KFC chicken

I had the worse KFC chicken that I have ever tasted. I eat KFC at least 2 times a month. They clearly ran out of their special seasoning. The chicken was cooked well but VERY BLAND. NO SEASONING AT ALL!If I didn't live so far, I would have definitely returned it. I was SO disappointed. I brought a 3 piece white meat and biscuit. Just close it down for the evening if you run out of the seasoning.

KFC incorrect order and very poor communication skills on the telephone

On Friday, 2 August 19 at around 4.15pm I went through Springwood KFC drive thru and placed an order. I ordered 2 go buckets, 1 nuggets go bucket and 1 popcorn chicken go bucket, plus 2 sliders add cheese to both sliders. I got the lady taking the order to repeat the order back to me and also asked her twice at the pick up window to repeat it back to me. On arriving home I discovered I had been given 2 nuggets go buckets and the 2 sliders had no cheese on them. I called the Springwood KFC ask politely asked to speak to the manager, his name is Hayden. Hayden was very abrupt with me through out the conversation. I told him I ordered 2 sliders add cheese to both came with no cheese. Hayden told me that KFC don't add cheese to sliders anymore. I then went on to tell him about the 2 go buckets and half way through speaking he hung up on me. No good bye no warning, I wasn't being rude at all through our conversation. I thought maybe it was an accident, so I called back but no one picked up. I left it for 1/2 hour and called again but still no answer.
On Sunday, 4 August I called again to speak to a manager, this time I got Michelle. I explained everything to her. Michelle was very surprised as Hayden had been specifically brought into the Springwood KFC store to help improve the customer service skills. Michelle was happy to replace my order for free and is finding out if it's true that KFC no longer can add cheese to the sliders. I've been coming to this store for many years and if it wasn't for Michelle I don't think I would get KFC from the Springwood store anymore. It was with Michells advice that I submit this complaint.

KFC chicken littles

I bought my home in April of last year and once a month we go to that location to get chicken littles and everytime we go we are told they are out or the breads froze. I haven't been able to get them even once so if your not going to have what your advertising please stop advertising them. I'm a general manager for Qboda in Carmel so I know this can't be how you run your stores. there's no excuse for this location to Never have a product you offer. This is completely unacceptable.

Today I had the worse service ever at the KFC on 95th and Stony island, a co manager named Robin Robinson was working the drive thru, honestly the worse service I have ever received. Not friendly at all and was unable to reach for the customer.!! When pulling up to the window I was not even greeted with a smile, just an old bitter face of a person that appears to hate her job. I will never return back to a KFC thanks to her.!!

KFC product quality, quantity, customer service

Drive thru order was wrong when we came to collection window, they fixed it there but as a result, our food was disgusting! Oily, not tasty, nor property packaged which led to half of our food landing outside of their packaging and in the packet. Quantities inconsistent, chips and pops only half way full, AND chicken pieces OILY! Have a look at the photo's and make your own judgement. I literally had to drip the oil down from the chicken pieces. So much oil it landed on the car seat and on my jeans. We have only been to this store thrice- and all three times something went wrong... I' m taking my business elsewhere. Needless to say, my dogs had kfc for dinner...

KFC wait time.

I placed an otdet from the drive thru. Around 7:00 it's now 7:33 and I'm still waiting on my order. I didn't think a 16 piece combo would take 30 plus min. I called the store while waiting to inquire about the delay and the person who answered hung up the phone me. The purpose of the drive thru is expedited service. Very upset with overall service.

KFC incorrect meal

I visit the above store today and was amazed at the attitude by the staff taking the order. Part way through taking my order a family came in who she new. She was then more interested in talking to them rather than listen to my order.
When I arrived home I find that the chicken fillet meal I ordered was a tower Berger meal which contained cheese.
Which I am allergic to.

