I would like to have a complain:I ordered a nike shoes but it I got a pair of left side. The man that I ordered from is not anwering me. I would like to know how it can be possible? I paid for a pair of normal nike shoes for running and I got an unusable staff with I cannot do anything. Firstly I would like I really had a terrible experience with this company from your company and im really disappointed, especially because of the fact that I paid a lot of money. I bought a wig from this company and it was of terrible quality, very thin, lots of short split hair on the top of the wig and on top of that it was very dry hair. I made this complaint known to the merchant & they were hesitant to help so I filed a dispute, I only got partial of the money back. After the dispute, two days later I get a letter in the mail. For an invoice of shipping in canada! The advertisement of the product was also advertised free shipping but I was later sent an invoice with a 20 charge for shipping. the whole system of package ordering and cancellation is broken. do not order anything from this company until their system becomes more transparent.
The ordering, cancellation and dispute system is broken. You have to be extremely vigilant and view every order number extremely closely. Do not assume that an order you have canceled has actually been cancelled. Their are multiple links you must follow to ensure that cancelations have actually been made and have stuck. The dispute system is autocratic, uninformative and murky at best. Illogical organization and unlikely links must be followed. There is no human contact. There seems to be no way to contact the company directly if a problem occurs. And it is likely a problem will occur. It is probably best to give the whole organization a miss.

I placed order #[protected] for a kitchen timer. The transaction completed ok and I paid the required amount.
However, the seller cam back a few hours later and said that shipping costs had increased and I had to make an additional payment of $0.8. This I had to make via an additional order. This I (foolishly) did via order # [protected].
On reflection I decided this was very dubious selling so I tried to cancel the orders. At which point, the seller aid the items had already shipped! This is awful and illegal.
I also note that the seller continues to sell the item at the original price (no increase in shipping fees) so, presumable, they can extract additional money from other buyers!
You will see the correspondence I have had with the seller under the messages against my original order.
I require a full & immediate refund and for this seller to be barred from aliexpress. This is totally fraudulent.

However I have recieved tracking numbers and emails stating that two of my items were signed for. One was signed for in Inala, QLD, (LM 676024224CN) the other in Sorrento, WA, (LM 678853440CN). As I live in Lithgow NSW, and I have re-checked a number of times that my shipping address is correct and it is. So I cannot understand how my items ended up being signed for by others in another state? I sincerely hope there has been a misunderstanding somewhere and that this can be rectified with either my purchased items being sent to me or my money refunded. Order [protected] by Aliexpress never received and not shipped by seller. But Seller ask to be patient and informed that products were at custom's destination which was not true and to open a dispute afterwards was not possible as time expired.

No way to contact AliExpress. Their 24/7 customer service is just a web bot, there is no real person on the other end of the chat session. No other resolution options once you click dispute. They have set it to closed, but I still never received a refund.
