KFC St Lucia
I was visited a drive thru KFC which was a 30 minute drive from the The Mystique hotel in Rodney Bay.
I ordered 3 colonel meals and asked for a sachet of salt. I was shocked to be told that I had to pay 0.75 cents for salt!
This is totally unacceptable and I cannot believe an international company such as KFC are asking customers to pay for salt.
Desired outcome: Train staff to be polite to customers and do not ask for money for salt.Email me back with how the situation was dealt with. [protected]@hotmail.com
Online order cancellation complaint
I’ve ordered online multiple menus and received order confirmation at 18:51
At 19:30 I received a call from KFC call center asking me to verify if I’m calling from İistanbul or ankara city. I’ve told them that I’m located in istanbul. I’ve been told that my order is being sent out.
At 19:42, I called back the KFC call center and asked whereabouts of my order and I’ve been told that there was a delay and now it’s ready and is going out immediately.
At 20:17 I call back KFC call center complaining that I’ve still haven’t received my order and I’ve been told that it was cancelled because no one at address.
I told tour call center that the bahcesehir istanbul branch manager is lying because I’ve got a security guard at my front door and security cams all around that this is not true.
The gentleman named Emre from the call center asked me to wait online to ask the manager why they cancelled it. I’ve been told that the branch manager called another number and they said they didn’t order.
The manager at the bahcesehir Istanbul branch is a complete liar and have put me and my children and family in an terrible situation and I ask him to regret this action of behavior which harms the brand and reputation. In Turkey it’s fastening period and we’ve ordered accordingly.
What a shame to have these type of employees at your company as managers.
Desired outcome: Change of responsible manager immediately from bahcesehir istanbul Turkey branch.
Negligence and bad behaviour
I preserved my order at 3.00 pm online from phone number [protected] to be received from the branch at 5.30 pm
On arrival I did not find any order and it was too crowded
I called complain center twice without any effective action to receive my order
Staff member in the branch was vigrous and there was a very bad behaviour and loud voice.
I returned to home at 6.15 pm without obtaining my order as they prepare only 60% of it ...
Really it was the worst restaurant I dealed with ..

I have used the KFC App to deliver my food today 11/04/2022 at 16:19.
When I checked my order there was only one set of colonel burgers when I ordered and was charged for two sets.
I am a loyal customer and had no issues until now.
I am extremely disappointed.

And I also add that that's why at the cashier they were offering me the change for the two biskettes that it was up to me whether I accepted or not practically that if I didn't like their way of changing that they wouldn't accept it and that I didn't eat like that, it's really unfortunate that I didn't give a customer service course to their managers in Mexico.

Original fried chicken
On April 2022, at 6:15 pm I placed an order thru the Drive Thru Window at 2716 W. Grand Blvd Detroit MI location. I ordered an 8 PC original family meal. When I get home and opened the box to my surprise and disappointment the chicken was not original or crispy! It looked like old refried burnt chicken nothing like the pictures advertised. This chicken should have been thrown out and not sold to anyone. How long had the chicken been sitting? There was no thought process that someone could get sick? Customer Service at it lowest.
I have always had good experiences with KFC. As much I enjoy KFC I now have to re-think whether or not if I will ever go back.
Desired outcome: I would like refund and apology. What corrective action does KFC plan to implement to prevent this from happening again??
Staff behaviour
Hi there. I am delivery driver and work with Just Eat. I usually pick deliveries from KFC Pollokshaws Road Glasgow. On 29/03/2022, between 1800 to 1900 local time, I went to pick the delivery and girl behind the counter refused to give me the full order and asked me to click 'Collected' before even collecting the full order. Another member of the staff, who I had this issue with few months ago, intervened and said that she is doing the right thing and you should click the 'Collected 1 Order' Option before getting order from us. We should Click Collected option upon the receipt of full items and before leaving the premises. As a result I cancelled the delivery and did not collect the order. I can under stand that there might be some fraud issues of cancelling the orders after receiving but they can ask us to click before leaving the premises. I can click 'Collected' only when I actually collected the full order. Or when I click that I collected the order, it means I received the full order. This feels being humiliated and embarrassing. I pick deliveries from other restaurants also in Glasgow area, including other KFCs. They hand us over the order and nicely ask us to click 'Collect' before leaving and we always do this. But this is the 2nd time I have this issue and the same person was involved in this. I was told by some other delivery drivers that they have same issue in this store. I am your regular customer also and off and on I buy from this particular restaurant. Because of the behaviour of the staff, I am reluctant to buy from them in the future. Hope you understand and resolve this issue.

