I pulled in the drive thru at 12:10 pm there were two cars in line 5 cars in the parking lot .. I order my food simple 4 PC meal at 12:23 pulled up paid at 12:27 they asked me to pull over too wait on my meal @ 12:44 they brought me my lunch meal and didnt even apologized for taking so long .. I only get 30 mins for lunch so I was late getting back the service was horrible the biscuit was hard. Very disappointed

I bought a kfc wi code of R170 on the 24 of August, tried to use it at kfc Kwathema square and they found that they were offline, they refered us to kfc springs station, when we got there they said voucher was invalid, I told them it could be that it went of at kfc kwathema, I was the one who generated the voucher, I then bought cash, gave manager my contact details as she said she will investigate and get back to me, till now she has not. I called complaints call centre On the 26, Ref 485889, they said turnaround time was 72 hours, till today Im waiting, I called on the 29th and I was told person working on the case will only start work at. 13:00 and she will call me, nobody has ever called, this is [censored] and kfc service deserve to be shared all over social media.

First of I want to say how I love the Nashville hot sandwiches. But at 301 E Lake St, Mt Shasta, CA 96067, two time now I have gotten the Nashville hot sandwich combo and the quality control has been a real let down. It's been inedible photos attached I hope you do something about this I would hate to boycott kfc over just not getting decent food. Thank you for your effort and commitment to delivering delishish food.

I want to start off by telling you our family LOVES KFC. I am 57 so I have enjoyed the food for many years!
I don't want to complain, but every time we go ...something is left out or wrong! Today, no gravy, last time no coleslaw. Or chicken is not fresh, hard or over cooked. We buy 2 buckets, almost $50. That's a lot! I guess we should check before we leave. But should we really have too? Anyway, more important issues in life besides chicken. Just needed to vent. Thank you for your time

I entered the drive through line about 5:45pm and finished my horrible transaction over 45 minutes later. There were only four cars in front of me. Each car was only handed the most one bag and 2 drinks. This is an excessive amount of time to edit in a drive through. The temperature outside was 94 degrees so shutting off the motor to save gas was a tough decision. We suffered in the heat until we could take it no longer. Wow! We moved up one car! I FINALLY get to the window. The employee states that they ran out of DIET root beer. WTF! Sorry for cuffing but st 62 years old with grandkids on the car, I was upset. The kids tolerated the wait because they had Burger King to eat. As a diabetic I had no choice but to leave empty handed.

At approximately 7:PM today, August 29, I entered the Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant on Delmar Blvd., St. Louis, Mo. and asked for a 1 piece meal and was asked by the cashier to give my name. I told the cashier that I did not want to give my name out and she proceed to make the transaction, but during the transaction she told the manager that ( my first name) from the credit card receipt that she read that I did not want to give her my name then the manager read my entire name from the credit card receit out loud so that everyone in the restaurant could hear it and I then immediately asked for my money back and exited the restaurant. I thought about suing, but maybe next time.

To start the customer service sucks. One employee standing In drive through eating. One employee touched hair with gloves on and didn't change. Same employee also cleaned something off the floor with same pair of gloves on proceded to start to touch food seen customers looking then went and changed. Didn't wash hands at all. Trash laying around in places unknown. Drink machine area very nasty.

We ordered 3 mac & cheese chicken bowls for lunch... They were nasty. First of all, the bowls were half full with 5 pieces of dry popcorn chicken. There was no cheese on top and certainly did not look like the commercial on tv. Then the new cookies, that are hard, crumbly and tasteless... Leave a lot to be desired. Lets just say our lunch experience was below par and we will not be returning to that location for some time.

