I made an order for this product since last year and up till now April 2019.

It hasn't gotten to the nearest post office.

I have been going to The nearest post office for the past couple of months and still nothing.

I have tried messaging the seller and still they do not respond to me.

AliExpress trainers I did not receive as they were lost while they were being shipped.

I purchased a pair of trainers from zyysport store order number [protected] on the 27.03.2019 then I was informed that they had been lost by the shipping company. I was then issued with a new tracking number pr023050994yp and told that they would send me a identical pair like the one's I ordered that was over two weeks ago and they are not showing up on any of the tracking sites. When I wrote to them that they had already looked after me but when I checked to see what they were talking about I couldn't find anything. When I wrote to them I informed them that I had purchased the trainers for my wife to be to wear when we go on holiday after our wedding in two weeks or so and asked if they could be shipped by dhl.. Fedex or ems or some courier company like that so we could get them in time for the honeymoon to make up for what happened.

I placed an order for this item in November 2018 and we are now in April 2019 and till date I have received the item. I have sent so many messages to the seller asking for an update but no one is bothered to even respond to my messages which is very frustrating. I even asked them to refund my money of CAD1.77 but the seller has not even done that.

See attached all correspondence with the seller and how there has been no response or update from them.

Appreciate if you could please intervene and help sort this issue and please get me back my refund.

This company agree with a refund. They pay me allready 50% if i stop the dispute first.
The rest amount they will send if i give them a 5 star feedback.
But i can't anymore give any feedback after 30 days.
These reseller refuse to pay my money back.

AliExpress purchase from aliexpress - returned faulty - no refund or replacement

I bought a tablet form aliexpress : store name: chuwi official store : order id: [protected] on 13 oct 2018. This item was faulty on delivery so I contacted the seller through aliexpress and he asked for it to be returned for repair. I returned it by registered post and he acknowledged receipt. He has stated he has returned it unregistered post but I have not yet received it.

AliExpress dispute for yiwumensa wedding dress

Dear Aliexpress Team,

The seller is purposely playing the game with me and with Ali Express.
1. Seller provided the adreess and contact number, but me and currier guy can never call through the number, she is dam liar;
2. Seller never pick up the phone call from currier, I keep message and remind her to receive the goods, finally she contact the currier, but she informed currier first come for collection personally, second she requested currier to change delivery location, I don't even know what is the hell she trying to do
3. I do beg Ali Express to read each every message we had, and also the currier status, I am tracking everyday, keep reminding, she never response, never receive the goods
4. I kindly request the double payment the seller have to pay me, it is not only the goods, not only for damaged my wedding, also for emotion damage.

I am not able to upload the evidence and also the comments, I tried, but no place let me to do it.

AliExpress received defective/damaged ssd and aliexpress supporting there chinese seller

I have ordered Samsung msata SSD 250 GB from AliExpress against Order No. [protected] from Maker Digital franchise Store but unfortunately the SSD received is Defected and Damaged, I approach seller for this issue and seller agreed and told to open dispute with logistic Problem for full refund without Returning Goods but it's by AliExpress Shipping method, when I told it's handled by AliExpress because of AliExpress shipping method than seller gave me another option open dispute that I no longer need the product with refund only and I'll accept, when I open dispute than seller change from his commitment and told to open dispute return and refund with I no longer need the product, than I came to know seller is a fraud, liar and untrustworthy person. After requesting a seller alot, seller didn't co-operate. After begging, seller agreed for partial return shipping charges but the return shipping charges are high from India even though I agree than seller changes from his own statement and told that after receiving defected damaged SSD than I'll (Seller) refund money, partial shipping cost and product cost, everytime change from his words. So it's not possible to trust this seller who always change from his own commitment, if I'll send the product back to seller by spending full shipping cost and if seller create any problem after receiving it than I'll loose Shipping cost as well as product cost, this is not reliable seller and I want to be safe. Seems seller has send me defected damaged SSD intentionally and trying to cheat me and not cooperating now, really a greedy seller.
Than the dispute is escalate to AliExpress judgement team and AliExpress team found the reason valid as per evidence submitted and gave proposal Refund only USD 60.74 without Returning the goods and I accept it and after 3 days they change from there own proposal and give final judgement return goods and refund. I think it's my biggest mistake of trusting AliExpress and purchase but who know AliExpress support there Chinese seller because of Chinese website and encourage there Chinese sellers to cheat customers and do fraud.
Not AliExpress and not AliExpress seller stick to there own words, commitment, they both are liar, unprofessional, not reliable. They only destroying reputed name of AliExpress by cheating customers, seems customer is not at all important for them. AliExpress should treat both buyer and seller equally but they are only supporting Chinese seller, it's really a shame on there services. Like this customer will loose there trust on AliExpress and stop purchasing.
It's none where my fault even though I cooperate and give valid evidence even though they support there Chinese community. Hope they take this matter seriously and review this case again and do proper judgement and stick to there proposal as a genuine and trustworthy website.
I don't want to loose my money because it's none where my fault, I want to be in safe hands.
Please help me
Otherwise I have to approach Credit Card Company to Charge Back my amount.
I request you please cooperate and do justice

So i think you gave me wrong tracking number or scammed me because there is a difference between Russia and South Africa.

