Ordered 2 Chicken /Wing combos with Potatoe Wedges and Slaw. Didn't think to check before I left the store. To start with, someone else took my food and they had to make it over. Got home and had Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes. Not happy. Was really looking forward to the Potato Wedges. Was supposed to get an extra biscuit because I didn't get the drinks because we were on the motorcycle. Didn't get that either.

KFC drive thru service slow and cheating time limit of drive thru

i m regular customer for this KFC branch. KFC Sri jati Jalan Puchong DT, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. i drive thru at 1020am in 16 august 2019. i ordered a cheezy twister a la carte, usually just take me around 5 to 15min to waiting. after i ordered, your staff ask me to wait in front the customer waiting area, so your staff they wont over the drive thru time limit for each customer. nice cheating skill, is normal for kfc malaysia. after 15min i reverse back to the counter, our staff still answer me the same question, your food is still cooking. so i go back to the customer waiting area continue wait. after another 15 min, that time was around 1050am my food it still not ready, and i m going to late for my appointment. so i give up waiting and drive off. i m extremely disappointed. In this 2019 era, what kind of service is this? what a joke. no more KFC after this. good luck, and one advise for KFC, PLEASE DO SOMETHING, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NO MORE CHANCE TO DO SOMETHING.

Upon arriving at the drive thru the cashier seemed very rude after giving her my first meal order she automatically says ok your total is 5.10 I said I have another meal no response I sit and wait no response so when I pull to the window and tell her she didn't complete my Ofer she says well you have to go all the way around she never asked while taking my order is that all or would you like anything else.

KFC about to missing staff in my order

Many time I went to this place for many years and always we when I order by driver thru and get my order always there's something missing such as popcorn checken or chip or piece off chicken or the give me something else without promotion from me

And the ultimate box it's my baby favorite meal now you make it too small why
You have to add more pieces not remove and make smaller

Many time we go to this place order is to slow product not cocking well changing my order without asking me services very bad and never respected the castomer dirty with all that now make my best meal ultimate box smaller than befor

KFC products never available without long waits

We have gone to this location for several years... no matter what time of day or evening we go and order items such as chicken meals crispy or pot pies or fries and EVERY SINGLE TIME we are told we'd have to wait for it to be cooked. Even four pieces of chicken. Give me a break-ridiculous! No ice in the ice machine twice now. Place is dirty most of the time. Not enough help. Seats are all torn up in booths. It's just an owner who is cheap and it doesn't take a scientist to figure that out. People shaking their heads because they can't get food. Please look at this location and get us some changes or we will have to leave KFC. We changed from the other KFC for these kind of reasons. Please!

KFC rockford illinois

Your restaurant in Rockford Illinois not only is rude they do not know how to handle a complaint. We ordered a meal through DoorDash and had it delivered. Not one thing was right . When I called back they accused of us being drunks and that's why we eat through DoorDash . This lady hung up on 5 times and told us we have to drive in to get our order right. This is the 11th street store in Rockford Illinois. Then she blamed the DoorDash driver for screwing up the order. I will not give up on this experience until it is properly taken care of and I rarely complain about anything. We ordered this food for ourselves and company we had over. Not only do we want our money back and more I want that manager taken care of. I have spent over 30 years in restaurant management and I would never tolerate that service from any employee I will not give up on this it was a embarrassment to our friends and the accusations of your employee was dumbfounded.

KFC cheetos sandwich at a franchise

Wanted to try the New Cheetos sandwich. Was very disappointed as the price was higher than advertised on TV ads. Asked for the manager who came out and explained they were a franchise. And the owner had increased the price 99 cents from the advertised price in all of his stores. We were very disappointed on the bate and switch policy. The manager explained there had been a lot of people walking out. I had already gotten our sandwiches by the time I noticed. Will not be returning to any KFC franchise again. EVER! Spreading the word on Google and Other media. Really pissed off over a $2 rip off. Retired Business consultant for fortune 100 companies. Not impressed with your ads. Cannot find a corporate store in my area, this false advertising.

KFC food and service

At about 5 50pm today I went through the drive through at the cicero ny location they asked me to pull ahead and said they would bring my food to me. Well after 15 mins went by and my groceries were melting in my car I walked in. I asked where my food was and a female said oh they are waiting on the chicken tenders for the chicken littles must be. I said for over 15 mins she walked in the back and never came back which was so rude. Finally a older woman manager walked over and asked what I wanted and I said umm my food from the drive through from 20 mins ago. She said oh sorry walked in the back and also never came back which was totally unprofessional and very rude too. A man was hurrying trying to get my food and said a girl had walked it out to the wrong car awhile ago and gave my food away. He gave me a free cake and that was it. I got home and the entire bag of food was destroyed because he never put the lid on my mashed potatoes all the way and gravy was everywhere including my car. I was very mad and tried to call the manager at that location and non one answered the phone all night long. I want a refund for my 18 dollars and corporate office told me they dont do refunds when I called. I told her to have a manger call me from corporate seeings how cicero wont pick up the bbn phone and no one called me at all. Horrible horrible customer service and the soda tastes like water and they never gave me a receipt either!

