vendor, and is not compatible with any standard E14 lamp holder.
First, I sent email to the vendor. I sent several emails, the vendor ignored them, they dont even read them.
I raised the complaint to Aliexpress but it was rejected as the evidence was deemed not sufficient. I was asked to send a video with the test of all 10 lamps one by one (?!?). I applied against the rejection by providing the video they requested. But still I cannot get the positive answer that in my opinion my complaint deservers.

AliExpress Refund

I bought NRG coils from this site. But my country did not allow them to clear customs. Package returned to seller but they claim that I collected the package and they told me to ask my neighbors. I tried to open a dispute, but AliExpress closed it and told me to ask my neighbor, post office, etc. there is nothing to ask, item went back and hey see it.

It is obvious from tracking data. It says "not allowed by customs" and "returned to seller." ı want my refund please.

AliExpress Incorrect order received and inadequate responses

(1) Inquired with about overdue item both Aliexpress and PRACMANU. Both insisted the item was sent correctly.

(2) Checked with Australia Post - verified that an item was sent. However, I indicated that I had received nothing. During discussions with the AP Officer, it occurred to me that in fact I did receive an item- a standard European power plug! I did not order this item.

(3) The conclusion reached by Australia Post was that the item I received was erroneously addressed to me.

(4) Please find attached a copy to the Australia Post report on the investigation and a photo of the packaging and the item sent to me which I did not order. What I did order was an angle grinder attachment (for a power tool) - nothing like what sent. Cost around $AUD58. Is the cost of a European power plug $AUD58? I don't think so!

(5) The dispute I raised was abruptly closed by Aliexpress once I confirmed an item was sent to Australia. At this stage I was still under the impression that we were dealing with my correct order. Not until Australia Post looked into the matter was it clear an error was made at on seller's side.

(6) At no stage was I asked what item I did in fact receive. It would have been clear then there had been error made at the seller end. Instead both Aliepress and PRACMANU seemed uninterested beyond knowing that "a package" had arrived in Australia and therefore not their problem.

A very disappointing and time consuming experience.

AliExpress Seller advertisement / seller rights / dispute handling

I would like to make a complaint about Aliexpress of handling complaints and allowing the seller to get away with all by impartial behaviour of the seller.

Last year November I have made several order spending a lot.

The major of the good I haven't receive and I open a dispute.
The majority I haven't receive my money back or a full refund.
I am so upset on the way I was treated by aliexpress I would like to make a formal complaint.

Will accept my complaint and I will take 2 items from my listing to show how I was dealt with so unfairly.

AliExpress Stretch slipover sectional elastic strecth sofa cover for living room couch cover l shape armchair cover 3seater + 2 seater

The pictures show a warm, orange cover, in reality a fluorisant orange, like a safety vest, is sent. Totally not usable in a living room. Communicating from August 2020 with this reseller, they only give me stupid answers. After 5 month they still ask me useless questions, but are not willing to solve the case.

It is not about ‘some different'. Does anyone wants their house wrapped in a color like a safety-vest looks. The color of the orange of the sent item compared to the color of the website / online store is way off, not ‘some different'.

Desired outcome: Refund of all the money (€. 29,57)

I have a complain about 740740 store, they sold me a product that is malfunctioning. They promised to come with a satisfying solution, but they do not respond to my messages anymore. In the meanwhile I am stuck with a faulty product. Order [protected]

AliExpress Order nor received

I bought 3 kangaroo Men's Laptop bags back in December, i had ordered three other items and have received them already! There has been no movement on order for over two weeks. Cannot get anyone to respond to my request for information. I have ordered a wallet back in October and encountered the same event! No movement, finally after another month of waiting i received a refund. I do not understand why delivery should take so long, it is ridiculous!

AliExpress Filed claim for product not delivered, not resolved, no sign of aliexpress stepping in for refund

Bought phone from AliExpress (Order No:
[protected]), paid for it, seller states it was sent, provided a tracking number (LZ586427755CN). The item was delivered to different address. Apparently tracking number was fake or not mine.
Canada Post investigation stated that the package was delivered to the right address (not my address), confirmation from Canada Post claim: [protected]. They are certain this was a scam!
Opened a claim to get my money back, seller disappeared no sign of AliExpress stepping in to help refund my money.
5 days passed, no sign from AliExpress or the seller.

Seller is dishonest and AliExpress representatives useless and also dishonest. Seller advertises 4 GB/32 GB android units and then ships garbage 1 GB/8 GB units that are slow and use a modified Android skin to claim its running Android 10 but is really running Android 7.1.2. Seller does nothing to correct issue but offer claims to resolve it. AliExpress' representatives are engaged and protect the dishonest seller, even when provided with proof of the seller being dishonest. No updates from seller and AliExpress only refunds about 20% of my purchase order amount. No options anywhere to appeal the dispute and get my money back. What am I supposed to do with these junker android units I can't use?

IMAGIC Digital Store is the seller on AliExpress. Dishonest to the core, and AliEpress are even worse to protect them by cheating buyers and then not stopping them from cheating others with their garbage products.

AliExpress Kuulaa retail store allowed to refuse cancellation request from buyer

On 02 JAN21 I placed an order for a GaN charger and a power bank with Kuulaa Retail Store on AliExpress. Both items in my shopping cart were 41.96$ but when I submitted the order the price changed to 46.96$. When I checked I saw that the 5$ coupon for the power bank I had was removed and that is why the price changed. So I decided not to buy the power bank and immediately requested the order cancellation. I told the seller I would keep the charger and already replaced that order for the charger while the first order was "pending seller approval". It never came to my mind that an AliExpress seller would be allowed to refuse a customer cancellation request like that had been done 30 seconds after submitting the order. On 04JAN21 I got the message back from Kuulaa Retail Store that my cancellation request was not approved and this seller then shipped both orders. Now I have a power bank with a price increase of 25% and 2 chargers. Stay away from this seller. If you look for a Kuulaa product you most certainly find it from another store. What is shocking as well that AliExpress obviously agrees with this action because the AliExpress claim got ended in favor of Kuulaa Retail Store. Today I am not sure if I am more frustrated about Kuulaa Retail Store or AliExpress customer service which obviously supports such action from their sellers.

AliExpress Account access - retrieval

The account retrieval is NOT working, nor is the live chat customer service.
On Saturday 16th January I made a personal account and placed 4 orders, which I paid on the same day by credit card. Unfortunately I never received the confirmation email of the orders. Therefore, I never received the order number! I tried to sign in again on that account but it seems that I forgot that account name, or that I misspelled the email address. How to retrieve it? I had products already put in the wishlist and I need to access the account also to check the delivery status of the packages. I already tried the procedure "to locate the account ID with order number or credit/debit card" but it does NOT work. I told them both the first six numbers of the credit card and the last 4 digits.
The orders amount paid are: €19.69, €5.19, €13.04, €5.09.
But the service does not work.
The live chat of AliExpress NEVER answered my requests. HOW CAN I RETRIEVE THAT ACCOUNT and check the orders?
