Manager behavior and abuse
My name is Deborah Ann Johnson and when I reported to work this morning 04/01/20021 after clocking in I stated to manager (Keren aka Liv) that I wasn't feeling well and I felt sick and my body was aching. She then in return stated that she wished I had of told her before I came in and said that the next person wouldn't be on the clock until 12 o'clock. She...

We were very uncomfortable during our visit to your store in Southport, NC yesterday. Although the sign on the door specifically directs that masks must be worn, one of your employees, an older white woman, refused to wear her mask and did not practice social distancing, approaching us and others well within six feet. She answered our complaint saying she...

To Whom It May Concern: On Monday, March 29th, 2021 I was assaulted by one of your employees, Aniqua Johnson at your store located in Washington DC, at the 1919 Michigan Ave. location. I intend to seek legal action against Ms. Johnson, and I am asking that Dollar Tree hold this employee accountable to the fullest extent. I am also requesting that Brittany...

Hello,
I wanted to write a complaint about an incident I had with a worker at the dollar tree on 57 in liverpool NY 13090. I am not sure of her name, which i apologize for, but she is an older woman with short brown hair. Probably in her 60's or 70's. When I say I have never had worse customer service, I mean NEVER. I placed all my items down and told her I was quickly going to grab a balloon while she started scanning all my items. She quickly snapped at me, and then continued to throw my items back at me saying " She didnt have time to wait around". I calmly explained that it would take 3 seconds and i would be back by the time she was done scanning. She then gave me attitude and said she " would get a line and didnt have time" Finally I just told her to ring up my stuff and not to get the ballon. Not only was she absolutely rude she actually threw items back at me to the point they fell off the counter. And as she bagged my items she kept making rude comments and throwing my items in a bag. I have never in my 29 years of life ever taken the time to write a complaint, but this was ridiculous. To the point where I went in the next day to get a few items and left when I saw her on cashier. I will no longer use the store while she is working.
Desired outcome: I just wanted her manager to know how rude she was and how bad shes treating her customers.
Products
I live in the Gulf Coast area of Texas, exactly in the Angleton, Lake Jackson, Freeport area. We do not have any storage containers or baskets in this area. Could you please send storage containers and baskets here. I saw where on line some stores had the pastel ones and I fell in love with them but alas, this area has none including Houston. I would your attention to this matter
Desired outcome: Stocking current retail
unprofessional behavior
I work at Dollar Tree #1969 and have been there for nearly 4 years. Very recently it has become incredibly apparent that a newly hired Assistant Manager has "it in for me". I've been threatened by this same asst. mgr. when she said "Be careful who you throw under the bus". I'm in the dark about what she even means. I've had multiple complaints about her from customers...she's got to be the very most unprofessional person in a position of leadership than I've ever been unfortunate enough to come across. I guess now we're gonna see if Dollar Tree stands by their cashiers, or if asst. mgrs are just allowed to degrade, insult, threaten cashiers...we'll see
Desired outcome: I'd like this asst. mgr to maybe take some coping skills or at the very least, customer service training
Nah, I had the worst manager dollar tree ever produced. Worked in a DC, and someone who would later be promoted to L1 manager, would steal the good store orders from the stack effectively making his day super easy and the elderly peopled get fired over productivity. He was about 23 or so at the time. He is still there as a manager helping his literal friends do the exact same behavior while old people an disabled people are still busting their butts and still being fired for productivity. I was told cheaters never prosper, but at dollar tree they get promoted to managers.
Why are you taking customer's complaints as a cashier? When a customer has a complaint direct them to to store manager, manager on duty, or give them the help desk phone number. You as a cashier are not equipped to take customer complaints.
Howard clearly the complaint was about the manager. Maybe the main store manager was out smoking off break, or allowing their friends to steal merchandise 3 times. As I've from other complaints here.
Service at 2 Dollar Tree Stores and no follow through on the first problem by customer service
1. Why do you no longer carry Icy Drops breath drops?
2. In December I put a bottle of bleach on the counter at a Dollar Tree store. The cap was loose and spilled all over my hand, and the sleeve of my jacket. I was not allowed to use the restroom due to Covid restrictions. The manager offered me hand sanitizer to clean the bleach off my hand. How stupid. I ended up having to go to a Walmart that was nearby to wash my hand, UNACCEPTABLE. There are exceptions to every rule. My husband called and spoke with someone who said they would send something as compensation for the ruined jacket. Nothing ever arrived.
3. Yesterday I bought a spray bottle of some cleaner, along with a number of other items. I put the bags, my purse, and my phone on the table when arriving home. A few minutes later I went to put the items away, only to find once again a loose cap on the cleaning solution allowed the cleaner to spill, getting liquid in my phone.
4. The rudeness of 2 associates at the above mentioned store yesterday was unbelievable.
5. My 2 trips to Dollar Tree have cost me about $60.00 to replace the jacket, and to fix my cellphone.
6. I have been on hold for almost 50 minutes with Dollar Tree customer service to address these problems. What is the automated system at Dollar
Tree? Is it a call back system. Not explained in the recording while one is on hold.
Why is there no email customer service?
I am a stock holder, but maybe not for much longer.
Desired outcome: Address these problems. Have real customer service, not some joke.
Staffing, customer service
While shopping at the dollar tree in Tempe on Kyrene and Baseline, the manager on duty was complaining to her staff about how much work she had to do. Every other word out of her mouth was the F-bomb, how do they expect me to do my job with two truck deliveries in one day. One register was open, the line was super long and she looked over at it, rolled her...

