I ordered 2 products from Aliexpress.com.
The first product was a leather gloves, they promised to refund the money as the product was defected piece and they asked me to keep the junk product too. it been more than 4 months they are not refunding my money.
The second product was a Glove again, which i ordered from the same site and this time they refused to send the product and now they will respond to any complaints.
They take the payment in full in advance and they don't respond.
Kindly Block such Fraud sites.
Please look into the above issue and do the needful.

I ordered a pair of ladies high heels on the 17 July 2017 with the seller (Walk life XM Store) order number [protected]. When i contacted the seller 60 days (September 2017) after the transaction date, they told me they order was shipped and might still be on the way. A month later (October 2017) when i inquired, i was told they have laid a compliant with the logistics company. Its November and i am still waiting for feedback.
The tracking order number given was RF809308643CN with the China Post Registered Air Mail.
I would like to get the shoes ordered and if not possible, the refund would do.

I place my order over 3 weeks ago. I had requested for tracking number and asked what had happened to my order? My payment was received, as I have received notice that it was received. I received noticed to go to the link to check on the status of my order. I have tried to log on by requesting a code number, which was provided to my mobile phone but when I try to enter the 6 digit number given, it will not take. Its a 6 digit number you gave me to enter, how am I not able to proceed with the information you have provided me?
I also received notice that the package has arrived in destination country on Nov. 09, 2017. Today is Nov.11, 2017 and I have not received it YET.

When I placed my order through Aliexpress website I chose the order which I described above free IPTV Arabic Channels Box for Life after I receive my order directly from the seller. when I started using the service almost one year I surprised the seller suspended my account. I approach the seller directly to find solution to activate my account unfortunately the seller refuse to cooperate with me to restore the service back to me. I believe the seller commit fraud against me and misled me and breach the term and condition in the agreement which suppose to provide free service for me. also I approach directly to open a dispute but unfortunately the problem is not sorted in my fever. Hi I am platinum member of aliexpress ordered desktop motherboard for asus p8z77-v pro z77 from store:znsusan store (Store no.610072) on aliexpress on 24 august 2017 for my desktop I recieved the item but it is not working I open the dispute on aliexpress I send all data which support that motherboard is send faulty by seller. Over several months now I have had difficulty with a few sellers who are uncooperative they for some unknown reason had some other person's name on my delivery information tracking all different names in all states of Australia
It appears that they had refused my dispute proposal and there was no provision to reject their proposal
These issues although for very small amounts are annoying and dare I say reflect poorly on your previously excellent track record.
I have recently ordered more items but if I have similar problems I will have to look elsewhere

Hi. I’ve put this complaint to aliexpress via app 30 times but each time they said pending refund arrangement from the respective department.
Amount involved are around usd 100. Due to item collected are defect via building the item. Lower potion aren’t even resulted bag will fall to a site.
Even many times pudge complaint of not receiving my refund. Your app customer services associate only know to said pending pending since December 2016. Till date refund are remain unknow status even though they had said refund are pending on arrangement.
The worst of the worst is that aliexpress are intentionally not to allow customer to lodge complaint vi email so that tracking email can be the proof or evidence. What’s a shame of intentionery did that. Never once I’ve seen a big company are without complaint email.
China company have to learn to be hornets to customer and do not try to rob immkocent money where customer has paid accordingly to the selling prise.
You may check yeh history of complaint of this item where hours and if times has spoken to your complaint receiving girl in the app.
Therefore. I demand the refund to release at once without futger delay. Approved but not willing to process the refund and always drag and delay and execuses now and than.