The drive thru cashier was VERY RUDE. From the moment I drove up to the speaker. She was mean, inpatient and short w/me. She was the same way at the window. Her name on the receipt was Mar A. She forgot my receipt. I'm never coming back. I will go to Popeyes. They are cheaper and nicer.

My entire order was wrong plus omitted items
I ordered 2 coleslaw, mash and gravy, one tender meal, large mac and cheese, 4 honey barbeque, 8 piece tender meal they charged me for 2, pop combos, charged me for coleslaw, French fries and mash all of which I did not order because it came with the compos. Plus, I ordered a bucket of chicken which I did not get. I called the Newton, NJ restaurant repeatedly and no one answered the phone.
There were a total of 3 people working that barely spoke English and messed my entire order up and charged my bank card for $85.76. I am on the heels of losing my husband and cannot afford to be charged for your employee's mistake. I must also sat that most every time I order there has been something that went either was wrong or I spent more time than I should have just trying to understand what they were saying.
This order was not just a little wrong but grossly wrong.
After the terms and use, I ask If the Complaint board is only a platform for "complaints" and you do not provide a resolution then why is it that you have a complaint board if you do not intend on providing a resolution for something that was your employees error?
Please rectify this asap and I don't want free food I want my money back as I am a PA resident and they do not have a KFC near me. I am only in NJ to take care of my husband's arrangements.
As a side note no one EVER answers the phone so this forces me to go through corporate for resolution.

Incorrect order
I ordered a twister blazer combo this is not even on the receipt. She gave my husband his food. Then I also ordered Rizo rice with shrimp. Now I’m so upset and hungry! There’s no spoon inside the bag! I went back to the cashier to complain about it! They want to find someone who can speak Urdu! What the hell? I don’t even speak Urdu! I came outside tonight to enjoy dinner with my husband but it was spoiled by rude and incompetent staff. When I went back to complain they are laughing at me! I will never ever support them again! This is the 3 rd time I’ve been to KFC in the past 2 weeks. I get off work at 9pm or 930pm every night and I am starving after work so I stopped by KFC time was 9:49 pm I know they close at 10pm that’s why I rush to get to KFC for them to not take my order and say they are closed. Last time it was 8:30 and the girl tells me I can’t get hot wings because fryers are off which is not right your not supposed to close till10pm You shouldn’t have your sign up saying your open till 10pm if your going to close at 9:49! This is the 3 rd time I rushed to get here and not get served. If your not going to stay open till 10 pm you shouldn’t have a sign saying that!

We bought a family meal (s) from KFC at Al Khor mall on 21/03/2022 (bill no. 10138 - Order no. 54). We have bought many KFC many times but todays meal didn't even look like a KFC it was dark brown (burned). There was single flake on it, no crispness, the skin sagging like sack and its surface look like bun.

Yesterday, March 20,2022 I visted the kfc on dix hwy, lincoln park mi 48146 at around 2:20. I ordered a large mac and cheese and a large coleslaw. I love kfc mac and cheese. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the container and saw what a large mac and cheese looked like. (pics attached) None of the mac and cheese had been eaten before this pic was taken. It did not even cover the bottom of the container and it tasted like they had scraped the bottom of the pot and gave me all that was left. It was cold and lacked flavor. Like I said earlier such a disapointment! I would not have sent you this email but this is the second time this kfc has give me a small mac and cheese in a large container. And this kfc will not accept any cash. (sign on the drive thru window) The sign said they have no change. Come on... No wonder this kfc is only rated 3.5 stars.
Desired outcome: Being this is the second time this has happen to me I would appreciate a refund or coupons so I can get another large and I mean large order.
