I have been shopping at this Stillwater Dollar Tree for years and have never had any issues until Monday, April 27, 2021. Every clerk in the store, including the Manager had been so kind and friendly as always. Dollar Tree Product and Service

I felt that I was treated unprofessionally from the store manager, that had no name tag, and kept emphasizing that she was the manager but did nothing to look and see that the store stock was also broken. This [protected]@ store#[protected] SE Military Dr. Suite 121. San Antonio, TX [protected]. I've always been treated with outstanding service at this Dollar Tree in my neighborhood. I purchased these frames on 04/20/21. To top it off, when I walked in the store an associate looked at my return and approved it. His initials was RT on my receipt and told me to get what I needed. After my transaction was done, the manager put the two broken frames and the unopened one with my receipt into the original bag, gave it back to me and the cashier charged me for three solar light that I had exchanged it for. That was a total embarrassment to me and because I asked why, the manager said I know its not right, but that she did not make the rules dollar tree did on the receipt. When you put " no unopened items are exchanged". But clearly your store stock are broken through the see through package, something I did not noticed. Clearly when you hire managers you need to give them full empowerment to make the right decisions for the integrity of the company. Unfortunately for me I got the raw end of the stick.

Desired outcome: I would like for that manager to call me personally and do my exchange without treating me like a thief because I am an honest consumer. I want her to know that its not right to embarrass or belittle customers.

Dollar Tree manager

I am an Employee of The Dollar Tree in Hiawassee Georgia. On Sunday April 18th, I went in before 3:00 PM. After clocking in, a Man who had been a customer came in to sell me the book that he had promised to bring in a few days earlier when he was a customer. There was no line, and I was not waiting on anyone. He came to the end of the counter to explain some things in the book. The Manager came out of her Office, walked by and said "no personal business when you are on store hours." I was completely embarrassed by her actions. Not only did she reprimand me, but she did it in front of a customer. I did not say anything to her, The Man came back later to tell me that she was out of line, and that he won't be shopping there any longer.

Dollar Tree Billing

Store #7903, Associate: Malania, Time: 16:29, Date: 4/15/21.
I was overcharged. My total was supped to be $5.15. That is what is on my receipt, but the bank statement says I was also charged $1 service charge and $25.15 without explanation. I did not get cash back. You owe me a refund of $26.15

I don't think this is a cashback fee. $25.15 is not an option for cash back and the service charge would have been more than $1. I think this maybe an overdraft fee

Dollar Tree store manager

your store in Indian Hills shopping center is located right behind 6 condos. Two different people have went to the store to address issues of garbage blowing out of dumpster and making a mess on our property. Also an issue of tractor trailers pulling on our grounds. We have tried to do this as neighbors but the manager said she did not have time to deal with us or the problem. Everyone likes the store but not pleased with the management attitude. The zoning commission has told us if it can not be resolved they will get involved.
We have other pictures if you want them.

Dollar Tree How dirty the dollar tree is in Milledgeville Ga. 31061

The store is very dirty, the shelves are about empty and they are all rusty and sticky from products being on them. There is junk and dirt all over the floors all the way through the whole store. It has a very dirty nasty smell when you walk in the store. I love the Dollar tree Stores but i cant find my self going back in this store until something is done.. Not Sanatairy at all. Especially now with a pandemic in our country.

Dollar Tree pay raise

I have been a part time employee of Dollar Tree for nearly 3 1/2 years now. I am a cashier/ shelf stocker. I am an older employee (63yo) and work to keep myself busy as I am retired after 40 years as a government employee. I enjoy the work most of the time. The employees in my store just got a pay increase as a starting salary. The starting salary went from $7.25 an hour to $9.00 an hour which I think is a good thing . My complaint is that even though I have been an employee for nearly 3 1/2 years my pay increase went from $7.80 to $9.00. As a long time employee I feel I should have gotten more of an increase in salary that an employee who is just starting at Dollar Tree! Thanks for reading this.

Dollar Tree Manager At Dollar Tree

Concerning Your Bacons Bridge Store In Summerville S.C---Your Manager Miss Kim Takes 3 to 4 Days Off A Week Calls The D/M Saying She Is Sick. On 4/5/21 She Called Manager On Duty Miss Ashely Saying She Is Tired And Will Not Be Coming In. Employees On Duty 1 Cashier I Stocker Miss Ashely Manager On Duty---Truck Arrived Around 9.30am Manager Ashley Said She Cannot Receive It, To Do So She Asked The Stocker To Clock Out And Go home Some where around 09.45Am. She Refused To Accept The Truck. Lost Of Company Money. Hence The Reason The Store Is Never Fully Stock And Staff.---N. B The D/M Do Not Seem To Be Able To Control Manager Kim Sad To Say.

Dollar Tree Derby VT store

I want to make your corporation aware of an incident that occurred o n 4/6/21 The two store managers, Christina Crowley and Dani (Hebert), were seen by myself locking the front door of the store at 829am as another employee (my daughter) was being dropped off for her 830am shift. Christina and Dani then got into a vehicle with a Newport employee, Courtney Farrar, and drove to the back of the building. Both managers saw that the employee being dropped off but made no attempt to communicate with her. After waiting 10 minutes the employee left as I work for the state and could not wait. Christina and Dani did not return to the store until 845am; at this time Christina contacted the employee who had left and said that they had gone to get bleach boxes. Christina then continued to send the employee sarcastic, unprofessional messages through social media.

While I do not expect a response or resolution I feel that it's important that regional managers be made aware of some very unprofessional behaviors conducted by their store managers and employees.

Dollar Tree Aparently Manager

On April 8th at 8:02 am, I was waiting for Dollar Tree on Camp Street, Olive Branch MS to open. While waiting an employee was banging on the door trying to get them to let him in. He said you will need to wear a mask or they will get all over you. I walk in a young black woman (don't know who she was) came over to me and said you have to wear a mask. I told her that she was breaking my rights. Mississippi does not have a mask mandate! She told me she didn't care and if i didn't put one on or get out of her store. Her rudeness over this and the fact many times I have seen maskless people in that store. I felt attacked by her. if this is the way you run your stores. I had been in Walmart and Kroger that morning without a mask and was never approached by anyone just smiled at. People will stop coming there to shop! i WILL

Dollar Tree Clerk

I bought a plastic table cloth, napkins and cocktail napkins at Dollar tree. When I showed the color to my wife she said no, won't go with the rest of the decor for her dinner party. I went to the Dollar Tree at near 20th and Federal highway in Boca Raton to exchange for a different color (packages were unopened). I first went to the managers office and said I needed to exchange for a different color. He said go to the register and they will have to do it. I got the colors I wanted, took it to the girl at the register and she refused, saying the general manager said there can be no refunds or exchanges. I asked why that would be and she replied "because of COVID". I said to her that the manager told me to go exchange at the register and she said NO. Very poor image for Dollar tree! I am very angry.

Dollar Tree Customer service

I visited store #4484 on 3/29/2021 and the cashier, Jenna, was very inappropriate in front of customers. She was complaining about her manager and how she is walking out on the job on her break. She did not speak to the customers at all, rather she scanned everything while continuing to complain about the job. I could tell the woman in front of me was also very annoyed with the unprofessional behavior displayed. There was also inappropriate language being used. If my children were with me, there would have been a problem.