I visited the above store yesterday and purchased a Rounder with extra sauce as well as a 6 piece family meal. First issue was they did not even have 2lt cool drinks in stock. Secondly when I received my order the Packer did not even confirm my order. I asked if she is not going to confirm, her response was "I packed it myself so it's right" I got to my table and proceeded to Unpack my order. I take out the burger and why do you know, it's a Zinger so I go to the counter and the Packer ignores me so the cashier helps me to get the correct burger, so I get back to the table and open the box with the chicken and what do you know, I asked for the pieces to be swopped for hot and crsipy and it was the normal chicken so yet another trip to the counter where I was ignored yet again by the Packer and assisted by someone else. The manager did nothing. So if I got the wrong order definitely another customer got an incorrect order. KFC is not doing me a favor, I am paying for a meal which I expect to be fresh and correct. What if I went all the way home and then found the order to be I correct. KFC service is pathetic at that store.

I love Kfc chicken, I'm from Mississippi and moved here about 4 months ago. Every rime I go to this restaurant which is right around the corner the chicken is either old and dry or they give u tbe wrong order. So once going home I have to go back. The last time I went in I ordered a breast and wing meal they gave me two thighs, me with the experience I've had I checked and told the cashier. The lady that fixed the food opened the box and put it back in the warmer. I immediately asked for management and explained that she was not supposed to do that

I am complaining because tonight 8/25/19 I ordered food from our local KFC. First offf the girl that took my order was rude and and acted like she didn't want to take my order. Then she gave me cold mashed potatoes and gravy and our drinks had no ice. This could cause me to never eat there again. The customer service was bad.

customer service and shortage of food
We purchased a $20 fill up in the drive thru at the Kimball Ave KFC in Waterloo, IA. We asked them if we could get a couple dipping sauces and were denied since we did not order chicken strips or anything that required dipping. When we arrived home, we realized we only got 7 pieces of chicken, half of a container of coleslaw and half of a container of gravy. Overall, we were very disappointed in the service and the meal.

We are a branch of top 500 fortune companies, we serve lunch every Saturday to our employees, every week we serve different type of food ant once a month we order your chicken, this Saturday we decided to serve pizza and chicken 8 pockets of 16 piece chicken and 25 Papa John pizza, your web site states your store open 10:00 am as well as Papa John Pizza, I drove first to Papa John and placed my order and pay for it to be ready at 11:30 am, then i drove to your place at 9510 main street Houston, TX 77025, i got there 10:20 am i was told the store open at 10:30 not 10:00 am, i was told to call in at 10:30 am and place the order then, i did argue i went back to my office and at 10:30 I called and place the order to be picked up at 11:30 am, I was told by your clerk the order may be late few minutes I said it is OK, at 11:30 I arrived at Papa John and picked up my pizza it took about 10 minutes loading and driving to your location, when I got there I asked if my order is ready the gentleman at the front seemed confuse he said what order, I said i placed an order to be picked up around 11:30 am and now it is 11:45 am, he called a guy from the back tall and big he asked me what is going on I said I an order that is suppose to be ready for pick up, the guy said i have not cooked your order and you have to wait until i am done with i said how long it will take he said i do not know what ever time it takes to cook it, I said but i called in about one hour and 45 minutes ago and asked for the order to be ready at 11:30 at that point your guy went crazy and start shouting and said you have to wait I said no I don't just cancels my order. i went down the street to Popeyes chicken they accommodated my order in timely manner, one thing I noticed and caught my eyes your store had one customer inside while Popeyes chicken had at least 30 cars in the drive through, i know you have great products but your staff is a disgrace to your company, the customer service at this location is the worst i have ever seen. i will never go back there again

Dunked wings are my favourite serving from KFC. Every box I have bought has been perfect with enough sauce that ends up on my face at time and of good standards. But as you see in the attached picture, these disappointing wings had probably 2% worth of basting of the sauce and it was a pathetic serving of wings. SIES. This KFC branch at Gandhi Square is a disappointing feature even the new so called hot and crispy chicken was far from hot OR crispy. It was without the crust and IT WAS NOT ALL HOT, IT WAS TASTELESS AND STALE. If you gonna copy POPEYE chicken then do it correctly. PATHETIC. I WILL NOT BUY FROM GANDI SQUARE KFC. SORRY SHAME.