KFC employee not using gloves, cleanliness, waiting in line 17 minutes only to find out my hot wings were not even being cooked.

I went the KFC on Hwy 49 in Gulfport, Ms. They pulled me up in the drive thru to cook my hot wings. After waiting 17 minutes I went inside to check on my order. Everyone is looking around at each other and my food has not even been started. A cook comes from the back with a basket and digs in a freezer that he customers can see with NO gloves on and starts putting the wings in the basket. I immediately ask for my money back. As the Manager is getting my refund, I'm looking around at the store. Totally disgusting! If I saw this before I ordered I never would have ordered here. Called the District Manager (Have not received a call back). Called the Corporate Office (Have not received a call back).

KFC customer service

Hello, I went to your restaurant at 6600 Reisterstown Rd, Baltimore, MD 21215 last night and just wanted to make you aware of a few things.

The lady who took my order was considerably rude. All I asked was how much a chicken little was, and she responded with quite an attitude and ended her response with "fine". On top of that it took 25 minutes from when I placed my order to when i received my food. I understand that it was the dinner rush but this is an extremely long tie to wait for fast foot.

KFC food and service

Both of the people I interacted with were rude and made it known they could care less. I asked for the 2 piece meal (asked if I could have two drumsticks instead of a thigh and was told yes). I added an order of coleslaw. The total came to almost $6 something (I stupidly said I didn't need my receipt). What I got was half a drumstick, a thigh, no coleslaw

KFC service

I set in line at driveway for a half an hour only to be told by a CUSTOMER that they were closed until 12 due to poor staffing. The customer knew someone working in the restaurant and they took her order but no other orders were going to be taken. Guess it's all in who you know. There should have been signs on the drive through stating that they were closed until 12. I was not the only one in line. There was a truck, the oh so special customer, me, and another vehicle.

On Friday 26-July-2019 approximately 1:00 p.m., we paid $23.50 to eat a stale, dried-out, rubbery cheeto sandwich, 1 spoon of peaches, 2 pieces of crispy chicken, 2 spoons of peas, and 3 watery tasteless fountain drinks. We had been at Guist Creek Lake and this KFC was the first restaurant we found which would allow all three of us to eat what we liked. My husband hoped to have mashed potatoes and gravy and an original recipe chicken breast. I hoped to have apple cobbler and coleslaw, and our son wanted a delicious fresh cheeto sandwich. None of us ate what we thought we were going to get, and the price was ridiculous. The cashier told me we could get what we wanted much cheaper just by ordering 2 buffets and a sandwich. But every time we approached the buffet, there was nothing in the warming trays, flies were all over everything, and almost everybody in the restaurant was asking when they would put out more food. The girl said, "I don't know." We stayed an hour, and were very disappointed, they never offered to put out anything else in the trays. The tables had not been cleaned, floors not swept, and the fountain drinks had no carbonation or taste. This was the worst KFC I have ever been to, and we will never return there!

This is the Shelbyville KFC. Very unsanitary, very limited selection on their buffet, stale tasteless food and drinks, and poor customer service! Make some changes, hire more staff, clean up the place, fill up the buffet trays! Mine is not the only poor review, Corporate Office. Who is managing this location? Look at Yelp and other sites, this is not an isolated incident. I paid $23.50 for something worth no more than $10. If I could have given a lower rating, I would have. We will always remember this place as the worst ever time we ate anywhere!

KFC service and food

On the evening of July 10, 2019 my daughter, husband and I stopped to eat at the Taos KFC. When we entered we were the only inside customers although there were some drive thru customers. We debated leaving because no one came to take our order for several minutes. The drink counter was very dirty. Every table was dirty, I cleaned one off for us to use. ( Keep in mind no other customers at that time). Before we left I told my husband, let's not remove our trash from the table because the table won't be cleaned if we do. By this time a couple more customers were at the counter. Just as we were going out the door a young man employee yelled out at us very sarcastically, thanks for throwing your trash away! We were passing thru on vacation from Oklahoma. It left such a bad impression we would not stop at another KFC the rest of our trip. Although it should have been peak time for supper there was very few customers coming in. The food was not up to par with other KFC restaurants at least here in Oklahoma. We usually remove our trash but deliberately left it there hoping they would clean the tables.