I am a retail merchandiser for a company and I service the Dollar Tree listed above. This Dollar Tree is in horrible shape, as the floors are dirty and the aisles are cluttered with boxes and products. The bathroom (there is only one in operation) stinks and is also incredibly filthy. Most of the time I'm in there, there is no toilet paper, no soap...

Go to the Dollar store in Milford Delaware quite often, the manager Howard in this store is so rude. First, how would allow the one cashier's line to back up into the aisle and not provide opening up his cash register to help out. Today, he watched me stand in line waiting for someone to help me, and he came up to open his register walking past me to say he...

Employee named Ty at DT near Walmart in boone rolled her eyes and said an expletive when I said I had an exemption from wearing a mask when in the store. I confronted her about her attitude and she promptly made a call to the Boone PD saying I refused to leave "her" store. I asked for the number of the person above her and she flat out refused.
The manager
The manager on Braun rd San Antonio to was being extra rude about the mask being on when in fact the government stated that the mask are not enforced and it is not mandatory to those that don't want to wear a mask. I stated that the mask is no longer enforced and she gave me a smirky rude answer back and handed me a mask, but what's funny is if she was so...

I'm filing a complaint against a white male cashier who refused to take me at the cash register telling me he was closed and then took all the customers after me. I asked him why he said he was closed when he was clearly opened, and he said he felt like accepting the other customers. Him and the other cashier are both white. I'm not white.
Desired outcome: Tell him not to discriminate. He might be a racist.
Sales associate with a threatening, bad & racist attitude
On 3/3/2021 I dashed into the store, completely not realizing I didn't have my mask on. I grabbed my things and stood in line. When it was almost my turn, the sales associate rudely said, "I'm not ringing you up. No mask." I explained I forgot, did she have a mask, I d gladly put it on. Again, she rudely said no with an attitude. I turned to the woman...

On Feb. 20, 2021, I stopped in at the Dollar Tree, Store # 2096, located at 574 South Avenue, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278 and was shocked at how dirty is is inside. I drive an hour to this store to get a certain product. I come so often and buy this item in cases that an employee there who said she did the ordering told me just 4 days ago that she would order me cases of this product and would hold it for me. Went to store #28 which is in Richmond, Ky . The cashier was so rude that I have decided not to shop there again. The lines are always long however that understandable but the rude cashier isn't. Today my total was $87.00 which I should have just left, she never told me a total, never looked up while scanning items then when she was done stood there as if I was a inconvenience to her. Sorry she had to work today, but it is a job. But the manager there isn't any better so shouldn't expect any different.
Desired outcome: need to train the employees that we are human and need respect.
Condition of store and customer service
Visited the dollar tree store on daniel stuart square 22191 on monday, february 22, 2021 at approximatley 3:15 pm. The store was very messy. There was one shopping cart available.
