Clerk did not have on a mask at the Dollar Tree. The mask was hanging down on their neck. Customers also did not have on masks on Monday 1/25/2021 Clerk was nice but should have had their mask on their face and the posted memo on the outside door should have been enforced.

I just had the worst experience at Dollar Tree #168 on 4105 N. Hwy 98 in Lakeland, FL [protected] on Jan. 23, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. There was one register open and a long line of people down one whole isle. Dollar Tree Restroom

I am making this complaint because I don't understand the condition of all the bathrooms at all the locations in my area. I have used both bathrooms at your Tupelo Ms locations and they are always very nasty. Looks like there is no attempt to clean them. My husband and I were at the Columbus Ms location was so nasty toilet seat broken floor looked like it had never been mopped ever! Shannon Ms location isn"t any better. They are in poor condition needs renovation. I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree but I don't"t understand this. Please do something to improve this problem.

I frequent the Dollar Tree at 1014 Summit Ave, Greensboro NC and 2723 Ring Rd., Greensboro NC. Both these locations are on the side of town that is primarily minority. This dollar tree 701 galvin rd bellevue ne #4103 is in near constant violation of the City of Bellevue mask mandate. Even the employees at times shun the mask mandate. I'm going to contact the City of Bellevue soon if this continues and they will shut this store down! It's also not uncommon for customers to not mask wear. Two of your employees at this store don't wear masks. If they do, the nose is not under mask.

Dollar Tree No stock

I am so upset with Dollar Tree. This store has no stock. I realize that COVID has affected everyone, but only 2 cashiers working each shift is ridiculous. I like the staff that works here and I am not even related to any of them. But most of these shelves have been empty since before Christmas. You had a good thing, but you are blowing it.

Dollar Tree Wall clock

I purchased a Wall Clock w/the inscription or insignia:

Cherish yesterday

Dream about tomorrow

Live for tomorrow

Clock doesn't keep time

Store won't take it back without original packaging although I have the receipt

Not pleased!

Return policy is not an acceptable practice for someone to hold on to the original packaging

Dollar Tree Store cleanliness

I like Dollar Tree stores and I craft so I had to think very hard about this decision to write this complaint.
I have watched the decline of the DuBois, Pa Dollar tree over the past year. It is very dirty and unkempt. The doors when I arrived today were disgusting, filthy with hand prints like food was smeared on the windows. I actually walked out as people were in the store unmasked and open boxes blocking isles which is a fire code hazard. We are in a pandemic and the DT are considered essential. Please clean up this store and also they are way understaffed to keep up with things such as cleaning and stocking shelves.
Thank you for you time and consideration of my complaint.

Desired outcome: A clean store, more staff ,unblock the isles

Dollar Tree Charged incorrectly for 2 christmas items that I purchase december 29th

Rude comment by cashier she wishes dollar tree didn't do tax exempt. I filled out new tax exempt info on line per a few stores I went to before christmas this store #485 regency plaza said they knew nothing about using my barcode to not have to fill out the paperwork anymore at all the stores I go to. Then she started ringing me out as I was putting my items up, the last thing she rang out was a potholder with santa clause on it and it rang up a dollar. I told her I didn't want it for dollar she gave me attitude and took it off. When I got home I was charged dollar for christmas scunci (8 elastic ponytail holders) and I bought two of them. I made a special trip back last night and the lady in charge said there was nothing she can do. All I want is my .50 cents x 2 = dollar item. She told me to talk to the manager today, I called their and shalonda told me that corporate marks things down and there was nothing she could do. I explained I purchased christmas items at many dollar trees on that day and the only store I had issues with was this one. I bought a wide variety (200 items) of christmas items at .50 each. I understand you can't take back christmas items but you can see I purchased after christmas when things were marked down to .50 cents. There isn't a scanner in the store to see what is marked down and what isn't. Plus there was another customer checking out that was upset that some of the christmas were not coming up .50 cent. I go to the dorset rd store 63043 and they are wonderful so happy that can supply things for a non profit organization. This store 485 is very rude the lady last night without looking at me receipt said I wasn't here the day you checked out, how would she know without looking at my receipt for the date I was there. I know this is only a dollar at the end of the day but it is the principal of the matter. I told the lady today that these were purchased for disabled people that get their money from the government and she replied "so we are all trying to survive". Sorry you have to read this but I thought I should explain my situation and unhappiness I am feeling with this store