KFC food order

Four days ago I went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 piece tender meal along with a $5 tender box. After I get home I realize the side order wasnt correct. I was given mashed potatoes instead of coke slaw. In addition I wasnt given the dipping sauces I requested. When i opened the side of mashed potatoes to confirm it wasnt Cole slaw i noticed a strand of long hair. I had to drove 5 miles back to the restaurant to make the complaint. I showed the worker the hair in the potatoes and she didnt apologize or offer a refund. She said she'd just give me a fresh order if potatoes which i didnt order to begin with. After asking about the sauces she told me i should've checked myself before leaving. Why would i do that? It's your job to make sure my order is correct. I was given the correct order at the end without an apology of any kind. When i returned home my wife was disgusted and we never ended up eating the food. We paid $17 for this horrible experience.

If you want to look for grammatical errors you have issues. I know what needs to be capitalized but voice to text doesn't always do it correctly. Unlike you, I don't have time to look for petty mistakes that are inconsequential to the meaning of the message. Believe me, the money wasn't an issue. What was the issue is the unprofessional way this was handled. You must be one of the minimum wage workers that puts blame on everyone else. Have a nice day deplorable.

I am not a child. I am a grown married man. I don't know if that will last long. This whole incident made me so angry.Iw was so angry that my wife and I got into an argument. I ended up beating her up so badly that her face was all bruised. I confiniscated her phone so she could not call for help. She unfortunately found a way and contacted her parents. Her father threatened to beat me up. I told him to go ahead and do so. I would press assault charges. He said that he would press assault charges and call the police. I begged him not to. He did so anyway. They talked to me. I gave my wife dirty looks when they asked if she wanted to press charges. Sadly her father was with her and she said yes. He was there to protect her. Her father told her that she should leave me since this is not the first time I have beaten her up. She asked for it. I think because of this incident with Shelley she may actually leave me.

KFC mashed potatoes, two large, and get them home and realized that there was no gravy

First we get there and are told that there was a half hour wait for ANY CHICKEN, because apparently they hadn't put the batch in yet, couldn't get original chicken either because that would be another half hour wait, finally settled on the $20 family deal, and wanted two of them and was told that they only had chicken enough for one, after the whole ordeal we just got one $20 family meal and get back home fifteen miles away and realized that there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes

KFC not having chicken at 11.30am.!

This has happened several times now, and sometimes at 6pm. Chicken place OUT OF CHICKEN? THERE IS A PUBLIX NEXT DAMN DOOR?!:_(((( There are also times the front door is locked and no SIGN ON THE DOOR! I wave and keep looking but no one even tries to notice me? KFC grilled chicken

Why does KFC have grilled chicken (the healthiest) on the menu? You are always out of grilled chicken, especially in the evenings/night. It can be 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, and you are out or have to wait 20 minutes. Hello, its called "fast food", get it? Everything else is way too salty, so I move on to something else other than KFC. If you are dropping chicken in grease all day, everyday, why not grill all day, every day?

KFC bad service

Greetings,

Last night I was at KFC in Phumlani Mall in Tembisa and after standing in the queue for 30 minutes because of slow service whereby the following incidents occurred:

Only one till is operational and two ladies are reading one receipt at the same time when giving out the orders.

I arrive at the till and only then that the cashier is telling me that the card machine is not functioning.

Evidently other customers complaints and the sad part is that all those 3 ladies gave us all an attitude, the lady at the till even told the other ladies to ignore all the other customers and that they will go mad because of crazy people.

This is highly unacceptable and this branch hasn't just been one to attract customers to KFC anymore, their service is terrible and their attitude is just saddening.

I am truly disappointed and will not be going there ever again.

i'm tired of being treated like i'm not welcome at your outlet in vernon, BC, everytime a certain staff member is on at that staore i feel like i am being harrassed and treated like dirt, it only happens when she is on, i was even asked to leave once by her before i even finished my drink under the guise that i was there to long and they needed the space for customers that were there to dine, ( the place was empty)maybe it's the fact that I'm an indiginous male or the facyt that i am curently reside at the shelter, I have a full time job, and trying my best to save to be able to get a place. but i come here to eat, or maybe just enjoy a pop, because it's affordable and i can get away from the chaos of the shelter. Regardless of why i want you to know that because of your employee's disregard for commen respect i will no longer dine at any of your restaraunts from this point on . I feel that if im going to spend my hard earned dollars at a restaraunt it's going to be so mewhere where i do not have to fell rushed and unwelcomed. There were otherse patrons in the restaraunt that day but i was the only one she asked to leave .
