Countless times, meaning on a weekly basis, i have found that any inexpensive items I may be looking for are put of stock. If this was an occasional event no problem. But every single time regardless of how often I check, weekly, daily or otherwise.
I firmly believe that there isn’t a run on inexpensive denture adhesives or kitchen drain stoppers. Additionally I also adhere to the belief that this is done deliberately in order to push customers to purchase more expensive alternatives.
Just like the scanning cheats; this is attempt to force customers to pay more and fatten the bottom line

I have been deleting and re adding the DG app on my phone for nearly a year.
These days you must have the app or digital coupons to get the discounts,
I travel a good bit and I am in alot of different DG stores in different states. Not all have the same sales or coupons. I cant even check the prices. Idont have that much money that I can keep on paying full price when I can take $3

I was in the store today to only exchange a rug and pillow that I bought 4 days ago. I was going to have to pay 5 plus dollars extra. They would not do it. I did not have the receipt, but tags were still on them both. But they would in Batesville. So I was wondering assistant manager at store #10107 AL. Our 16 year store manager left, so we had to get a different SM, she was hour and half away from the store. On March the 8, 2023, I worked the night shift. I cane into a list of stuff to do. From where drive line had done resets, I had to go through Mark prices down, walked into about 50 items they didn't damage out on their shift. The new SM could not handle the store! So I put in a application to be the SM. Well the new SM was complaining about the time we were getting out. Now mind you, we just got the first ever self check out, none of us had been trained on it. I did everything right that night, except to complete the damages on the HTT! So the SM terminated me due to failure to protect company assets, but everything was on camera? Everything was on property. SM couinted to tell lies to the customer, most I knew. Saying I got terminated for stealing. If I was stealing where were the cops? Where is the charge? Than another lie that I got fired for failing a drug test, that I never took? I tried to dispute the termination, but they wouldn't look into it. I loved my store and customer's, why would I risk my check of stupidity? What happened is she deleted the damages on the HTT, and than called DM to kiss her [censored], and try to say, I didn't protect the assets. Wow. Went in to get an ice chest and ice. The clerk had her two kids and boyfriend there and the kids were running all over the store. And the store as a whole is a major hazard to someone getting hurt… freight is stacked on top each other, pass the top of the shelves, leaning on each other with merchandise falling out in the isles. Can’t see anything on the shelves because it’s covered with boxes in front of it looks like inventory has not been put away for a very long time waiting to fall on someone.
