AliExpress Disappointed with AliExpress: Misleading Ad and Dishonest Seller for 3D Printer Order

I recently had an experience with AliExpress and wanted to share my thoughts. I placed an order for a 3D printer and scanner combo for a total of $336. However, I soon realized that I had made a mistake and ordered a single extruder printer instead of the triple extruder printer that I wanted. I contacted the seller to see if I could change my order, but they informed me that the printer had already been shipped.

I was worried that the COVID-19 pandemic might interfere with the shipment, but the seller assured me that there would be no issues. However, when the printer arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was not the triple extruder printer that I had ordered. The seller claimed that the picture and title were accurate, but I knew that I had ordered the triple extruder printer.

I contacted the seller again, but they refused to take the printer back or offer a refund. They suggested that I buy the upgrade parts for the triple extruder printer or remove the scanner from my order and receive the upgrade parts instead. However, I was not willing to pay extra for a printer that I did not want and that was not as advertised.

I contacted FedEx to try and stop the shipment, but they informed me that there was no package coming to my address from China. I felt like the seller was trying to cheat me out of my money by sending me an obsolete printer that they could not sell otherwise. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.

In the end, I filed a dispute with AliExpress and requested a refund. I hope that my experience will help others to be more careful when ordering from AliExpress and to be aware of misleading ads and dishonest sellers.

AliExpress 3 bookshelves ordered 9/9/23 never delivered and I was billed

9/9/23 order id [protected] I ordered 3 five shelves bookcases and I never received them. I was billed $81.23 despite them never delivering them to me. On their website under my account it still stated awaiting delivery as of 10/29/23. I had to order the bookshelves from walmart since I needed them. I have been trying to get my money back from American express but Aliexpress sent them a "proof of delivery" which was not proof because I never signed for the items nor were they delivered.

Claimed loss: $81.23

AliExpress HMMR House Store

I have ordered multiple items from Ali Express. This time, along with a lot of other items, I ordered this item from the store listed above:

Cernunnos Horned Animal God Sculpture

I ordered two and got none. When I complained, I was told to check tracking. I did. It never came to my home town in Oregon. The last it was seen was in Compton, CA. I've been refused a refund or replacement. They just keep telling me to check with the post office.

So . . . I went to my post office and they gave me a print out, included with this complaint, that says the item was last in Compton - California, NOT Oregon. I didn't address this to Compton so it is not my issue. Even with this proof, I am told to check the post office.

I know this may not go anywhere but I just felt I needed to say something and if it causes this seller some sales, good. I, for one, will NOT be shopping at Ali Express again. Temu is faster and just as good.

Buyer beware.

Wrong ordered deliverd with game cassatte with wrong name, when I track the ordered my package deliverd to Miami FL inplace of Knoxville. I tried to contact seller and aliexpress - both telling goods deliverd and order closed. I recieved very cheap game cassatte which I didnot ordered, When ever I tried to contact Aliexpress than is says order delivered and close.

AliExpress Misrepresentation of me440 analyzer price

AliExpress advertised a ME440 Analyzer for an amount of $295, which I bought on 22 September 2023. The package arrived in South Africa on 30 September 2023, and I also paid the required custom duties.

When I received the package, it only was an aluminum case, which I did not order. The ME440 Analyzer was nowhere to find.

I contacted the seller which told me that they sent the ME440 aluminum box that I ordered. I told the supplier that I never ordered an aluminum box but that I ordered a ME440, and I sent the supplier a screenshot of the of the advertisement. The supplier agreed with me that there wasn't even an aluminum box on the advertisement I sent them.

AliExpress decided on my behalf that they will refund me partially with $175 without consulting me. I lost $120 in the process, and I still await the refunds.

Desired outcome: I would like AliExpress to refund the full amount of $295 or send the ME440 analyzer as ordered.

AliExpress Automatic soap dispenser

I ordered an automatic soap dispenser from Ali express and the order number is [protected]

First the item is not working and second seller does not wanted to provide resolution

I contacted help centre and they say wait for 8 more days

AliExpress Eye glasses

Please note I ordered and paid for 3 glasses and received them a few days ago. The glasses are too small for an adult and I have repeatedly asked( via you message system) LS John to replace them with an adult size, his answer was to stretch the glasses! I advised him that the glasses cannot stretch to fit an adult face. I asked him to issue me a refund and a prepaid envelope so that I could return the glasses as the description was not correct.

Now he comes back that he does not have a prepaid return system.

Please issue a credit for $18.72 per your Protection Guarantee.

AliExpress Fail to credit back the return shipping fee

Made a purchase from a seller in AliExpress. The product is defective when arrived. Reported to the seller and the seller requested me to send back the item to their China address. I told the seller the shipping cost is expensive even higher than the item price; but the seller refused to refund until the item back. Checked with AliExpress before shipping back and they promised to credit the return shipping fee. Then I sent back the item. The seller refunded the item price. I submitted the shipping cost to AliExpress; but AliExpress only credit small partial of the return shipping cost. I contacted AliExpress customer service and the agent promised to follow up; but received notice from AliExpress the case is closed and no more credit will be sent. And the seller refused to take the responsibility. It is really frustrating. Lost time and money and upset.

Desired outcome: Get back the full credit for the return shipping cost.
