Tim Hortons simply sausage sandwich

Ordered a sausage sandwich and I recieved a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I asked for a refund and a new sausage sandwich. I was told by attendant that it was my fault for not ordering properly. I told the attendant that I did not work at Tim Hortons. The attendant then told me that I had to choose the sandwich at full price or a refund but not both.
The other attendants had all scattered by this time. There were other patrons coming into the store and line was forming at the cash register.
It was an embarrassing amd belittling momment. I took the sausage sandwich at an egg sausage and cheese sandwich price.

For recompense I am asking:
1- The attendand attend customer care training
2- attendant be put on 1 year work probation
3 - an appology for being made to apear incompetant.
4 - a 10$ rebate for my embarrassment

On February 7, 2020 I ordered the french toast breakfast sandwich and when I arrived home to look at my food both sandwiches were completely burned. I wasn't able to return to take my food back but who serves burned sandwiches. If I wasn't going to be late for work I would have turned around I am very disappointed because I'm sure they knew it was burned. As you can see this is what I received and I'm not happy

the store at the walmart on centenial parkway are makeing there coffee into themous and it is very strong on bottem and gets weeker as it is given to customers. second cup was doing the same thing and they lost a lot of customers because it does not get mixed up . when its made in a pot it gets mixed up when poured .i hope they dont do the same with the drk roast just saying loyal customer 20 years. There have been several times that I enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the late even, night, and every time it taste light Hot Water with cream, No favor of coffee, and because it's late (after I get home) and get comfortable, I have no plans to go back to return it, So it's just a waste of my money. Hello I was there at Hill Crest Mall today and had order my food but I notice no one is wearing a hair net and im just looking even the girl which she was wearing a different uniform I guess she was a super wiser with a long long pony tell walking and working ...the guy at the bagel bar making sandwiches had beard and mustache also no hair net on his head or his beard I would like to know what is going on there?????? Tim Hortons lack of basic necessities in the restroom

I have yet to receive any response to my complaint of incident that occurred on Jan 15, 2020.
Tim Hortons used to be a Canadian Company to be proud of. Now I feel that this is a complete joke.
Perhaps my world wide corporate Attorney would be interested in hearing about this as would the Province, the Sun, The Vernon Morning Star Newspaper and CHBC news, of how humiliating it was and how it has affected me personally.
I do hope to hear from someone soon.

6:45 am this drive thru at 109 mapleview dr barrie ont. We ordered 2 steeped teas and were told we just had a run on teas and are out sorry! No can you wait while brew another pot (2 mins) just sorry were out! This happens way too often here! I'm sick and tired of this attitude! I can not believe you thought it was a good idea to have someone 'shirlping' coffee from a spoon over and over again.. I can't get to my remote fast enough.. nails on a chaulk board... the sound makes the hair on the back of my neck stand straight up.. and if I was in one of your stores and people where doing that it would be the last time... so why did you do it in a commercial? I can't get away from it every time I see the commercial I have to mute it..