AliExpress xiaomi piston air capsule

On the 19th of march 2019 I stumbled upon a "Great" aliexpress sale and received cupons and stuff, wow.. so after I didn't buy from aliexpress for maybe two years because of their poor customer support, well it was a mistake... again..

I ordered the xiaomi air capsule earphones which in its original form, a great pair of earphones, the price was maybe $7 lower than the local xiaomi shop but what I received in the mail was not worth even 1 cent, a clearly fake, terrible build quality, sound comes out so low and the sound is really bad (In the dispute they complained that I did not make a video of the bad sound.. ridicules!)tinny/midi dominant that gives a very cheap feeling to it, I took it to the shop to discover that it should have come in an original carton box and should look totally different in build quality and I already knew that the original has a very good sound (I ended up buying a pair from the local xiaomi shop and I love it).

What we see here is Fraud! a seller being advertised by aliexpress sends garbage to the customer and then you need to open a dispute and wait and waste your time so people just give up and that way they are sending you counterfeit or defective products and then in the dispute they offer you half the price!
SO YOU PAY FOR A NON USABLE FAKE GARBAGE but just half the price so they feel like they resolved it, don't buy there, other platforms are better and take care of you, I like ebay, banggood, geekbuy because they respect their customers and assure that we are safe, I don't feel safe with Aliexpress!

Oh, the xiaomi shop confirmed that this is not a genuine item but Aliexpress said that the seller showed them proof that it is original haha (look at the photos).

I would like to say to Aliexpress: When someone received an open packages with a broken item, this is fraud and offering me to send it back to the seller on my expense (Which cost more then the whole deal) shows that you are just motivating your sellers to drop their garbage that worth nothing for half the price of an original.

I will never but from Aliexpress and AliBaba no more, that was one chance too many, you can keep our money but we will make sure that everyone knows that you are a sellers market promoting fraud and garbage dumping.

I'm still waiting for maybe 20 parcels from them (got carried away haha) but after that I will close my account.

AliExpress unethical behaviour

I bought 9 palettes during the last big sale, several weeks ago. The order number is [protected]. They were at a good price during this sale.

The seller then wrote me that it was no longer in stock and that I should cancel the order. Rather than do this I extended to processing time two months hoping to eventually get the palettes.

I have seen that since then the palette has been back in stock, available for purchase (of course for a higher price now) but the seller again sent me a message that it was not available and that I should again cancel the purchase.

I have since written a private message to him saying I wish to have the palettes.

He/she has not gotten back to me.

I have the impression that this seller does not want to give me the palettes at the sale price and wants to back out of that sale "contract".

I would like the store to send me the palettes as promised as I have paid for them in good faith.

Hi. While placing 16 orders here, I gave my new address of Muscat, Oman. I did not mention Pakistan in any order but all orders are shipped to Pakistan. This is a system error at your side. Please and refund my money as I will not receive any item now because of this bug. I

AliExpress iphone order number -[protected] (current order)

This is in regards to the order which I bought last year order number -[protected](Current order) and it has 1 yr warranty period, , I have been advised the seller that the phone doesn't work well the day since I bought, ,

This Package was apparently delivered and no signature required.
I have not received this Package.
How can a package be send with a US $ 180.00 dollars value and not requiring a signature?
Australia Post is looking in to this but have not much hope.
Do I get the Goods replaced by this Company?

AliExpress seagate 1tb external hdd order id [protected]

I bought seagate from this store in aliexpress. About 10 days ago the external hdd suddenly stopped working! Its been less than 5 months since i received it.

The moral of the story is that, i tried contacting seagate to exchange 1 to 1.

They comply and trying to assist me for it due to the warranty. I am allowed to exchange to 1 to 1.

They suggested me to recover the data first. So i did go to data recovery center as suggested by seagate. I have all the emaol conversations.
So at the data recovery center, They opened up the seagate 1tb casing.

To our surprise, the CASING is seagate but the hdd inside is TOSHIBA!

Its a fraud and its fake! I need your help to resolve this matter.

AliExpress xiaomi redmi note 5

Hello,

I bought a new Xiaomi Red Mi Note 5 and I received it with the not original MIUI operative system. I thought this was not a big issue but in one of the updates the mobile just got into reboot mode and it got stock in the menu just saying the new update cannot be installed in this devise. The phone supose to be brand new with the proper operative system working correctly and now it is just blocked and useless. I would like to know who is dealing with this when the mobile is in garanty.
All happend because the mobile just tried to install the new version MIUI 10 but apparently if this is not original it cannot be installed. So my question is that I would like to know now who is responsable for this and how can I get any kind of solution with this issue.

AliExpress credit card new expiry date.

My problem is simple.
1. If try to fix all you have is AVA, it does not work, there is no problem about Credit Card Expiry dates and will not let you enter a problem that is not on the list.

2. I purchase items regularily (my Grandchildren put items on wish list, then I purchase for them) and all I want is fix my card.

3 Fix my expiry date, how can that be so hard, you want me to purchase from you or not?
